    Get PDF
Malnutrition is one of the foremost health problems experienced by children under five in many countries, especially in low and middle-income countries. Meanwhile, the target of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2.2 is that all forms of malnutrition must end by 2025. Therefore, this study aims to predict the toddlers’ nutritional status (malnutrition, undernutrition, overnutrition, and normal nutrition) based on age, body mass index (BMI), weight, and length using the Multinomial Logistic Regression (MLR) classification method. The dataset consists of two hundred toddlers obtained from the Kaggle site. Following pre-processing, the dataset is divided, with 80 percent of the data for training and the remaining 20 percent for testing. The model was trained using 10-fold cross-validation (CV). In Addition, the MLR model performance was evaluated using the confusion matrix (CM), the area under the curve (AUC), and the Kappa coefficient (KC). The evaluation results using CM show that the accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity values are 0.9412, 0.9375, and 0.9790, respectively. AUC and KC also show excellent results. It indicates that the MLR method is an esteemed and recommended method for predicting the nutritional status of toddlers. Therefore, this research can contribute to providing early information so that the Government can immediately determine the necessary treatment

    Get PDF
One of the most significant fruits for human consumption is the banana. Fruit consumption not only promotes health but also lowers the risk of heart disease, stroke, digestive issues, hypertension, some cancers, cataracts in the eyes, skin ailments, cholesterol reduction, and, perhaps most importantly, boosts immunity. The study included secondary data, which is information gathered from online resources like Kaggle. Ten categories of bananas will be identified from the 531 total varieties of bananas used as a train dataset: Ambon bananas, Stone bananas, Cavendish bananas, Kepok bananas, Mas bananas, Red bananas, plantains, Milk bananas, Horn bananas, and Varigata bananas. The development of information technology for image object recognition has become a very intriguing topic along with the rapid advancement of society, and it is undoubtedly directly tied to information data. In order to examine Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machine, and Neural Network techniques for classifying banana types, researchers will use the SqueezeNet Deep Learning model to extract features from photos. The study's findings will provide empirical evidence for the distinctions between each algorithm's accuracy, recall, and precision. Based on the collected results, the Neural Network (NN) method is the best in terms of classification, with accuracy of 72.3%, precision of 72.1%, and recall of 72.3%

Puskesmas are the spearhead of health services throughout Indonesia, puskesmas are at the forefront in breaking the chain of transmission of COVID-19 because they are located in every sub-district and have a regional concept. Being at the forefront in handling COVID19 and continuing to provide other primary health services to the community is a tough task for puskesmas throughout Indonesia. In urgent situations and rapidly changing regulations regarding the handling of COVID19 and non-COVID19 patients, telemedicine application development researchers are required to work quickly and precisely according to the needs of the Puskesmas. This study discusses the development of telemedicine applications using the Agile development method, with the Scrum framework. Based on the problems above, researchers will develop telemedicine applications with several health service features, namely; COVID19 independent health checks, village doctor and midwife consultations, medicine orders, maternity services, and dental consultation services, the features in the telemedicine application were developed using the agile scrum method. Telemedicine development begins with system design analysis, UI/UX design, develop, functional testing, usability testing and launching. From the system design analysis, it produces output use case diagrams and class diagrams, according to the needs of the puskesmas business process. UI/UX design is carried out using figma tools, then application development is carried out focusing on the frontend and backend, after the application has been developed, functional testing is carried out three times and usability testing. The results of the usability test conducted on 35 respondents obtained an average score through the SUS questionnaire with a score of 79. In terms of the Acceptability Range, this application program is in the Acceptable category, while on the Grade Scale it is in Grade C position and on the Adjective Rating it is in a Good position . The results show that the telemedicine application for Pusline is good and can be accepted by users

Educational media is an important component in education for making the Jambi Province Map which must be presented in an innovative way. Media that is currently known is a digital map that is not easy to read and the position and location or color errors, this situation will lead to errors in meaning and purpose. This study aims to make a product in the form of a digital map and test its validity based on media experts. This study uses the ADDIE model development procedure which is modified into 4 stages, namely analysis, design, development and implementation. The Likert scale method was used as an analysis to retrieve information from 20 class VII students of SMPN I Jambi City as respondents, while the validation method was used as an analysis to test product validity. The results of the development in this study are in the form of digital map images designed through the Android-based UMapper and WhatsApp Plus Aero applications. Test results from two material experts show that this product gets a score of 47 and 46 out of a maximum score of 50 which means very good. This shows that the development of this media is very good in meeting the needs of students in the field of education for making Jambi Province maps, being creative and innovating in using media in the form of android-based applications

    Get PDF
The problem of determining exemplary lecturers is included in the multi-criteria decision making problem because the assessment can be based on predetermined assessment criteria. Consequently, determining exemplary lecturers is an important aspect of improving the quality of education in an institution. In order for the final outcomes of exemplary lecturers to be objective and to examine various values for each criterion and criterion characteristic, decision-making processes are obviously required. Consequently, the goal of this study is to provide a model for evaluating the performance of exemplary lecturers by employing decision making with changed criterion characteristics and criteria prioritization strategies based on the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method. At the end of the procedure, the best alternative will be chosen based on the choice assessment model for identifying excellent lecturers with a case study at institution XYZ. Analysis of the final results revealed that the decision assessment model was influenced by modifying the assessment attributes using a Likert scale. The final results revealed that one of three alternative candidates for exemplary lecturer was selected based on alternative values for each criterion

    Get PDF
In the era of digitalization, business organizations are competing to improve the quality of their services by utilizing information technology. Reliable information technology applications can be used to help the company's operations become better, while improper application of information technology can slow down the process. The process of establishing information technology through IT governance audits will optimize the application of information technology in a business. The implementation of an IT audit generates plenty of data that must be appropriately managed. Audits conducted using traditional systems frequently encounter issues such as difficulties maintaining audit indicator data, manually keeping of evidence at risk of getting damaged or lost, the process for generating reports is quite long, the audit monitoring operations are ineffective, and because there are numerous types of standards with different indicators, multiple tools are required while performing audits. In order to answer these issues, this study implemented a multi standard information technology governance audit tool that capable of managing audit activity data from many standards in a single system. The PHP and javascript programming languages, MySQL database, as well as the Laravel and VueJS Frameworks, will be used in the construction of this audit tool. The SDLC method was applied in this study, with numerous stages including planning to maintenance. Through blackbox testing on the various functions contained in the developed multi-standard audit tool, it is shown that the system can function as expected or intended. As well as through the usability testing questionnaire, it was concluded that the multi-standard audit tool developed had fulfilled the usability aspects
