APPROPRIATE IN THE SHARIA ECONOM APPROPRIATE IN THE SHARIA ECONOMY: DIGITALIZATION FOR 3 KG LPG SUBSIDY

    No full text
Implementation of manual recording in the distribution of 3 Kg LPG often faces problems of inaccuracy of targets and inefficiency. One of them is due to misuse by retailers, they take advantage of loopholes in the manual system to buy subsidized LPG from the base and resell it above the Highest Retail Price (HET) to the public, including those who should not be entitled. This practice causes price distortion and makes subsidies not fully enjoyed by the target audience. The 3-kg LPG subsidy program in Indonesia aims to provide affordable energy access for communities in need. This study seeks to explore the role of digitalization—specifically through the implementation of the Merchant Apps—in realizing the principle of wadh'u asy-syai’ fi mahallihi (placing something in its proper context) within the framework of Islamic economics in the distribution of subsidized 3-kg LPG. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study at PT. Sinar Aurora Abadi. The analysis reveals that the Merchant Apps significantly enhance targeting accuracy through NIK (National Identification Number) verification and purchase limitations, while also improving distribution efficiency via digitized recording and reporting systems. These findings align with key principles of Islamic economics, including justice (‘adl), public benefit (maslahah), moderation and efficiency (iqtishad), and trustworthiness (amanah). Nonetheless, the implementation of the Merchant Apps also faces several challenges, particularly in relation to digital infrastructure, digital literacy, and system reliability. This study concludes that digitalization through the Merchant Apps holds strong potential for optimizing the distribution of the 3-kg LPG subsidy, making it more targeted, efficient, and accountable in accordance with Islamic economic values. Continuous efforts to address these challenges and to develop the application inclusively are essential to achieving these goals. &nbsp

    No full text
Tonsillitis is a common global disease that most frequently affects children, particularly those aged 5–9 years. The primary cause of tonsillitis is infection of the tonsils by Streptococcus ?-hemolyticus Group A bacteria. Leukocytes play a key role in fighting infections, while neutrophils, as the main cells involved in acute inflammation, destroy bacteria through phagocytosis. This study aimed to determine the correlation between leukocyte and neutrophil counts and Anti-Streptolysin O (ASO) levels in children with tonsillitis. This research employed a cross-sectional design involving 32 pediatric tonsillitis patients, both inpatients and outpatients, at Dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Regional Hospital, Purbalingga. ASO levels were measured using the latex agglutination method, while hematological parameters—total leukocyte and neutrophil counts—were measured using a hematology analyzer based on the flow cytometry method. Data on the correlation between leukocyte and neutrophil counts and ASO levels were analyzed using Spearman’s rho correlation test. The results showed no significant correlation between leukocyte count and ASO level (p = 0.424, r = 0.146), and no correlation between neutrophil count and ASO level (p = 0.653, r = 0.083). There was no significant correlation between leukocyte and neutrophil counts and ASO levels in children with tonsillitis. Further studies are recommended using ASO measurement methods such as ELISA or turbidimetry, as well as additional inflammatory markers including Interleukin-1 (IL-1), Interferon-? (IFN-?), and Tumor Necrosis Factor-? (TNF-?)

Regional regulations prohibiting Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) behavior have become the focus of legal and humanitarian debates in various regions. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of regional regulations using a natural law approach. Basically, this approach refers to legal principles that are considered to originate from nature or the universe. This study uses a qualitative research method by conducting a literature review (library study), analyzing relevant legal sources and natural law philosophy, and tracing previous data and studies that examine the implementation of regulations on the prohibition of LGBT behavior. This study examines the legal aspects of the regional regulations and involves an analysis of the natural law perspective. There are ethical and human rights questions in assessing the validity of prohibitions on certain sexual identities and orientations. The natural law approach is the basis for evaluating whether the regulations are in accordance with natural principles and human values. This study considers the views of natural law experts, legal philosophy, and also religious views that underlie natural law. In this context, it is also possible to compare the natural law perspective with the dominant religious principles in the region

Potensi Bioremediasi Mikroplastik Menggunakan Bakteri di Pengelolaan Air Limbah: The Potential of Microplastic Bioremediation Using Bacteria in Wastewater Treatment Systems

The issue of microplastic pollution is increasing due to the widespread use of plastics in daily life. Microplastics, which are less than 5 millimeters in size, are divided into two types: primary and secondary microplastics. Their presence in wastewater is one of the sources of pollution that can harm aquatic ecosystems and humans. Conventional wastewater treatment has limitations in effectively removing microplastics, thus requiring more efficient and environmentally friendly alternative approaches. One promising solution is bioremediation using bacteria, where certain bacteria can degrade microplastics into simpler compounds. Some types of bacteria effective in microplastic degradation include Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis, and Streptomyces thermoviolaceus. This study aims to explore the potential of bacteria in microplastic remediation in wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs). Research shows that bacteria can degrade microplastics with varying efficiency, depending on the type of bacteria and microplastics used. Integrating bioremediation with conventional wastewater treatment systems, such as activated sludge reactors, can improve the effectiveness of microplastic removal. However, further research is needed to ensure successful implementation on a larger scale. Considering ecological and economic aspects, microplastic bioremediation could become a long-term solution for reducing plastic pollution.

Knowledge is the result of human knowledge to understand an object they encounter, as a result of efforts to understand a particular object. Discussing knowledge is always linked to epistomology, which is a branch of philosophy that discusses the occurrence of knowledge, sources of knowledge, origins of knowledge, boundaries, nature, methods and validity of knowledge. The measure of truth as a process of validity of knowledge. Epistomologically, truth is the correspondence between what is claimed to be known and the actual reality which is the object of knowledge. Truth lies in the correspondence between subject and object, namely what the subject knows and reality as it is. There are four theories of truth; 1) correspondence theory, 2) Coherence theory, 3) pragmatic theory, 4) religious truth

The research results show that there are similar values ??and principles between Hasan Hanafi's social theology and Buya Hamka's interpretation, especially in terms of social justice and gender equality. This synergy produces a comprehensive approach, combining social action with contextual religious understanding. The implementation of this synergy can be applied in various fields such as education, health, public policy and economic empowerment. This article makes a new contribution by proposing a synergy model between social theology and Al-Qur'an interpretation as a strategy for women's empowerment that has not been widely discussed in previous literature. This approach not only provides practical solutions but also forms a framework that enables sustainable social change

Fenomena Hidup Hedonis dalam Perspektif Al-Qur’an: Telaah Konsep Al-Isrif dan At-Tabdzir

Hedonistic lifestyles characterized by excessive consumption behavior and orientation to worldly pleasures have become a widespread social phenomenon in the modern era. From an Islamic perspective, this kind of behavior is contrary to the fundamental values that the Qur'an teaches, especially through the prohibition against al-isr?f (excess) and at-tabdz?r (extravagance). This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of hedonistic living through a thematic interpretation approach to the verses of the Qur'an, as well as relate it to the Islamic economic framework. The results of the study show that the Qur'an not only condemns individual consumptive behavior, but also warns of its impact on social structure, economic inequality, and loss of moral responsibility. The hedonistic lifestyle is also considered to be contrary to the principles of al-fal?h and maq??id al-shar?'ah which emphasize a balance between material and spiritual needs. Therefore, the value of simplicity and wise management of wealth is a Qur'anic solution in dealing with the crisis of excessive consumption and encouraging the realization of a fair and sustainable economic order
