In memoriam Prof. Dr. Novotni Zoltán : Az agrárjogi dogmatika megalapozásának úttörője

    Get PDF
The market economy approach to economic policy and restitutionary efforts after the regime change brought about significant shifts in the legal regulation of the subject (cooperatives) and the object (land) of the agricultural sector. Zoltán Novotni, as a professor of private law, was one of the first to engage in the areas of the legal, jurisprudential and doctrinal nature of agricultural law. The present paper examines the role of the agricultural policy, the legislation, and the agricultural law education in Hungary today, based on his work "An Outline of the Development of Hungarian Agricultural Law".A rendszerváltást követő piacgazdasági szemléletű gazdaságpolitikai elképzelések és a restitúciós törekvések jelentős változásokat idéztek elő a mezőgazdasági üzemrendszer alanyi (a szövetkezetek) és tárgyi oldalának (a föld) jogi szabályozását illetően.

Pacta sunt servanda – clausula rebus sic stantibus: A szerződéskötéskori körülmények változására reagáló jogintézmények

    Get PDF
The study takes stock of those legal solutions that can be applied in the event of changes after the conclusion of the contract, as mentioned by Professor Novotni in his works. Frustration and frustration of purpose result in the termination of the contract, while the judicial modification of the contract aims to maintain it. The general legal principles can also be applied to remedy a subsequent significant change in circumstances existing at the time the contract was concluded.A tanulmány azokat a jogi megoldásokat veszi számba, amelyek a szerződés megkötését követő változások esetén alkalmazhatók, és amelyeket Novotni professzor is említett műveiben.  A lehetetlenülés, az érdekbeli lehetetlenülés a szerződés megszűnését eredményezi, míg a szerződés bírói módosítása a szerződés fenntartását célozza. Az alapelvek is alkalmazhatók a szerződéskötés idején fennálló körülmények későbbi jelentős változására orvoslására

Navigating the transition of a mathematical didactic game from tabletop to digital

    Get PDF
Game-based learning is gaining prominence across various educational levels due to its ability to accommodate the preferences commonly exhibited by Generation Z students for visual and experiential learning. Game-based methods are applicable in digital platforms and traditional classroom settings alike, with digital GBL typically taking the form of immersive video games, while non-digital GBL is generally represented by tabletop games. This paper aims to provide an examination of the most significant advantages and drawbacks associated with digital and non-digital didactic games. Subsequently, an overview of the game mechanics of Blue Yeti, a didactic card game designed to familiarise university students with the direct comparison test of improper integrals, will be provided. Finally, the challenges encountered during the digitalisation process of Blue Yeti will be described, outlining the key considerations involved in transitioning a mathematical didactic game to a digital format.Game-based learning is gaining prominence across various educational levels due to its ability to accommodate the preferences commonly exhibited by Generation Z students for visual and experiential learning. Wind turbine blades vibration: review

    Get PDF
The rapid development of wind turbines and the elongation of their blades necessitate extensive studies to address higher loads, displacement and vibrational amplitude, nonlinearity in the geometry, nonlinear stiffness, and many other challenges. Moreover, as many countries are shifting towards wind energy due to its effectiveness and low environmental impact, there is a pressing need for comprehensive investigation. This review aims to explore diverse numerical and experimental methodologies used in analysing wind turbine blade models across various operating conditions, including turbulent flow or cold environments, as well as different geometries and sizes. Numerous proposed numerical methods demonstrate strong correlation with experimental results or similar results to alternative numerical techniques such as Finite Element Method (FEM), time or frequency domain methods, and direct simulation. Additionally, this paper encompasses various experimental findings, including modal model analysis, operational modal analysis, and structural health monitoring. The rapid development of wind turbines and the elongation of their blades necessitate extensive studies to address higher loads, displacement and vibrational amplitude, nonlinearity in the geometry, nonlinear stiffness, and many other challenges. Get PDF
The main objective of this paper is to investigate the thermomechanical analysis of functionally graded structural components using Abaqus complete environment. We present the capabilities offered by the pre- and postprocessors of Abaqus finite element software for solving problems of bodies composed of heterogeneous materials, and how these can be utilized in custom numerical methods. We investigate, how we can utilize the built-in Python kernel of Abaqus complete environment and how we can use the results to train neural network or for solving optimization problems. The main objective of this paper is to investigate the thermomechanical analysis of functionally graded structural components using Abaqus complete environment. R&D Tax Incentive Implementation Rate: A Novel Approach to Analysing Attractiveness of Tax Incentives

    Get PDF
The article discusses the current methodology used to evaluate relative attractiveness of R&D tax incentives, namely the B-index. It describes the evolution of the methodology, as well as its main limitations and drawbacks. It further suggests a novel complementary approach to analysing the attractiveness of tax incentives taking into consideration the practical implementation of tax incentives. The developed indicator – the tax incentive implementation (utilisation) rate – accounts for countries’ national features of tax incentive systems and reporting on R&D tax expenditures, and allows the generosity of tax incentives to be linked with the actual amount of tax support received by firms. The specific tax incentive implementation rates were computed for 20 European countries, and compared to draw conclusions about the relative efficacy of policy implementation

Jelen publikáció erre a területre fókuszál.
