    Web-Based Application Development using PHP-Native Framework on Agent of Change Integrity Zone Information System

    An Integrity Zone is an activity related to government policies and efforts to create an environment free from corruption, collusion, and nepotism (KKN). The Integrity Zone aims to encourage transparency, accountability, and clean practices in the management of a bureaucracy. To further the success of this Integrity Zone, a Agent of Change was formed who acts as a Role Model for all parties. As a role model, agents of change must be able to provide examples in attitude, behavior, and thinking. In addition, they must be able to provide creative solutions in dealing with problems in their agencies. And must be able to provide creative ideas to improve the performance of all parties. Sometimes, their ideas are not well documented. So a digital-based system is needed that can facilitate the work of these agents of change. For this reason, it is necessary to create a Web-based application for recording, reporting, and implementing change agent performance so that it is more optimal, efficient, and effective. In this study, the development of web-based applications using a framework with PHP-Native technology. Most PHP frameworks that exist today, use MVC and OOP technology but no one has utilized PHP-Native technology as a framework. This aims to facilitate the creation of applications for programmers who have not familiar with MVC or OOP concept

    The Oyster Mushroom Harvesting Determination System Based On Image Processing and Multi Layer Perceptron

    Oyster mushroom cultivation in Indonesia has seen rapid growth in recent years, particularly in South Sulawesi. The demand for oyster mushrooms is increasing as they are considered a nutritious food source. However, mushroom farmers are currently unable to fulfill market demand due to limited harvest yields. The primary factor contributing to this issue is the farmers' lack of skills in oyster mushroom cultivation. Therefore, an intelligent system is needed to identify and monitor the growth of oyster mushrooms, which can help to improve harvest yields. In this research, a system for determining oyster mushroom harvest timing will be designed using image processing techniques. This system will work by analyzing images of oyster mushrooms captured using a digital camera on the mushroom growing medium and then identifying visual characteristics that indicate mushroom maturity, such as color, texture, and size. The proposed method consists of several stages: image dataset collection, image preprocessing, image segmentation, morphological operations, feature extraction, and image classification based on Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP). The dataset obtained includes 150 images of oyster mushrooms, divided into two classes: ready for harvest and not ready for harvest. The test results show that the proposed method can accurately identify oyster mushrooms as either ready for harvest or not. The classification model achieved an accuracy rate of 96.67%. By utilizing this technology, it is expected to enhance efficiency and consistency in the harvesting process and assist farmers in making informed decisions

    Comparing BDD and TDD: Machine Learning Analysis of Software Quality with SHAP Interpretability

    This study evaluates the impact of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) on software quality using machine learning models, including Random Forest, XGBoost, and LightGBM. Key metrics such as bug detection, test coverage, and development time were analyzed using a dataset from multiple software projects. Polynomial feature expansion captured non-linear interactions, while SHapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) enhanced interpretability. Results indicate that Random Forest achieved the best predictive accuracy, with an average RMSE of 7.64 and MAE of 6.39, outperforming XGBoost (average RMSE: 8.63, MAE: 7.37) and LightGBM (average RMSE: 6.89, MAE: 5.38). However, negative  values across all models reveal challenges in generalization. SHAP analysis highlights the critical influence of higher-order interactions, particularly between test coverage and development time. These findings underscore the complexity of predicting software quality and suggest the need for additional features and advanced techniques to enhance model performance. This study provides a comprehensive, interpretable framework for assessing the comparative effectiveness of BDD and TDD in improving software quality

    Development of a Higher Education Data Warehouse Using the Data Vault 2.0 Method

    In this research, we investigate the potential of Data Vault 2.0 modeling as a solution to address the complexity of data management in higher education, which is often spread across multiple information systems. The main objective of this research is to confirm the effectiveness of Data Vault 2.0 in building a data warehouse, as well as facilitating the integration of data from different sources, such as the Academic Information System, Personnel Information System, and New Student Admission System. The research method used includes data collection and processing through the staging stage before being stored in the Data Vault structure consisting of hubs, links, and satellites. The research findings show that Data Vault 2.0 not only provides flexibility in development but also allows two developers to work in parallel without interfering with each other, speeding up the data integration process. In addition, the design evaluation results show that Data Vault 2.0 is able to accommodate dynamic changes in requirements, while facilitating the creation of dashboards for data visualization and analysis. The conclusion of this research emphasizes that although Data Vault 2.0 is more complicated than models such as star schema, it provides advantages in flexibility and better data integration. Further research is needed to address the challenges of data integration and deepen the understanding of the implementation of this model in various contexts

Nowadays, coffee compounding requires good technology. There are many coffee processing machines on the market. The coffee machine is capable of making expresso coffee, latte coffee and others. This coffee machine also combines coffee ingredients, sugar and milk as a carrier for a delicious aroma. Determining the optimal pressure on the coffee grounds will affect the taste of the coffee water produced and the speed of making a cup of coffee. This study uses the optimal pressure on the piston using the fuzzy inference method. The purpose of this research is to create a simulation for evaluating the performance of a coffee machine using fuzzy logic to solve the problem of damage to the piston. An uncomputerized ordering process is needed in a company, where the ordering system does not require consumers to come to the place. For this reason, an ordering information system is needed that can make it easier for CV Metha Berkembang to carry out ordering activities. The system development method used is the prototype method, while for modeling the system used, namely flowcharts, data flow diagrams and entity relationship diagrams and conducting functional testing with blackbox testing. The result of this final project is in the form of a Website Application that aims to help the ordering process. This application is useful for the admin department to be able to confirm orders and input sold stock data. With this application, it can help consumers, leaders, managers, and admins in processing order data, sales stock, and total stock of goods

    Data Mining Selection of Prospective Government Employees with Employment Agreements using Naive Bayes Classifier

    The implementation of health in Indonesia is still marked by problems in managing the workforce, especially among honorary health workers. The State Personnel Agency seeks to improve service quality by selecting good human resources to enhance community services. Several Ministries agreed to change the team member recruitment system from Prospective Civil Servants to Government Employees with Work Agreements. In the field, in the Government Employees with Work Agreements acceptance process, there are still pros and cons, both from the rules and the appointment process. The community hopes that the appointment process can be objective and open so that no group is disadvantaged. To achieve these expectations, researchers used data mining to classify health workers who would become Government Employees with Work Agreements. The data mining process uses probability with the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm from historical data on Government Employees with Work Agreements receipts for 2021. Data on the history of Government Employees with Work Agreements acceptance of health workers as many as 1078 data have been filtered and cleaned. The results of testing the data are 0.00012 for the worthy assumptions and 0.0032 for the unworthy assumptions. Data processing results will be visually displayed using bubble diagrams and Python programming. The researcher concluded that the process of classifying prospective first-aid team members for medical personnel could be done by data mining using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The results of this classification can be used as a reference for the following year's Government Employees with Work Agreements revenue classification process.

This research combines aeroponic plants with the help of Internet of Things (IoT) technology.This method has been used by many people to grow plants, especially short-lived vegetable crops such as lettuce, kale, spinach and other types. In planting using this method indoors it really requires special attention compared to planting outdoors. For example, the level of nutrient density, lighting, temperature and humidity in the room. But there are still some farmers or people who don't understand farming with an aeroponic system and how many benefits are felt.     AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) equipped with artificial intelligence (AI) is anticipated to boost Indonesia's industrial development. The little computer used to generate this robot's artificial intelligence used mechanical gears similar to those found in an eight-wheeled, two-wheel-drive car (2WD). This article outlines and demonstrates the usage of an AGV-controlled approach to determine a place inside a building by detecting text in different locations throughout the building. The current technique employs the programming languages Python and OpenCV. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) has been tweaked or enhanced for usage with OpenCV. Multiple texts are read using OCR as the principal technique. In this instance, OCR functions at many stages of the process, in addition to being employed for exploring letters and words, word translation, character classification, linguistic analysis, and adaptive character classification.
