No full textThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-control variables, organizational commitment, cyberloafing behavior on employee performance. The method used is qualitative and quantitative using a simple random sample, and the selected population is an employee of one of the e-Logistics Business Services in Bandung. The sample of 72 employees was obtained through observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires that have gone through the process of testing and testing the validity, reliability of the instrument. The data from filling out the questionnaire was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the IBM SPSS 2 Software program. The results of this study indicate that locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Cyberloafing behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which in this case is the performance of employees of e-Logistics Business Services in Bandung, so it can be stated that the hypothesis in this study is proven
Agricultural Entrepreneurial Strategy during the COVID-19 Pandemic: Case Study of Garut, Indonesia
Get PDFThis study aims at proposing a business strategy to maintain the agricultural sector in Garut Regency during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Regardless of the fact that all sectors need special strategies to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic, there are still limited studies focusing on entrepreneurship strategies in the agriculture sector. The method used in this research was descriptive-qualitative case study. Observations were made for a period of one year from October 2019 to October 2020 to observe the resilience of the agricultural sector in Garut district, Indonesia. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the agricultural sector of Garut Regency used a closed-loop strategy, namely by establishing cooperation between farmers and the industrial as well as retail sectors. To support this strategy, a supporting strategy that considers internal and external factors in the agricultural sector is needed. This study uses SWOT analysis to determine important aspects. Based on the identified factors, various strategies were obtained to strengthen the economic structure of farmers. As a result, farmers are expected to increase production and welfare as well as can become a momentum for strengthening national food independence. This research can be used as a reference for other researchers in their research and add insight
Design of enterprise information system using TOGAF framework for public service agency
Get PDFAs one of the government institutions in charge of serving the administration of
the population, the Tagaraja sub-district office is currently unable to support the
organization's strategy optimally. Thisis due to the lack of an information system
that supports each process of data exchange from each management field. The
role of information technology as a supporting tool in the organization as part of
the information system has become part of the organization's strategy to achieve
its goals. However, the current issue is that implementing information systems
for the benefit of the entire organization is difficult. The business strategy and the
technology strategy must be in sync. The integration factor in the development
of information systems can be used to determine the alignment of information
systems with organizational needs. The goal of this research is to create an
appropriate enterprise information system architecture to achieve the
organization's strategic goals in accordance with the Tagaraja sub-vision districts
and mission. A comprehensive and user-friendly method is required to design an
enterprise architecture. This research TOGAF utilizes a qualitative approach and
data collection methods such as literature reviews, interviews, and direct
observations, as well as the Open Group Framework (TOGAF) ADM
architectural design method. The research findings are presented in the form of
an integrated application proposal that can support business processes while also
addressing issues related to the Tagaraja sub-district office's lack of an

Policy Formulation of Criminal Actions Related To Binary Option Through The Criminal Justice System In Indonesia

Currently, there is a lot of investment using the Binary Option Trading model, where this practice has not been accommodated by the laws and regulations in Indonesia and has resulted in victims who suffer losses. This study aims to identify and understand the formulation policies of Binary Option Trading in Indonesia and the enforcement of Binary Option Trading laws in Indonesia. This research method is descriptive with the type of normative juridical research, using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Based on the results of the study showed that both organizers, Binary Options influencers and affiliates can be subject to multiple articles as regulated in the Criminal Code, the ITE Law, the Consumer Protection Law, and the Money Laundering Law. However, in the application of legal witnesses, it is important to note that criminal sanctions are the ultimum remedium, therefore it is important to apply other sanctions such as refunding losses, so that the goal of a fair sentence can be realized. In terms of law enforcement through prevention efforts, it should be prioritized, namely law enforcers must be active by carrying out integrated efforts, considering that it is an ordinary offense, so as to prevent the emergence of victims in the future. AKTIVITAS KOMUNIKASI PADA PAGELARAN SENI REAK DALAM MERAYAKAN PANEN PADI
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aktivitas komunikasi dalam pagelaran seni Reak Juarta Putra
sebagai bentuk syukur atas melimpahnya hasil panen padi oleh masyarakat Kampung Ciguruwik Desa
Cinunuk Kabupaten Bandung Jawa Barat. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode
etnografi komunikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan: 1) situasi komunikasi ritual pagelaran seni reak
Juarta Putra tempat pelaksanaannya itu bertempat di Halaman Rumah Pemangku Adat Kampung
Ciguruwik; 2).Peristiwa komunikatif ritual pagelaran seni reak Juarta Putra berlangsung dengan tawasulan,
ritual adat, pembukaan dari pemangku adat, pagelaran seni, dan penutupan ritual penutupan oleh pemangku
adat; 3).Tindak Komunikatif ritual pagelaran seni reak Juarta Putra yaitu terdapat simbol-simbol pesan dan
filosifi dari leluhur yang diyakini oleh masyarakat Kampung Ciguruwik yang ada dalam makna panen padi,
bakar kemenyan dan sesajen. Kesimpulan aktivitas komunikasi ritual pagelaran seni reak Juarta Putra
adalah kegitan dalam aktivitas komunikasi yang rutin tiap tahun, sementara ritual pagelaran seni reak Juarta
Putra ini merupakan rangkaian peristiwa yang khas dan memiliki ciri sehingga membedakan dengan tradisi
lain.
