INNOVATION CAPABILITY: DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND DIGITAL TALENT IN SMES
This research investigated the relationship between the digitalization of human capital, digital talent, and innovation capabilities among Business Unit employees. The mediating role of digital talent in the digital transformation of human resources and innovation capability among SMEs was examined. Business Unit employees were tested using the PLS-SEM method, and a survey was conducted on SME Business Unit employees. The purposive technique was developed with convenience sampling and chosen as a non-probability sampling technique. The primary data sources were 185 respondents who worked within the SME business unit in Indonesia. The findings indicate that the digital transformation of human resources, talent, and innovative capacity has a strong positive correlation. The link between innovative capabilities and digital transformation is mediated by digital talent. This study contributes to the human resources post-recruitment, talent management, and digital talent literature in the management function, and it underscores the crucial role of human and technological factors in the digital transformation of human resources, which is increasingly visible on the path to organizational success
THE ROLE OF AJENGAN IN PESANTREN'S LEARNING SYSTEM
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pembelajaran di pondok pesantren dari
perspektif teori sumber kepercayaan dalam membangun otoritas Ajengan. Metode penelitian yang
digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada Pondok Pesantren Sirojul Huda
di Kabupaten Bandung. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan,
dan analisis konten literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman mendalam
Ajengan tentang ilmu agama, keahlian dalam menyampaikan pelajaran agama, wibawa, dan sikap
sopan santun dalam berkomunikasi memengaruhi persepsi santri terhadap kredibilitas Ajengan
sebagai komunikator otoritatif. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya memperkuat otoritas
Ajengan melalui pengembangan sistem pembelajaran yang mengedepankan sumber kepercayaan,
komunikasi interpersonal, dan memperhatikan persepsi santri sebagai peserta didik. Simpulan
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teori sumber kepercayaan berperan penting dalam membangun
otoritas Ajengan dalam sistem pembelajaran di pondok pesantren.

Interpersonal communication approach in addressing TB stigma in Bandung City
Tuberculosis (TB) patients face medical challenges and stigmatiza
tion from their surroundings. The Terjang Foundation is actively working to combat
societal stigma towards TB patients. Purpose: This research analyzes the Terjang
Foundation’s interpersonal communication approach to combating stigma towards
TB patients. By understanding and assessing the communication methods employed
by the foundation, the study aims to contribute to developing effective strategies
for reducing the negative stigma associated with TB. Methods: This research uti
lizes a qualitative research method with a case study approach. In-depth interviews,
field observations, and literature reviews are conducted to gather relevant data and
insights. Results: The results of this study indicate that the Terjang Foundation em
ploys five positive attitudes in their interpersonal communication approach to com
bat stigma towards TB patients: openness, empathy, positivity, equality, and support
iveness. These attitudes contribute to fostering an environment that challenges the
negative stigma associated with TB. Continuous and frequent communication is cru
cial in combating stigma, promoting understanding and empathy, and disseminating
accurate information. Empathy and equality emerge as prominent positive attitudes
consistently demonstrated in communication. Conclusion: The study concludes that
maintaining an ongoing and frequent communication process is essential for com
bating stigma in interpersonal communication efforts. Implications: The research
findings have both practical and theoretical implications. Practically, the study em
phasizes the importance of adopting positive attitudes, such as empathy and equali
ty, in interpersonal communication strategies to reduce stigma towards TB patients.
These insights can guide organizations, healthcare providers, and policymakers in
developing effective communication campaigns and interventions to combat stigma
related to TB and other diseases.
