Augmented reality exploration of human femur: Unveiling fractures and anatomy for enhanced understanding
This proposal introduces an innovative Augmented Reality (AR) application, "Augmented Reality Exploration of Human Femur," aimed at revolutionizing the understanding and analysis of femur fractures. Traditional methods of studying femur anatomy often lack the interactivity and precision needed for detailed exploration, which this AR application seeks to address. By integrating advanced AR technology with meticulously crafted 3D models, the application will allow medical professionals, educators, and students to virtually dissect and examine the femur in real-time, enhancing the comprehension of its complex structures and fractures. The development will be conducted using Unity, with Blender refining the 3D models for anatomical accuracy, and C# programming executed in Microsoft Visual Studio. Firebase will support data storage and management, facilitating user interactions and educational modules. The expected outcome is a user-friendly, immersive tool that sets new standards in medical education and clinical practice, improving diagnostic accuracy and treatment planning
Development of a digital twin for the control of flow and level systems using PID and cascade control strategies
This project presents the development and validation of a digital twin for flow and level control systems, including a cascade control configuration, aiming to enhance educational platforms through sustainable and interactive learning tools. The performance of P, PI, and PID controllers was experimentally evaluated in regulating flow rate, highlighting the trade-offs between steady-state error, overshoot, and system stability. A mathematical model of the physical process was derived using first principles, linearized, and transformed into transfer functions for simulation in MATLAB Simulink. Some parameters were estimated and assumed through comparison with experimental data, achieving close alignment and confirming the model's accuracy for flow control system. Simulations of the flow, level, and cascade control systems revealed that higher proportional gains improved response time but introduced oscillations, while integral and derivative actions contributed to error elimination and improved damping, respectively. The cascade control system demonstrated enhanced stability and responsiveness by addressing disturbances at the inner-loop level. Despite some discrepancies during initial transients, likely due to simplified assumptions and unmodeled disturbances, the digital twin effectively replicates real system behavior and serves as a valuable educational resource for control system learning and analysis.

COME-Invoicing: Digital solution for invoice management in small businesses
The COME-Invoicing application aims at helping hawkers and small businesses in Malaysia to survive and assimilate in the government adopted e-invoicing system. This mobile application solves problems like low levels of technology adoption, compliance with stringent e-invoicing rules, and the lack of automation in sales tracking. Thus, the application allows users with low IT literacy to better navigate the recording of daily sales, generate automatic reports for the month, and even receive real-time information about what measures they need to fulfil requirements imposed by the government. The app also features sophisticated functionalities such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR) which utilizes the Artificial Intelligence technology to digitize handwritten and the voice to text feature that enables capturing of sales data from spoken words. Combined with multilingual support and the ability to educate users of the application, these attributes make a product comprehensible and easy to navigate for small business owners and managers. The proposed solution not only improves the performance and compliance of businesses but also assists the users to transform and learn about Artificial Intelligence and digitization to succeed the existing digital economy of Malaysia. The use of the COME-Invoicing app itself also conforms with Agile development, enabling constant adjustments in the features and designs based on users’ requirements and shifts in regulations. Therefore, the COME-Invoicing application which will be developed through this project will try to support small business and overcome the digital divide in Malaysia
Exploring the moderating role of green investment in China’s energy production for ecological footprint reduction
This study investigates how green investment (GI) moderates the relationship between China’s energy production—both renewable (RE) and non-renewable (NRE)—and its ecological footprint (EFP) over the period 1990–2022. Drawing on annual data from the Global Footprint Network, International Energy Agency, and CEIC, we employ an autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) bounds-testing framework to test for cointegration and estimate both long- and short-run dynamics. Our findings confirm a stable long-run relationship among EFP, energy production, GI, GDP, GDP2 , and population density. While GI and RE individually exhibit paradoxical positive effects on EFP—reflecting implementation costs and land-use impacts—the interaction term (REGI) significantly reduces EFP, supporting GI’s role as a moderator in expediting ecological benefits from renewable energy deployment. These results underscore the importance of policy measures that simultaneously scale green finance and renewable capacity, such as targeted subsidies, carbon pricing, and technology incentives, to maximize ecological gains and guide China’s transition toward sustainable energy production
Switching intention to vegetarian food among Generation Y in Klang Valley Malaysia.
In recent years, individuals are showing rising concern about dietary health which drives them toward selecting healthy food options including vegetarian diets. The awareness about healthy eating among Generation Y has become especially prominent in Malaysia. This study aims to investigate the switching intention to vegetarian food among Generation Y in Klang Valley, focusing on the influence of specific factors such as restaurant service failure of non-vegetarian food, health concern, and price. The role of social influence is also examined as a moderating variable to understand how peer or societal pressure may strengthen or weaken these relationships. This research is guided by the Keaveney (1995) model of service switching behavior, focusing on three independent variables: restaurant service failure of nonvegetarian food, health concern, and price. The research incorporates social influence as a moderating variable to study how peer pressure and peer support affect the strength of identified relationships between variables. The study investigates switching intention to vegetarian food as its dependent variable while examining both personal motivations and external factors within its analytical design. The research adopts a quantitative methodology to obtain information through structured questionnaires directed at selected respondents. The study applies judgmental sampling to intentionally select participants who are part of Generation Y, reside in Klang Valley, and show intention to switch to vegetarian food. SmartPLS 4 serves as the analytical software to process the data because of its capability to evaluate complex patterns and predictive models through structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Both the measurement model and structural model are assessed to evaluate the reliability, validity, and significance of the proposed hypotheses. The research findings will enhance academic knowledge about motivational and social factors which impact dietary changes. Practical implications will assist vegetarian food suppliers and restaurants in developing effective strategies to attract and retain health-conscious and service-sensitive consumers.

李清照词中的女性形象研究 : Research on the image of women in Li Qingzhao’s Ci
首先,以宋代女词人李清照词作中的女性形象展开研究,旨在从文学与历 史相结合的视角出发,揭示其作品所折射出的女性意识与社会价值。同时,优 先梳理李清照的生平与时代背景,强调其成长环境与婚姻经历对词作风格与题 材的影响。 随后,通过分析其词作中反映战乱与社会动荡的主题,展现李清照身为女 性对国家命运的关怀与担当,打破传统性别角色的局限。李清照笔下的女性形 象,不再只是温婉顺从,而是具备自主意识、情感独立与思想深度,尤其在爱 情婚姻观的表现尤为突出。她不屈服于封建礼教,追求精神共鸣与人格独立, 这些特质使她成为古代女性意识的代表人物之一。 通过对宋代女性社会地位的研究,进一步突出李清照作品在性别研究与女 性主义文学中的历史价值。探讨词作文本、历史背景与女性主义视角的交汇分 析,力求勾勒出一个立体的、具有思想深度的李清照女性形象。

柳宗元永州后五年山水作品研究 : A Study on Liu Zongyuan’s landscape works during the last five years of his exile in Yongzhou
柳宗元是唐代中期重要的文学家,其永州贬谪后五年的山水作品在中国古代山水文 学发展史上占据重要地位。这一时期的作品不仅展示了丰富的自然景观描写,也深刻映 照了柳宗元仕途失意后的思想转变与情感寄托。本研究聚焦于柳宗元永州后五年的山水 作品,旨在探讨其思想变化、文学风格特征及诗文体裁选择与表达策略,揭示柳宗元如 何通过山水文本寄托政治理想幻灭后的心境,并重新建构个体精神世界。本文主要采用 文本细读、文体比较与历史背景分析相结合的方法,选取《钴鉧潭西小丘记》《愚溪诗 序》等代表性作品,细致解析其自然描写与情感表达的互动机制,同时比较柳宗元贬谪 前后文学风格的转变,并考察诗文体裁之间的互文关系。研究发现,柳宗元后期山水作 品在题材取向、审美追求与表达策略上展现出明显变化,由早期直抒胸臆转向内敛沉静, 通过山水意象折射自我认知与哲思超越,形成了清冷峻拔、象征隐喻与庄禅融合的独特 风格。他在山水散文中大量采用富有诗意的语言,体现出诗文互照、体裁灵活自如的创 作倾向。

"宋词雅化现象探析--以柳永,周邦彦及姜夔词的女性抒写为主要探究对象 : Refinements of Song Ci Poetry - Female Expressions in Liu Yong, Zhou Bangyan and Jiang Kui"
“雅”是中国古代文人士大夫刻意营造的独属于自己的追求空间,也是中国 传统文化中重要的审美取向。 “词的雅化”就是指在词人在词作中体现士大夫 特有的艺术趣味,人生理想,让词作从质朴市俗的民间风气转为精致优雅的境界。 本文的研究对象是宋词的雅化现象,通过对于柳永,周邦彦及姜燮对与女性形象 抒写与流变作出论述,进而分析宋词的雅化现象。为了对柳永,周邦彦,姜燮词 中的女性抒写变化进行更全面的分析,本文是使用文本分析法为主要研究方法, 通过词中对女性形象的描写,情感的表达以及创作手法三个方面为切入点,用独 特的视角去看待宋词的雅化现象。 本文的第二章先理解女性抒写主题与宋词雅化之间的关系,通过女性主题入 词的社会条件与女性抒写在词的雅化中的作用两方面进行探讨。宋代的农业和手 工业的发展推动了宋代商业和城市经济的发展,同时手工业也出现女工工作的现 象,为宋词女性形象的展现提供物质基础,市民队伍的扩大,以及审美文化的形 III 成,推动城市,戏曲,音乐,小说,唱词等娱乐文化的出现,当时歌妓也增多, 这样的政治与文化氛围推动女性内容入词。女性内容能够大量入词,也推动了词 的繁荣。只有在面对女性主题时,文人士大夫对于雅俗争辩的边界模糊,也正是 这个特点女性内容对于宋词雅俗变化提供包容。 第三章是探讨柳永,周邦彦,姜夔对与女性形象描写的雅化转变。通过三位 词人的词作中可以大致概括柳永笔下女性形象是艳俗写实的;周邦彦笔下女性形 象是雅艳的;姜夔笔下女性形象是冷艳抽象的。女性形象类型逐渐由多样到单一, 对于女性的描写经历 “写实”、“唯美”到“抽象”的转变,这样的变化也是 词的雅化的展现。 第四章探讨柳永,周邦彦,姜夔对与抒发女性情感的雅化转变。诗以言志, 词以达情。词具有节奏的语言反映社会生活,饱含丰富的想象力和情感的抒发, 因此词中包含这词作者的真实情感。柳词细腻真挚的情感直抒,周词凄清自我的 情感抒发,姜词的含蓄清空的情感表达,整体呈现出由“直抒”向“内敛”、“个 人化”向“时代化”的流变趋势。 第五章探讨柳永,周邦彦,姜夔创作手法的雅化转变。词的创作的艺术手法 会为了配合词所表达的情感与塑造而发生变化,而宋词创作手法语言的雅化,也 会使得词本身的雅化。柳永,周邦彦,姜夔在创作上面,描写塑造方面逐渐弃形 取神,语言追求典雅格调,情感的表达也逐渐晦涩佶屈聱牙。

The impact of task technology fit in generative AI on utilisation and employee output
Generative AI (GenAI) is transforming workplace dynamics by enabling enhanced creativity, efficiency, and productivity. This study explores the impact of Generative AI on employee output, focusing on how task characteristics, technology characteristics, task-technology fit, supervisory support, and utilisation interact to influence performance and satisfaction. While GenAI promises increased efficiency and quality of work, concerns about cognitive overload and
uneven productivity outcomes remain. Grounded in the Task-Technology Fit Theory and Social Learning Theory, this research develops a conceptual framework to investigate these dynamics.
A quantitative approach was adopted, involving a survey of full-time employees in Malaysian organisations. The findings are expected to reveal the relationships among the independent variables (task and technology characteristics, supervisory support), both dependent and independent variables (task-technology fit and utilisation), and the dependent variable (employee output). Results aim to offer
actionable insights for business leaders to optimize GenAI integration and enhance employee output. By bridging gaps in current literature and addressing practical challenges, this study contributes to both academic discourse and strategic decision-making for organizational growth in the digital age.

The impact of Xiaohongshu as the primary information hub: a case study among utar undergraduates
This study investigates the increasing popularity of Xiaohongshu (RedNote) as the primary information hub among Malaysian university students, indicating a behavioural shift away from traditional search engines like Google. Xiaohongshu, once a Chinese e-commerce and lifestyle
platform, has transformed into a dynamic space for peer-generated content that combines community interaction, visual storytelling, and authenticity. According to Uses and Gratifications Theory (UGT), this study investigates how well the platform meets students' cognitive, affective,
personal, social, and escapist needs. A qualitative case study approach was used, with a focus on a small group of five female undergraduate students from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) who actively use Xiaohongshu. The study uses semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis
to explore how students use the platform for personal development, travel planning, beauty tips, lifestyle advice, and food recommendations. Interviewees rate Xiaohongshu as more relatable and engaging than Google, noting its visual content, user experiences, and community-driven feedback.
Trust is established not through formal expertise, but rather through peer comments, relatable influencers, and perceived authenticity. While students appreciate the platform's speed, convenience, and emotional appeal, they remain concerned about the lack of professional
verification, hidden advertising, and algorithmic repetition. Some users have taken on more critical
behaviours, such as fact-checking and assessing creator credibility. This study highlights a broader shift in digital literacy, in which students actively engage with emotionally resonant and socially validated content rather than passively consuming it. The findings have practical implications for educators, marketers, and platform developers who want to tailor communication strategies to the preferences of young audiences. Understanding Xiaohongshu's influence is critical for navigating
today's rapidly changing information landscape, in which social validation increasingly shapes trust, identity, and decision-making.
