Application of Accurate Software Accounting Information System for Decision Making in Macro, Small and Medium Enterprises
Get PDFAccounting information systems in the current era have a very important role in the progress of the business world, and accounting information systems are not only applied to large companies, but can also be applied to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Problems that often arise in MSMEs usually lie in the transaction system, recording and making financial reports. So we need an accounting software, namely Accurate to assist and facilitate the processing of transaction data and financial reports. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of Accurate software, where its application is carried out to determine whether the Accurate software applied to MSMEs can provide useful information for interested parties, one of which is for management to evaluate and make decisions. The method used for this research is using library research and questionnaires. The result is that accurate software can help record financial reports with features that can support the processing of financial transaction data. In addition, it can be concluded that the application of accurate software has a significant effect on decision making for MSMEs actors, meaning that many of them already know and feel helped by the software

The purpose of designing this application is as a place / information system that can help the public in finding and buying reliable Japanese anime T-shirts, in addition this application is also a promotional media with the marketing segment of anime T-shirts. This research used qualitative descriptive analysis method with High fidelity prototyping and SDLC method. The development of ZionimeArt application can make it easier for people especially anime fans to easily find and buy various types of anime T-shirts in one place. In addition, because of the concept of a mobile application, it can facilitate users in accessing the site under any conditions easily and efficiently. ZionimeArt itself has the main purpose as a special application for the sale of various types of anime T-shirts, with a display that presents a wide selection of clothing types up to the purchase process. With this, the purpose and function of this application is to help and overcome the difficulties of the community in finding different types of anime T-shirts. It can be concluded, ZionimeArt application is an intermediary media between the community and anime products that they like, so they can buy it easily

The research is descriptive analytical, using normative juridical methods and the resulting data is analyzed in a qualitative juridical manner. The results obtained from this study indicate that the land provisions are regulated in Government Regulation Number 103 of 2015 but in this regulation there are still controversies in its application. The government as a policy maker has an obligation to clearly regulate home ownership by foreigners as an effort to ensure legal certainty for foreign investors in investing in the country. Capital structure, profitability, hedging policy, firm size, and firm value: Mediation and moderation analysis
No full textThis study aims to ascertain how the capital structure affects firm value via profitability moderated by hedging practices and firm size. Verification analysis is used in this study, with data analysis techniques through conditional process analysis. Companies from miscellaneous industrial sectors that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2016 and 2020 make up the research population. The study showed that: capital structure affects profitability; capital structure and profitability affect firm value; profitability does not mediate the effect of capital structure on firm value, which is moderated by hedging policies and firm size; hedging policies and firm size do not moderate the indirect effect of profitability on firm value. This conclusion is crucial for decision-makers who aim to optimize the structure to raise the business value
Supplier Performance Analysis wiyh Using the Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method
Get PDFThis research aims to determine priorities in supplier selection. The determination of this supplier uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method by determining the criteria and sub-criteria of the supplier selection objectives. Each criterion and sub-criteria are arranged in a hierarchical structure and compared by determining the priority scale. The selection of suppliers is based on the largest global weight values. The selected supplier is PT. MMII with a global weight value of 0.280. The global weighted assessment has considered consistency in decision-making based on a consistency index, which must be below 10%. It shows that PT. MMII is selected based on existing criteria and sub-criteria compared to other suppliers. This study contributes to group decision-making involving experts to choose the most appropriate supplier
Implementation of Gamification in Mathematics m-Learning Application to Creating Student Engagement
No full textMathematics is one of the main subjects in school. In some schools, the learning methods used are still using conventional methods, namely lectures and exercises. The main difficulty in learning mathematics is how to make the material presented more interesting so that it does not make students bored and easy to understand the material. The use of an attitude of interest in games that knows no age and the various advantages of games gives rise to a combination of learning mechanisms called gamification. Gamification is the process of applying game mechanics to non-game activities to increase user interactivity. Gamification in the m-learning mathematics application was developed using the Attention, Relevance, Confidence, and Satisfaction (ARCS) learning model and the octalysis framework gamification method. Gamification in this mathematics m-learning application applies a game strategy using a system of levels, missions, challenges, points, progress bars, leader boards, and badges. The results of this study indicate that this application can be used as an alternative medium for learning mathematics and student engagement with the result that gamification applied to the m-learning mathematics application can increase student interest by 35%, increase student motivation by 33%, and improve understanding 42% of students towards learning mathematics

Kedudukan negara sebagai kreditur preferen yang dinyatakan mempunyai hak mendahulu atas barang-barang milik Penanggung Pajak yang akan dilelang di muka umum. Pembayaran kepada kreditur lain diselesaikan setelah utang pajak dilunasi.
Kedudukan Negara dalam rangka proses pailit, bubar, atau likuidasi adalah berhak memperoleh pembayaran terlebih dahulu.
Ditegaskan bahwa hak mendahulu untuk utang pajak melebihi segala hak mendahulu lainnya, kecuali terhadap:
a. biaya perkara yang hanya disebabkan oleh suatu penghukuman untuk melelang suatu barang bergerak dan/atau barang tidak bergerak;
b. biaya yang telah dikeluarkan untuk menyelamatkan barang dimaksud; dan/atau
c. biaya perkara, yang hanya disebabkan oleh pelelangan dan penyelesaian suatu warisan.
