Towards Global Digital Governance: Norms, Institutions, and Challenges of Multilateral Cooperation
No full textThis research investigates the possibilities for constructing a holistic, accountable, and effective global digital governance framework amid grow ing geopolitical competition and regulatory fragmentation. It explores how Joseph Nye’s theory of the regime complex and the Internet Governance Fo rum (IGF) multi-stakeholder initiative can serve as complementary models for advancing digital governance. While both have limitations, the study argues that when revised, they can offer foundations for balancing cooper ation and competition in the digital domain. Through qualitative analysis of legal texts, policy reports, and institutional practices, the study assesses the mechanisms shaping digital governance. Findings suggest that a revised regime complex theory can illuminate the multi-actor, multi-level nature of governance and its cooperative potential, and that the IGF, if strategically recalibrated, can effectively guide future institutionalization efforts
A new species of cave crickets Troglophilus Krauss, 1879 (Orthoptera: Rhaphidophoridae) from south-eastern Anatolia, Turkey
No full textWe examined a population of cave crickets from southeastern Anatolia, belonging to the genus Troglophilus Krauss, 1879. Our analysis revealed that this population represents a previously undescribed species, which we herein describe as Troglophilus dicleensis Taylan & Şirin, sp. n., discovered in Dicle Cave, Diyarbakır Province. Detailed morphological descriptions, illustrations, and figures are provided to support the identification of this new species. Troglophilus dicleensis can be distinguished from its closest geographical relative, T. escalerai Bolívar, 1899, as well as from other Anatolian Troglophilus species, by unique characteristics of the epiphallus, the subgenital plate, and the ovipositor. With this discovery, the number of Troglophilus species recorded from caves in the Western Palaearctic rises to 22, and the number documented in Turkey to 11. http://www.zoobank.org/urn:lsid:zoobank.org:pub:CA0541D4-572F-438F-A09F-0C8B2300A1C2

No full textBu araştırma ile Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren sosyal girişimcilerin sosyalsermayelerinin sosyal girişimcilik faaliyetlerindeki rolü araştırılmıştır. Araştırmadanitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda Türkiye’defaaliyet gösteren 17 sosyal girişimciyle yüz yüze görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Araştırmasonuçları sosyal girişimcilikte iş kurma sürecinde ve sürdürülmesinde sosyalsermayenin etkili bir faktör olduğunu; sosyal girişimcilerin bağlayıcı ve köprü kuransosyal sermaye türünden yararlandıklarını ortaya koymaktadır. Bu bakımdanaraştırmanın sosyal girişimcilik alanında son yıllarda ortaya çıkan gelişmelerışığında Türkiye’deki mevcut durumun belirlenmesi ve sosyal girişimciliğinTürkiye’de aktif ve sürdürülebilir olması açısından katkı sağladığı düşünülmektedir</p
