Abstract
UNESCO had given recognition for Indonesian Keris as a �Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible
Heritage of Humanity�, in 2005. General-Director of UNESCO; Koichiro Matsura
had given the recognition certi!cate in Jakarta, to the vice president of Republic Indonesia,
Jusuf Kalla. "rough this recognition, Indonesia has a responsibility to preserve the heritage
recognition. Keris is estimated had exist in Nusantara for more than thousand years, it was
refers to the Borobudur Temple�s relief. "e relief told about; someone who wants to stab his
opponent using a dagger, which is expected as Keris. Keris has its own style in every region
in Indonesia, they have own characteristic that in#uenced by the local culture of the region.

Student attendance monitoring system using fingerprint and WhatsApp
Get PDFThe aim of the research is to design and implement an electronic examination device for helping students while conducting school examinations. The method used is an experimental method including literature study, process design, design implementation, and test the design. The system designed consists of two parts, namely a device for blind students and the exam monitoring application. The student device used Raspberry Pi as a data processor, six push-buttons as braille codes, and five push-buttons as navigation buttons. It is also equipped with a text-to-speech conversion application. The examination monitoring application is functioned to process the registration of the examinees, to process the exam questions, and to record the exam results of the examinees. The results of this research were the examination device and exam monitoring application can function properly. This result can have the effect of improving students' comfort in taking school exams

Dikisahkan Antareja adalah keturunan dari Sang Hyang Anantaboga (dewa ular dalam kepercayaan Jawa) dan anak dari pernikahan Raden Bima (tokoh Pandawa) dengan Dewi Nagagini. Walaupun berlatar belakang kisah Mahabharata, akan tetapi Antareja merupakan tokoh orisinal Jawa dan tidak ada dalam kisah Mahabharata versi Hindu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode analisis kualitatif untuk mengetahui bagaimana tokoh Antareja diciptakan dan penggambaran tokoh Antareja berdasarkan visual yang ditunjukkan. Dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tokoh Antareja memiliki makna visual disetiap bentuk anatomi wayang, baik itu dari bentuk kepala, bentuk badan, bentuk kaki, warna dan busana
The Functionalization of Law and Criminal Procedures to Confront Health Care Fraud in Hospitals
No full textFraud is a systematic crime that has a very broad impact. It can happen in any fields,
including in hospitals. Fraud is a form of corruption. Hospital is a health service institution.
Corruption in hospitals has the potential to lead to ineffective health services for people.
The phenomenon of health care fraud in hospital is an indication the law does not function
in accordance with the objective. This study aims to determine the functionalization of law
and sentence for fraudulent acts as a form of corruption in hospitals based on justice
values. This study is a descriptive study with normative juridical method that employed
statutory and conceptual approaches. The data were collected through a literature study. It
was subsequently analyzed qualitatively. This study is of the position to view that
prosecution of criminal acts of corruption requires functionalization of law. The
functionalization of law must be interpreted as positioning everything in its proper place. It
is the synergy of the legal system, which consists of formulative, judicial, and executive
policies. The criminal procedures can apply the punishment system for perpetrators of
fraudulent acts in hospitals that includes extended alternative punishment

Apparatus at the Bandung City Government Financial and Asset
Management Agency. The method used in this research is descriptive method
and verification method with a quantitative approach. The analytical tools
used are Multiple Linear Regression, Correlation Analysis Test,
Determination Analysis Test, and Partial Hypothesis Test (t test). The
sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling technique. The
population in this study were employees of the Bandung City Government
Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKA). The number of samples
in this study amounted to 30 employees consisting of the Budget Division,
the Treasury Division and the Accounting Division. While the method of
analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The program used in
analyzing the data used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS)
ver.23. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a significant and
positive influence between budget participation and the performance of local
government officials and organizational commitment has a significant and
positive effect on the performance of local government officials
