Legal Consequences of Unlawful Act in E-Commerce
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to determine the legal consequences of unlawful acts committed in e-commerce. The research method used is analytical descriptive, with a normative juridical approach, both through library research and field studies and the data obtained is analyzed in a qualitative juridical manner. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there were many unlawful acts in e-commerce, which resulted in losses for various parties, especially consumers. E-commerce is carried out borderless with the help of the internet, so this information technology can be a medium that helps e-commerce activities to be effective and efficient. However, advances in information technology do not rule out the possibility of violations of the law which may cause harm to other parties. The conclusion is that in Indonesia there are legal provisions governing acts against the law, although it is difficult to apply in cyberspace, they must still be implemented in order to achieve legal certainty and create a sense of justice. Cibogohilir Vellagers Product and Marketplace
No full textThis study aims to see the need for a marketplace for Cibogohilir villagers to market their quality products. The potential of village residents is facilitated with an e-marketplace. The E-marketplace is a digital media that buyers and sellers can use to fulfill their needs that are not limited by space and time. The research method used is a survey method using a questionnaire via a Google form. Respondents were 13 business actors in BUMDes Cibogohilir. The data analysis was carried out through descriptive analysis. Data processing using SPSS. The study results show that the marketplace's level of closeness to partner satisfaction is very close. The community needs a marketplace application system that serves as a medium for Cibogohiir villagers to market their products. The marketplace allows villagers to market their classy and quality products to the outside world
Improving the quality of financial statements and the survival of MSMEs through digital economy: The case of Indonesia and Malaysia
No full textThis research aims to assess how much the digital economy influences the quality of financial statements and the survival of MSMEs in Indonesia and Malaysia. This research used an analysis unit of 201 MSMEs registered in the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a literature review on the digital economy of MSMEs in Malaysia. The analytical approach was then utilized to examine validity, reliability, classical assumptions, analysis path, and hypothesis testing using the t-test in SPSS version 23.0. The results of hypothesis testing in this research show that the digital economy affects the quality of financial statements and has a unidirectional relationship with strong categories. These findings suggest that the digitalization of the economy is critical for MSMEs because it lowers operational costs and exposes them to a broader range of potential customers. Like Indonesia, Malaysia is also concerned about MSMEs' business sustainability, which inspired them to achieve the goal of making Malaysia the center of economic digitalization. This goal would involve technological advances, indicating that MSMEs in Indonesia and Malaysia can improve their financial gain through digital transformation
Designing An Msmes Integrated Information System Model Through Zakat Management

zakat institutions at the provincial level of West Java, Indonesia, with branches
at the district or city level. The purpose of this integration is to impact business
continuity for MSMEs. The research method used was descriptive-qualitative,
which examined the condition of natural objects and existing phenomena, and
collected data using survey methods namely interview, observation, and literature
review. The results of this study proposed an integrated zakat information system
that are accessible online in mobile and website. The mobile access can make it
easier for muzakki in urban areas to make zakat payments using cellphone and
immediately receive a receipt for zakat payments. The web access aims to
facilitate the reporting of zakat collection by zakat institution administrators.
Through this research, integrating mobile-based and web-based features into
zakat information system is expected to increase muzakki satisfaction in
collecting zakat funds allocated for MSMEs development. This will further
impact the development of MSMEs, thereby contributing to the overall economic
growth of the region
