Методичні рекомендації враховують організацію освітнього процесу у дистанційному форматі під час дії воєнного часу за умови обмеження можливості проведення занять на базі ЗВО.The course «Global Problems of Modernity» aims to familiarize students with the nature, scale and structure of key threats of the 21st century, to promote the formation of a holistic understanding of the interrelationships between global processes, critical thinking skills and a conscious attitude to the challenges of our time. Particular attention is paid to the search for effective strategies for solving global problems based on the principles of sustainable development, international cooperation, ecological balance and social justice. Methodological recommendations take into account the organization of the educational process in a distance format during wartime, provided that the possibility of conducting classes on the basis of higher education institutions is limited
Multi-ligand docking of polyphenols with functional proteins

Водночас їхнє практичне застосування у складі харчових добавок та лікарських засобів обмежене через низьку стабільність та водорозчинність. Метою даної роботи було оцінка можливості використання функціональних білків (альбуміну та інсуліну) як нанотранспортерів для бінарних і потрійних комбінацій поліфенолів. За допомогою трьохетапного молекулярного докінгу встановлено, що декілька поліфенольних сполук можуть одночасно зв’язуватись, переважно із субдоменом IB альбуміну, утворюючи водневі, гідрофобні та π–π взаємодії. Виявлено, що досліджені поліфеноли формують більш стабільні комплекси з альбуміном, ніж з інсуліном. Зокрема, альбумін продемонстрував найвищу ефективність як нанопереносник для потрійних комбінацій галової кислоти з іншими сполуками (саліцилова кислота, кверцетин, сезамін чи куркумін), особливо за умови додавання третього компонента на фінальному етапі докінгу. Водночас, у ряді випадків найбільш стабільними виявилися комплекси альбуміну з бінарними комбінаціями поліфенолів. Отримані результати можуть бути корисними для подальшої розробки ефективних нанотранспортних систем на основі альбуміну для доставки комбінованих поліфенольних препаратів у поліфармакотерапії.Due to their pronounced antioxidant properties, polyphenols contribute to reducing the risk of chronic human diseases. However, their practical application in dietary supplements and pharmaceuticals is limited by low stability and poor water solubility. The aim of this study was to evaluate the potential use of functional proteins (albumin and insulin) as nanocarriers for binary and ternary combinations of polyphenols. Using a three-stage molecular docking approach, it was shown that several polyphenolic compounds can simultaneously bind predominantly to subdomain IB of albumin via hydrogen bonds, hydrophobic interactions, and π–π stacking. It was found that the investigated polyphenols form more stable complexes with albumin than with insulin. In particular, albumin demonstrated the highest efficiency as a nanocarrier for ternary combinations of gallic acid with other compounds (such as salicylic acid, quercetin, sesamin, or curcumin), especially when the third component was added during the final docking stage. In some cases, however, the most stable complexes were observed for binary polyphenol combinations with albumin. The obtained results may be useful for the further development of efficient albumin-based nanocarrier systems for the delivery of combined polyphenol formulations in polypharmacotherapy

Для студентів психологічних спеціальностей такий підхід є особливо актуальним, оскільки англійська мова стає ключовим інструментом у доступі до сучасних наукових джерел і професійного розвитку. Результати дослідження: в результаті роботи було доведено високу інформативність ознак, отриманих методом мультифрактального детрендованного аналізу, для розрізнення норми та патології серцевого ритму. Модель машинного навчання було побудовано для виявлення закономірностей, що вказують на патології та порушення варіабельності ритму серця. Отримані результати можуть бути використані при розробці програмних систем автоматизованого скринінгу та підтримки прийняття діагностичних рішень для попереднього виявлення пацієнтів з ознаками аритмії.Objective of the Work: To investigate the effectiveness of applying multifractal analysis for distinguishing between normal sinus rhythm and atrial fibrillation using machine learning models. Research Results: As a result of the study, the high informativeness of the features obtained through the multifractal detrended analysis method for
distinguishing between normal and pathological heart rhythm was demonstrated. A machine learning model was developed to identify patterns indicative of cardiac rhythm abnormalities and impaired heart rate variability. Practical Significance: The obtained results can be utilized in the development of software systems for automated screening and decision support in diagnostics, aimed at the early detection of patients with signs of arrhythmia

Врахування екранування внутрішніх оболонок атома у відповідних дослідженнях, зазвичай, виконується спрощено, в рамках підходу Мозлі, а саме шляхом введення ефективного заряду ядра. В рамках цієї роботи розглядається використання методу Томаса-Фермі в рамках першого наближення теорії збурень для підвищення узгодженості теорії з результатами експериментів при збереженні простоти підходу Мозлі. Продемонстрована кра- ща, ніж отримана в рамках підходу Мозлі, узгодженість між поліноміальною апроксимацією, отриманою методом Томаса-Фермі та експериментальними даними.A number of studies demonstrate a discrepancy between the results of experiments and theoretical predictions of characteristic X-rays. Taking into account the screening of the inner shells of an atom in relevant studies is usually done in a simplified way, within the framework of the Moseley approach, namely by introducing an effective charge of the nucleus. Within the framework of this work, the use of the Thomas- Fermi method within the framework of the first approximation of the perturbation theory is considered to increase the consistency of the theory with the results of experiments while maintaining the simplicity of the Moseley approach. A better consistency between the polynomial approximation obtained by the Thomas-Fermi method and experimental data was demonstrated than obtained within the framework of the Moseley approach

Розглянуто застосовувані стратегії формування іміджу підприємства «Rozetka», зокрема заходи у сфері брендингу, маркетингу, PR та клієнтоорієнтованості. Проведено аналіз сформованого іміджу підприємства «Rozetka» на основі відгуків споживачів, контенту в соціальних мережах і наявних репутаційних викликів. Запропоновано шляхи удосконалення іміджу підприємства з урахуванням сучасних викликів.Theoretical foundations of the concept of enterprise image and its significance in modern conditions have been examined. The role of image as an intangible asset in ensuring the enterprise's competitiveness has been defined. The factors influencing the formation of a positive image have been identified. Existing methods for assessing a company’s image have been analyzed. A general overview of the company "Rozetka" has been provided, considering the specifics of its activities, target audience, and market position. The applied strategies for forming the image of "Rozetka" have been considered, including branding, marketing, PR, and customer orientation measures. The current image of "Rozetka" has been analyzed based on consumer feedback, social media content, and existing reputational challenges.
