Get PDFThis study aims to find out how much influence the quality of human resources and information technology on the reliability of
financial statements. To produce reliable financial statements, a good quality of human resources and adequate information
technology are required, to support the financial statements to be said to be reliable and valid. Lack of quality of human
resources and information technology will affect reliability of its financial statements do not materialize. Method used in this
study is descriptive and verificative method that is sourced in primary data with questionnaire collection techniques that are
distributed to employees of the Financial and Asset Management Agency of West Bandung Regency. Due to small population,
researchers determined sampling using Census Sampling, which is to make entire population into a sample with a total of 16
samples (respondents). Data processing conducted in form of statistical tests based on multiple regressions, as well as hypothesis
tests using SPSS 23 application. Based on results of research conducted can be known quality of human resources is good but
still have to be considered because there is still dishonesty in presentation of financial statements. Similarly, information
technology applied is sufficient but still has to be considered about the software to always be updated and adapted to the needs.

No full textThe purpose of this study is to determine customer satisfaction by looking at the variables of interaction quality, system quality, and usability. This is done so that Chocolatier Dessert, as one of the desserts and snacks retailers, can compete and grow, so a website is designed to promote the goods produced. The method used the waterfall method, which works on the essence of a system that is done sequentially or linearly. The data was collected by distributing a list of questions to 50 respondents. The data collected was then processed using the SPSS application to test its validation and reliability. It is done to measure customer satisfaction and the variables that influence it. The results show that promoting the chocolatier through the website was very effective where the interaction quality and information system variables affected customer satisfaction, while usability did not. From the results of this study, it can be seen to maintain customer satisfaction. It is necessary to pay attention to the interaction system and information systems in promoting the Chocolatier Dessert
Information System for Forex Investment and Their Effects on Investment Growth in Foreign Currencies
No full textThis study aims to provide an overview of the growth of the foreign exchange (forex) industry and its prospects in Indonesia in the future, then provide a brief overview of how to start forex investment and what factors influence it and are inseparable from social, economic factors and politics that occur in a country. In fact, the current social, economic and political conditions in Indonesia are still unstable, and this will greatly affect the interests of students as potential investors to invest in forex. The method used in this research was qualitative descriptive method by conducting literature review from a variety of reliable reference. The results of this study indicated that potential investors in Indonesia had not yet fully gained adequate insights about forex investments that were of public welfare so that they were not yet interested in making forex investments. Other than that, potential investors were not sure that forex investment could be used as an alternative investment to improve prosperity
Re-Connecting Community Collective Memory with the Change of Life Culture and the Cultural Resistance in Paku Alam Village, Sumedang, West Java, Indonesia
Get PDFDevelopment can be described as two sides of a coin, the first side provides benefits, but on the other side it turns out to have to sacrifice for some people. Jatigede Dam, located in Sumedang Regency, West Java Province, was built in 1998 and its construction resulted in 28 submerged villages. The communities whose areas are submerged must create new villages and switch professions that used to have a livelihood as an agrarian society must switch professions to become aquatic culture communities. This paper discusses experiences in the proposed (re)structuring activities of the Paku Alam Village area in Darmaraja District around the dam. The activity is carried out through the method of recalling the community collective memory, which is brought together with the context of changes in the livelihood culture and ritual culture that is still owned by the village community so that the changing area can be accepted as a "new village" for the community. The data is obtained through searching sites that are considered important by the community, ritual activities that are usually carried out, people's daily lives, and the bad memories of drowned villages, reconciled with the present and future context as part of the region's arrangement. The result is a regional proposal that is expected to meet people's expectations
Prototype Blockchain Based Smart Contract For Freelance Marketplace System
No full textFreelancing marketplace is a site or platform that connects two parties in processing service transactions at an hourly rate or per project. A conventional freelancing marketplace is a place for freelancers to find work and transact digitally. This study aims to propose a prototype of a freelancing marketplace system that is distributed and decentralized, secure, and transparent using smart contract-based blockchain technology. The method used in this study is a prototype which is a fast method of developing a software system. The developed prototype is a system that is based on the Ethereum public blockchain network, utilizes a smart contract mechanism in its transaction activities, and use IPFS in the storage and sharing of documents on it. According to the findings of the research, transaction data input in the freelancing marketplace system prototype environment can be executed by smart contracts and saved on the blockchain network, indicating that the transaction data will be stored more securely, tamper proof, and transparent
