Discipline Value in The Governance of Work Environment
No full textThis study aims to determine how much influence work discipline has on the work productivity of one of the Regional Secretariats in Ciamis. This study used 57 samples of respondents at one of the Regional Secretariats in Ciamis. The sampling method used in this study is a nonprobability sampling technique with data collection through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The method used in the study was simple linear regression analysis which was then processed with SPSS 27 for Windows software. The results obtained work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity in one of the Regional Secretariat of Ciamis. So that each employee has responsibility for meeting work targets and also complying with established regulations, good and solid cooperation between employees affects work productivity at the Regional Secretariat of Ciamis

This research used a sample of 54 respondents at one of the directorates general of immigration at the Immigration Office. This research uses simple linear regression analysis and nonprobability sampling techniques are used in the sampling method by collecting data through questionnaires, interviews and observation. The results obtained by the personnel management information system (SIMPEG)
have a positive and significant effect on the personnel administration services of the Directorate General of Immigration at one of the Immigration Offices. This is because the resulting data reporting is in accordance with requirements. Apart from that, data in SIMPEG can be searched easily and the facilities available in SIMPEG are easy for employees to use, so that personnel administration services are better
Pemanfaatan Big data oleh Petani-milenial Kota Bandung: Tinjauan Teori Difusi Inovasi
No full textPenggunaan Big data dalam pertanian menjadi fokus penting, terutama bagi petani-milenial di Kota Bandung
yang membutuhkan akses informasi yang cepat dan akurat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh pemanfaatan Big data terhadap praktik oleh para
pertain-milenial di Kota Bandung serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan penggunaannya.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif
terhadap petani-milenial yang aktif di Kota Bandung. Analisi dilakukan dengan melalui teks wawancara
dengan cara coding dengan mencari tema, kategori dan pola. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa adopsi Big
data, menurut Teori Difusi Inovasi, memperkuat komunikasi antar petani, membentuk koperasi berdasarkan
data yang tersedia, mempercepat pengambilan keputusan, dan membantu mengoptimalkan penggunaan
sumber daya. Rekomendari penelitian ini adalah memperkuat infrastruktur teknologi, meningkatkan pelatihan,
dukungan keuangan, dan kemitraan, serta advokasi kebijakan yang mendukung.
