No full textIn the present study I aim to provide a comprehensive presentation of the legal institution of registration of the fact of bringing action, in addition to the provisions of Act CXLI of 1997 on the Real Estate Registration and the related judicial practice, I will deal in detail with both the legal history and the recently enacted new Real Estate Registration Act. A review of the legislation in force prior to 15 January 2025 and of court decisions of the late 19th and 20th centuries cannot be omitted in the course of a scholarly examination of the subject, since in many cases practice has developed in accordance with previously established principles or, on the contrary, in the light of decisions that have given rise to controversial interpretationsJelen tanulmányban a perbejegyzés jogintézményének átfogó bemutatására törekszem, így az ingatlan-nyilvántartásról szóló 1997. évi CXLI. törvény rendelkezései és a kapcsolódó bírói gyakorlat ismertetése mellett részletesen foglalkozom mind a jogtörténeti előzményekkel, mind pedig a közelmúltban hatályba lépett új ingatlan-nyilvántartási törvénnyel. A 2025. január 15. napját megelőzően hatályos jogszabályok, valamint a XIX. század végén és a XX. század folyamán meghozott bírósági határozatok áttekintése nem mellőzhető a téma tudományos igényű feldolgozása során, hiszen a gyakorlat több esetben is a korábban már kimunkált elvi tételeknek megfelelően, vagy éppen ellenkezőleg, a korábban ellentmondásos értelmezésre okot adó döntésekből okulva alakult

No full textMy study aims to present the legal regulation of the fur industry in the light of sustainable animal welfare. The focus of the problematic is the regulation of the European Union. The study takes as its starting point the hypothesis that the dilemmas that arise in relation to the legal, social, economic and environmental aspects of sustainability are in many cases interrelated. Based on this line of thinking, I will examine the regulation of the fur industry in the light of animal welfare legislation, EU and national social sustainability issues and economic interests, including the environmental interface.Írásom a prém-és szőrmeipar jogi szabályozását hivatott bemutatni a fenntartható állatvédelem tükrében. A vizsgált problematika fókuszában az Európai Unió térsége áll. A tanulmány azon hipotézist tekinti kiindulópontnak, amely szerint a fenntarthatóság jogi, társadalmi, gazdasági és környezetvédelmi aspektusai kapcsán felszínre kerülő dilemmák számos esetben összefüggésükben értelmezendők. E gondolatmenetet alapul véve, a szőrmeipar szabályozását az állatvédelmi joganyag, az uniós és a nemzeti társadalmi fenntarthatóság kérdése, valamint a gazdasági érdekek fényében vizsgálom, kitérve a környezetvédelmi kapcsolódási pontokra is

No full textThe choice of topic is partly inspired by the recent publication of the precedent-setting decision in the Collection of Court Decisions, made by the Curia (Supreme Court of Hungary) in a review proceeding, referred to in the title of the study, on the interpretation of the legal nature of the grounds for interrupting the prescription period, which may put an end to the legal interpretation debate that has been ongoing since the adoption of the Civil Code. The other reason is that we dedicated the Civil Law Scholars' Meeting to the memory of Professor György Bíró, who passed away 10 years ago and who dealt with the theoretical and practical issues of prescription in several of his studies.A témaválasztás apropóját egyrészről az adja, hogy nemrégiben jelent meg a Bírósági Határozatok Gyűjteményében a Kúria felülvizsgálati tanácsának a tanulmány címében jelzett precedensképes határozata az elévülést megszakító okok jogi természetének értelmezéséről, ami pontot tehet a Ptk. elfogadása tartó jogértelmezési vita végére. No full textThis study examines the voluntary and mandatory forms of contract in the European and Hungarian law. In line with the solutions adopted in European codifications, the freedom of form of contract is accepted as a general rule. Thus, in exceptional cases specified by law, the contract is concluded only if framed in a prescribed form. Apart from other European civil codes, the Hungarian Civil Code prescribes written form in relation to specific types of contracts, or, in specific laws beyond the Civil Code, and not among the general rules on contract law. The paper also reveals that the legal consequence of defects of form is the nullity of the contract, which may be rectified. The study also scrutinizes real contracts and the consequences of their transformation into consensual contracts.E tanulmány a szerződés fakultatív és kötelező alakját vizsgálja az európai és a magyar jog fényében. Az európai jogrendszerekhez hasonlóan a magyar Ptk. a szóbeliség (formátlanság) főszabályát követi, és a törvényben előírt kivételes esetben formális a szerződés, azaz a felek akaratmegegyezése az előírt kötelező alakban érvényes. Eltérően azonban más európai polgári jogi kódexektől, a magyar Ptk. a forma elvi kérdéseit nem a szerződési jog általános részében szabályozza részletesen, hanem az egyes nevesített szerződések körében, illetve, ezen kívül további törvényekben. A Nemzeti Népegészségügyi Program kapcsolta az egészségfejlesztés alapelveivel: The relationship of the National Public Health Program with the principles of health promotion
Get PDFIn September last year, it was announced that the National Public Health Program had been completed, which sets out the national public health strategy for the next decade (2023-2033). The Draft Programme focuses on a preventive approach and its main objective is to increase the number of healthy years of life of the Hungarian population, an area where Hungary lags behind the European Union average. This gap is clearly reflected in Hungarian demographic data. To overcome this disadvantage and to achieve the objectives of improving the health status of the population, it is essential that health promotion is a key element of the Programme, as lifestyle is the most important determinant of health. The health behaviour of the Hungarian population needs to be shaped, and this requires continuously accessible, effective and sustainable health promotion activities. In this overview study, we show that the findings of the three core documents on health promotion, which are still valid today, are also strongly present in the Programme.A múlt év szeptemberében bejelentésre került, hogy elkészült a Nemzeti Népegészségügyi Program, amely egyévtizedre (2023-2033) határozza meg a hazai népegészségügyi stratégiát. A Program Tervezet a prevenciós szemléletet helyezi előtérbe és kiemelt alapcélja, hogy növelje a hazai lakosság egészségben eltöltött éveinek a számát, mely területen Magyarország az Európai Uniós átlaghoz viszonyítva lemaradást mutat. Ez a lemaradás egyértelműen visszatükröződik a magyar demográfiai adatokban is. A hátrány leküzdéséhez, a lakosság egészségiállapotának javítását célzó célkitűzések eléréséhez, elengedhetetlen az egészségfejlesztés hangsúlyos jelenléte a Programban, hiszen az életmód a legmeghatározóbb egészségdetermináns. A hazai lakosságot jellemző egészségmagatartás mindenképpen formálást igényel, ehhez pedig folyamatosan hozzáférhető, hatékony és fenntartható egészségfejlesztési tevékenységre van szükség. Az áttekintő tanulmányban bemutatjuk, hogy az egészségfejlesztés három alapdokumentumának ma is érvényes megállapításai, a Programban is határozottan jelen vannak
Tudományos és Technológiai Parkok osztályozásának összefüggései
Get PDFThe aim of the research is to examine the classification aspects of science and technology parks. To this end, an analysis of 113 international parks was carried out along four criteria: ownership, orientation of park activities, range of actors involved and sectoral focus. Based on this survey, the article provides a comprehensive picture of some of the characteristics of international science and technology parks. A pair-wise correlation analysis of the four areas based on the classification criteria led to the conclusion that no strong statistical relationship could be detected between them. This confirms the suitability of the four criteria-based classification method for describing parks as an assessment from four independent perspectives. By a comprehensive analysis of the studied characteristics, statistical clustering methods were used to define typical park classes and typical park types. The practical significance of this is that different park characteristics may require different management methods and different development strategies. In addition, there is a good opportunity for sharing experiences and mutual learning between parks of similar types, due to presumably similar management aspects.A kutatás célja a tudományos és technológiai parkok osztályozási szempontjainak vizsgálata. Ennek érdekében négy szempont mentén, a tulajdonosi kör, a parki tevékenységek orientációja, a betelepült szereplők köre, az ágazati fókuszáltság területén került sor egy 113 nemzetközi parkot érintő elemzésre. A felmérés alapján a cikk átfogó képet ad a nemzetközi tudományos és technológiai parkok egyes jellemzőiről. A négy terület osztályozási szempontokra épülő, páronkénti összefüggés-vizsgálata arra vezetett, hogy ezek között nincs kimutatható erős statisztikai kapcsolat. Ez alátámasztja, hogy a négy szempontra épülő osztályozási módszer alkalmas a parkok leírására, mint négy független szemszögből való értékelés. A vizsgált jellemzők átfogó elemzésével, statisztikai klaszterezés módszerévek maghatározásra kerültek tipikus parki osztályok, jellemző park típusok. Ennek gyakorlati jelentősége, hogy az eltérő parki sajátosságok eltérő menedzsment módszereket, különböző fejlesztési stratégiát igényelhetnek. Emellett, a hasonló jellegű parkok között jó lehetőség van a vélhetően hasonló menedzsment szempontok miatt a tapasztalatok megosztása és a kölcsönös tanulásra

Economic instruments affect social utility by influencing individual decisions based on the technical characteristics of functional space use. This paper explores these relationships, which can help determine where and to what extent currently preferred economic instruments have an impact. The model allows for identifying areas where the use of financial instruments is expected to have significant utility. This article presents the details and internal connections of the developed four-dimensional model. The created model is a suitable tool for more accurately assessing the effects of economic instruments in the future

Our institute is celebrating its 25th anniversary and the Department of Regional Economics its 30th, providing us with an opportunity to do just that.Kerek évszámok alkalmat adnak a számvetésre még akkor is, ha ezek történelmi léptékben aligha értelmezhetők. Mégis egy-egy kerek évforduló kapcsán indokolt összefoglalni, hogy tudományterületünk művelése során mit értünk el, mit sikerült ebből átadni az utánunk következő generációknak, mennyiben sikerült abból a társadalom hasznára fordítani. Erre lehetőséget ad, hogy Intézetünk 25 éves, a Regionális Gazdaságtan Tanszék pedig 30 éves
