    Information Technology Governance Audit Using COBIT 5 Framework in the Natural Resources Conservation Office

    One of the organizations that requires the implementation of good information technology governance is the natural resources conservation office. The audit was conducted to determine the level of IT process capability based on the COBIT 5 standard and to determine the level of gaps (gaps) owned by the natural resources conservation office. The process of implementing the audit begins with observing the agency's environment related to activity data and its implementation, then mapping the data with business objectives according to COBIT 5, followed by mapping business objectives with IT objectives to obtain IT processes. The IT processes obtained are then selected to obtain important IT processes according to company officials. The TI process obtained is then processed using the Guttman method. The results of the IT process capability level, namely EDM01, EDM02 and APO09, are at level 3 (established). The gaps found need to be given a corrective strategy to achieve the capability expected by the institution, namely 4 (predictable process) by providing recommendations regarding steps to achieve the expected capability value. The recommendations and improvements provided use ISO/IEC 15504:2 and ISO27002 standards which were obtained by mapping IT processes on COBIT 5

    The government in the National Economic Recovery (PEN) launched a strategy to increase business activity, namely by maximizing the potential for product sales through E-Commerce. E-Commerce sites in Indonesia display product information with different descriptions and prices. Through the pages on E-Commerce can collect data to form a useful information. Collection of data variations requires a method or system that can automatically collect the data provided on the Web page. In addition to data collection, another thing that needs to be considered is the meaning of knowledge from the collection of information that has been obtained. For these data to be useful, it is necessary to design a place for data management. Data must be selected and arranged properly so that it is easy to use so that it gives a good meaning. This research requires methods and tools in the process. The method used is Web Scrapping while the tools used are Tableau. There are two objectives in this research. First, obtain product price data for creative economy entrepreneurs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta through E-Commerce, especially Tokopedia and Bukalapak. Second, present product price data visually to facilitate the process of price distribution analysis so that it can provide information to local governments, especially product managers from creative economy business actors to support strategic policies in determining product prices from creative economy business actors in the Special Region of Yogyakarta to support promotion and tourism

Currently, the facility being developed at the institution is by implementing IoT technology that utilizes various types of IoT devices. However, most institutions have not been able to monitor every IoT device used so that it also affects the quality of performance of the institution. Therefore, in the study, the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method is used., researchers made efforts to strengthen the institutional performance quality governance model. The researchers developed Netwatch Host technology using Telegram, which is intended to monitor the condition of each IoT device in the institution and then send details of the condition via the Telegram Application. This is intended so that the IoT devices used by employees can be maintained so that they can respond quickly when there is an IoT device that is down or has a problem

    Sentiment Analysis of Covid-19 Bansos Issues on Twitter using Chi-Square and Naïve Bayes

    Social assistance or what is often called Bansos (Bantuan Sosial) is assistance in the form of goods or money from the government for the community that is temporary and selective. There were many reports from the public complaining that some had not received assistance or had not received it at all. This problematic social assistance has caused a stir in public reports on various social media, including Twitter. To find out the classification of public opinion related to social assistance on Twitter, it is necessary to do pre-processing and analysis of tweets. The dataset used is data crawled using the Twitter API and produces 702 tweet data in CSV format. Tweets retrieved based on the keyword 'bansos' in August 2021. The dataset is divided into two categories, positive and negative. Data with a total of 328 positive categories and 374 data of negative categories. The method applied in this study uses the Chi-Square feature selection method and the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm. The purpose of this research is to produce a website-based application that can classify tweets related to social assistance covid-19 into 2 categories, positive and negative by using the Chi-Square feature selection and the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm. The F1 score in the positive class is 85% and the negative class is 89% and produces an accuracy value of 87%. The results of the comparison between Naive Bayes and Naive Bayes using Chi-Square show that there is no difference in accuracy

    This abstract captures the essence of optimizing transportation logistics through Enterprise Architecture (EA) by presenting an Integrated Management Systems (IMS)-centered case study. Effective logistics management is crucial for enhancing operational effectiveness and attaining competitive advantages in today's rapidly changing business environment. Achieving this optimization, however, requires a comprehensive strategy that harmonizes disparate aspects such as operational processes, data administration, and technological infrastructure. This study demonstrates that Enterprise Architecture has the potential to function as the link between these domains. This study examines the difficulty of dispersed logistics operations and the resulting inefficiencies, cost escalation, and compromised responsiveness. The case study is presented as Integrated Management Systems powered by Enterprise Architecture principles. This integration intends to optimize workflows, encourage cross-functional collaboration, and provide real-time visibility into logistical activities. This investigation demonstrates how a well-designed EA framework can effectively mitigate transportation logistics and supply chain management disparities. By analyzing the results of the case study, this study aims to identify the benefits and challenges of implementing Enterprise Architecture within the realm of transportation logistics. This study explains how EA can improve operational efficiency, resource utilization, lead time, and customer satisfaction. Therefore, the research contributes to a broader comprehension of how Enterprise Architecture can optimally resolve the complexities inherent to contemporary transportation logistics. The potential for increased operational agility and competitiveness in the logistics industry is highlighted by applying EA principles to the context of integrated management systems

We recommend reducing errors at the time of delivery of goods. As for the problem of empty packaging and calculating the number of inappropriate products, by providing solutions using loadcell sensors for weight, proximity sensors for automatic counters and using google sheets as data storage in real time using esp8266 as a controller module.causing performance effectiveness that is expected to be better automatically and using the sophistication of IoT systems connected to the web system.and supported by several Components include relays, pneumatics, googlesheets in order to get accurate results, product sorting tools using this loadcell will be compared with loadcell weighing devices that have been on the market in order to find out how accurately it has obtained the appropriate results using a volume of 103gr. The results of the entire test tool get accurate data ranging from googlesheet to reading through Lcd 20x4 testing is carried out five times so that this tool can be applied to other supporting tools.that the entire tool is able to answer the problems of the developing industrial world

    The Public Relations and New Student Admissions Center of the Adisutjipto Dirgantara Technology Institute often collaborates with high schools and vocational schools both from Java and outside Java in terms of campus visits and has a program called Campus Tour. In carrying out campus tour activities, there are several problems that often arise. Therefore, an application called Education for Aero Engineering Adisutjipto (TORERO) was created with a 360° virtual reality tour and voice over which was able to provide information about aircraft engines at the Nurtanio Laboratory using a QR Code. This application is expected to be able to help Public Relations and the New Student Admission Center at the Adisutjipto Aerospace Technology Institute. Application testing uses the Black Box method for system testing, and is carried out on several browsers with the results obtained that all browsers support the use of the TORERO application. User test results using the Likert scale method, obtained results with a success rate of 86.23% with a statement of strongly agree

    The development of information technology has given birth to many new innovations, such as the e-Surat application which can help the administrative process of electronic service manuscripts at the OPD (Regional Apparatus Organization) in Tabanan Regency. The implementation of the e-Surat application on OPD in Tabanan Regency is still not optimal, there are factors that affect the implementation of the e-Surat application on OPD in Tabanan Regency. The model or method that is considered appropriate for analyzing and understanding the factors that can affect the implementation of the e-Surat application on OPD in Tabanan Regency is the TOE framework that will analyze the implementation of the e-Surat application on OPD in Tabanan Regency in terms of technology, organization and environment aspects. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the data analysis show that: (1) technological variables have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of e-Surat applications in OPD in Tabanan Regency, (2) organizational variables have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of e-Surat applications in OPD in Tabanan Regency and (3) environmental variables have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of e-Surat applications in OPD in Tabanan Regency

    The Design of Smart Prototype Pet Feeder Using Passive InfaRed (PIR) Sensors

    Food is necessary to support daily life and in pets like cats. Pet feeders are usually carried out routinely by pet owners by taking the time to stay at home and feed the pets. With activities requiring animal owners to be outside the home for long periods, it is necessary to design a prototype that can automatically assist the process of providing food, especially dry food, to pets. So pet feeders can be carried out even though the owner is not at home and does not have spare time. The system was built using the C language related to the Code Vision tools that support the hex file compiler into the microcontroller. The research method used is the experimental method, namely conducting trials (trial and error) directly on the research object and the comparative testing method for testing the built system. The auto pet feeder prototype uses the ATMega8535 IC by utilizing a PIR (Passive InfraRed) sensor to detect movement around the animal bowl. The PIR sensor detects well as expected, and it has an effective detection range of up to 5 meters. Not only detects humans, but the PIR sensor can also detect other living things. The PIR sensor will send a signal to the microcontroller to open the valve from the food measuring station, which is driven by a DC motor based on the detected motion to drop food into the animal's bowl. PhotoDioda controls the amount of food falling into the animal's bowl. The test results of this tool show that at a distance of 0–6 meters, the PIR sensor can provide feedback or detect animal movements well
