SITAMPAN: Mobile application for planting and harvesting of horticultural crops in Garut Regency
No full textGarut Regency’s agriculture sector has the most impact on the region’s GDP compared to other sectors. The Central Statistics Agency reports that the agricultural sector’s contribution was 39.11% in 2014 and will be 37.97% in 2020. The farmer’s inability to manage their crop goods is the primary cause of the contribution decline. The study aims to build a prototype of a mobile application information system for planting and harvesting. commodities based on a geospatial information system. The research method used was field surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions (FGD) with farmers, farmer group leaders, agricultural extension workers, and officials at Garut Regency Agriculture Office. The designed application is Sitampan which stands for Sistem Informasi Tanam dan Panen (Planting and Harvesting Information System). The users of this application are farmers, farmer group leaders, agricultural extension workers, and Garut Regency Agriculture Office. Each user will have a specific role and access based on their roles. The public can only see the data contained in this application. In conclusion, this app can serve as a platform for information and communication for farmers. Farmers can use this app as a decision-making tool to manage their crops, including when to sell, plant, and harvest. Hopefully, this application will enhance the welfare of farmers, particularly those in Garut district, one of the industries that have the most impact on the Indonesian agricultural sector
The Impact of the Implementation of Student Tuition Payment Information Systems on the Quality of Financial Reports: A Case Study at Universitas Komputer Indonesia
No full textThe purpose of this research is to see the impact of implementing a student tuition payment system on the quality of financial reports at the Universitas Komputer Indonesia. This is done because students are customers whose loyalty must be maintained. Efforts are being made to provide satisfaction to students by providing transparent and accountable financial report information. The research method used is a survey method using a questionnaire via google form. Respondents were 28 study programs at Universitas Komputer Indonesia as users of the system. The data analysis was carried out through descriptive and verification analysis. Data processing using SEM PLS. The results showed the level of closeness (correlation coefficient) between the student tuition payment system and the quality of financial reports. From these results it can be said that the student tuition payment system is very helpful for the Universitas Komputer Indonesia in producing quality financial reports so that it can make it easier for users to make decisions. Universitas Komputer Indonesia continues to innovate in developing an integrated student tuition payment information system so that the resulting financial reports can provide useful information for the user. The student tuition payment information system has been proven to have improved the quality of information that is accurate, relevant, timely and complete. In addition, the student tuition payment information system created by the Universitas Komputer Indonesia has made it easier for system users to carry out their work so as to cut time more efficiently
DETERMINANT SUCCESS FACTORS IN IMPLEMENTATING MB-KM AND ITS IMPACT ON STRENGTHENING THE CAPACITY OF GRADUATES
Get PDFThe aim of this study was to examine the determinants of the success of MB-KM implementation and their impact on strengthening the capacity of graduates in the Program Studi Manajemen FEB UNIKOM. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using SWOT analysis. Samples were taken randomly consisting of lecturers, education staff, and active students in the Management Study Program FEB UNIKOM through questionnaires, observation and documentation. The results show that the factors that determine the success of MB-KM implementation and its impact on influencing the quality of graduates consist of the readiness of human resources, curriculum development that adapts to the industrial revolution 4.0, facilities, infrastructure and information technology, as well as support from the entire academic community, and work. same partnership. In order to achieve this, the right strategy to be taken by the Program Studi Manajemen FEB UNIKOM is a horizontal integration strategy with an emphasis on internal and external MB-KM cooperation and partnerships. This is because cooperation and strategic partnerships provide indispensable support for the success of the MB-KM program in the Program Studi Manajemen FEB UNIKOM. Employee Productivity Model at Mineral, Coal and Geothermal Resources Center
No full textThis study intends to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Work Productivity, either partially or simultaneously, this research was carried out at the Center for Mineral, Coal and Geothermal Resources. The population in this study amounted to 161 employees at the Center for Mineral, Coal and Geothermal Resources. Sampling was used in taking samples in this study using a census with a total sample of 62 respondents. Based on the variables studied, the types of research used are descriptive and verification. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination analysis coefficient, partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. This study obtained the results that organizational culture has a significant influence on work productivity, and the work environment does not have a significant effect on work productivity. The results of the research show that both orientations can be applied simultaneously in determining work productivity in the Center for Mineral, Coal and Geothermal Resources. The results of this study are expected to help managers in the company to increase the work productivity of their employees by paying attention to Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Work Productivity
