ROC and COPRAS Algorithms in a Decision Support System for Employee Career Assessment
PT. Union Confectionery, a long-established company in the confectionery production industry, had encountered significant challenges in managing employee career progression, including transfers, demotions, and promotions. The primary issue faced was the difficulty in conducting objective employee performance assessments and determining the appropriate criteria for career development. These assessments involved various complex factors such as work experience, discipline, education level, age, job performance, attendance, teamwork, and work ethics. To address these challenges, this study proposed the implementation of a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) utilizing the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method for criteria weighting and the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method for ranking decisions. The implementation of this system was expected to assist the management of PT. Union Confectionery in making more accurate and transparent decisions, while also improving employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. This research also compared previous studies that used similar methods for performance assessment, albeit with a narrower focus, specifically at the supervisory level. The findings from this study were anticipated to provide a comprehensive and innovative solution for employee career management across all levels of PT. Union Confectionery’s organization, as well as contribute to the development of more effective human resource management practices

Indomarco Adi Prima, which is IDR. 61,510,000 and the resulting transportation costs after using the Modified Distribution (MODI) method are IDR. 55,565,000. This shows that PT. Indomarco Adi Prima can optimize transportation costs for the distribution of food products in December 2023 with distribution cost savings of IDR. 5,945,000 or around 10.7%
Determining Tilapia Quality Using the Fuzzy Logic
Fish are living things with the highest trophic level in a body of water. Fish are living creatures that live in aquatic environments in fresh, brackish and marine waters. Tilapia is one of the leading commodities of aquaculture and is a widely used freshwater fish, and its production is quite high. Fuzzy logic is a logic that deals with the concept of partial truth, where classical logic states that everything can be expressed in binary terms (0 or 1). Various theories in the development of fuzzy logic show that fuzzy logic can be used to model various systems. A very adaptable and data-tolerant approach is mamdani fuzzy. Therefore, in this research, a mamdani fuzzy model will be developed to evaluate the quality of tilapia. This research uses fuzzy logic to evaluate the quality of tilapia based on its texture, taste, and size. In this study, researchers modeled 4 fuzzy variables, with 3 inputs (texture, taste, and size), 1 output (price), and a total of 4 fuzzy variables. The MIN IMPLICATION function was used in the inference procedure in the fuzzy operator application. Next, the MAX approach is used in the compilation of all fuzzy outputs. Then comes the affirmation, also known as defuzzification which is done using the Centroid method. The results show with 10 trial data it is seen that the higher the input value of size, the higher the output value of price.
The Implementation of Fuzzy Logic Algorithm In Android-Based Typhoid Fever Diagnostic Application
Typhoid fever is an infectious disease that causes death in Indonesia. This endemic disease has a high incidence rate and is a health problem related to the environment and sanitation. Problems due to limited time to consult directly with specialist doctors, it is not easy to consult with doctors at any time, and limited medical knowledge and experience, so it is difficult for the community to know and make an early diagnosis of the disease with symptoms of typhoid fever. This study created an Android-based application using a fuzzy logic algorithm for diagnosing typhoid fever. The application was built by adopting expert knowledge related to general and clinical symptoms that are often experienced by patients with typhoid fever, and data on the level of typhoid disease. Data collection was carried out through direct observation at the hospital and direct interviews with doctors. The data was processed to produce output in the form of diagnostic results and solution data recommended by the system. The application consists of 3 user levels, namely Admin who can process user data, Users who can diagnose their disease by inputting answers to questions in the application, and Experts who can process symptom data, disease level, and solution data. The research results are in the form of an application that can be used anytime as an alternative consultant that helps the community in diagnosing typhoid fever with output in the form of diagnostic results (negative typhoid, positive typhoid, or strong positive typhoid)
Design An Automatic Shuttlecock Output Device Using An Arduino Based Servo Motor
Badminton is a sport that uses a racket tool as a bat and shuttlecock as a bat and the slop itself is a container for placing a shuttlecock with a length of 37 cm. Badminton is a sport that the majority of many enthusiasts. And began to emerge associations of badminton players who were then trained by coaches to then make a profession or their own expertise. In general, shuttlecocks are removed manually and do not know whether the contents of the slop are exhausted or still filled. Therefore, automatic shuttlecock storage devices can make it easier for coaches to provide training to students who are in the association of badminton players. This tool can store shuttlecocks and remove shuttlecocks automatically which are stored in a dislop containing 12 seeds, the microcontroller used is Arduino Uno, the servo motor is used to remove the shuttlecock that has a dislop and if the shuttlecock is not filled then the Servo Motor does not run or open to remove the shuttlecock so that the slop must be replenished, then the HC-SR04 Sensor above the slop functions as a device that detects whether the shuttlecock is still there, then there is the ISD1820 Sensor which functions as an alarm to notify by voice that the shuttlecock is up and time to refill, then a tripod as the foundation for this automatic shuttlecock storage device. The result of this research test is that 12 shuttlecock seeds were successful. In this case, it is hoped that this research can help and facilitate coaches in training in a badminton player association on a large scale as well as efficiently knowing the exhaustion of shuttlecocks

Electronic Archive Design With RC4 Cryptographic Based File Security
The transformation of archival document storage systems is starting to shift from physical formats that require a lot of space and storage equipment to the electronic or digital realm (often called electronic archives). This is considered to reduce the costs of procuring equipment and storage space. In line with changes in paperless storage patterns, the issue of data security and confidentiality becomes important, so that information from documents to be archived can be maintained and cannot be used by irresponsible people. One technique for securing documents digitally is to use cryptography and the algorithm chosen is Rivest cipher 4. The RC4 (Rivest Chiper 4) algorithm was chosen because the execution speed in file encryption is faster than other algorithms. This article aims to implement the RC4 algorithm into an electronic archive (e-Archieve) application. The application development method uses the waterfall method with 5 stages. The application was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, as well as the Rivest Cipher 4 cryptographic algorithm. The result of the application development is an electronic archive website. Every file uploaded to the server can be encrypted by the admin. Encrypted files will change to random characters like a virus. The application was tested using black box testing techniques, where all features worked as expecte
