ANALYSIS OF SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCERS ON PURCHASE INTENTION THROUGH PERCEIVED VALUE AS A MEDIATING VARIABLE
Lazada, one of the largest e-commerce in Southeast Asia, experienced a decrease in the number of visitors in early 2023. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media influencers on purchase intention through perceived value as a mediating variable for Lazada users in Sukabumi City. The research method used is quantitative with a sample size of 180 respondents. Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that social media influencers have a positive and significant effect on perceived value. Social media influencers have no significant effect on purchase intention. Perceived value has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Perceived value is not effective in mediating the relationship between social media influencers and purchase intention, because the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect. In conclusion, Lazada needs to increase the role of social media influencers and perceived value to encourage user purchase intention, but it needs a more effective strategy in integrating these two factors
ANALISIS CASH CONVERSION CYCLE, CAPITAL EXPENDITURE DAN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY SET DALAM MENGOPTIMALKAN CASH HOLDING
The research was aimed at determining how much influence the Cash Conversion Cycle, Capital Expenditure and Investment Opportunity Set have in optimizing Cash Holding in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The objects in this study are Cash Conversion Cycle (X1), Capital Expenditure (X2) Investment Opportunity Set (X3) and Cash Holding (Y). This research uses descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study used a non-probability sampling approach with purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test,multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a variable relationship between Cash Conversion Cycle, Capital Expenditure and Investment Opportunity Set in optimizing Cash Holding of 0.749 which means that the level of relationship between Cash Conversion Cycle, Capital Expenditure and Investment Opportunity Set in optimizing Cash Holding is included in the strong relationship criteria. Then the partial test results show that the Cash Conversion Cycle has a positive and significant effect in optimizing Cash Holding, Capital Expenditure has no effect in optimizing Cash Holding, and Investment Opportunity Set has a positive and significant effect in optimizing Cash Holdin
Evaluasi Kebijakan tentang Penyediaan dan Pemanfaatan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) di Kota SUKABUMI (Studi Kasus di Dinas Tata Ruang dan Permukiman Kota Sukabumi)
Penelitian ini membahas tentang evaluasi kebijakan tentang penyediaan dan pemanfaatan ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) di Kota Sukabumi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui evaluasi kebijakan tentang penyediaan dan pemanfaatan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) di Kota Sukabumi (Studi Kasus di Dinas Tata Ruang dan Permukiman Kota Sukabumi) Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, yang menjadi unit penelitian adalah Dinas Tata Ruang dan Permukiman Kota Sukabumi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisa kualitatif melalui tiga tahap yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa implementasi kebijakan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) di Kota Sukabumi mengalami kemajuan yang signifikan, dengan peningkatan luas RTH dan pembangunan taman dan lapangan hijau yang diapresiasi oleh masyarakat. Meskipun demikian, terdapat kendala seperti penurunan penanaman pohon selama pandemi dan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pengelolaan sampah. Evaluasi kebijakan yang berkesinambungan dan responsivitas terhadap masalah tersebut perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kebijakan RTH. Dengan penanganan yang tepat, diharapkan kebijakan RTH di Kota Sukabumi dapat terus meningkatkan efektivitasnya dalam menjaga kualitas lingkungan hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dengan memperhatikan perlindungan vegetasi, partisipasi masyarakat, pengendalian polusi udara, dan penyesuaian peraturan sesuai kebutuhan dan kondisi kot
STRATEGI RELOKASI PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA (PKL) UNTUK PEMBENAHAN RUANG TERBUKA HIJAU (RTH) DI KOTA SUKABUMI
The purpose of this study is to discuss the strategy for relocating street vendors to improve green open spaces in Sukabumi City so that the local government relocates. Based on this, researchers are encouraged to conduct research on how to relocate street vendors to improve green open spaces in Sukabumi City. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach that uses data analysis techniques by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation by describing general events regarding the problem of street vendors in the city of Sukabumi. The results of this study indicate that the strategic management carried out by the Housing and Settlement Spatial Planning Office and Satpol PP has not fully run optimally, because the Housing and Settlement Spatial Planning Office is more focused on one side of the function while the Satpol PP enforces Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2013 regarding Arrangement and Empowerment of street vendors in Sukabumi City are still conducting guidance and routine patrols to street vendors who violate the rules
UPAYA KEMAMPUAN MENYIMAK ANAK DENGAN METODE BERCERITA MENGGUNAKAN PAPAN FLANEL DI SPS MEKAR KARYA IV BABAKANBARU
This research aims to improve children's listening skills using the storytelling method using flannel board media for children in Group A SPS Mekar Kary IV Babakan Baru, Ciracap District, Sukabumi Regency. This research is Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this research were children from Group A SPS Mekar Kary IV Babakan Baru. The object of research is listening ability. The method used in collecting data is observation and documentation taken during the learning process. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive. This research was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle lasting 2 meetings. The results of the research show that the listening ability of Group A SPS Mekar Kary IV Babakan Baru children can be improved. The results of pre-action observations showed that there were no children who had the criteria for developing very well or who got a percentage of 76-100%. After the actions in Cycle I, the average ability of children increased to 66% with the criteria of developing according to expectations (BSH), and in Cycle II the average ability of children increased to 82.5% with the criteria of developing very well (BSB)
ANALISIS E-SERVICE QUALITY TERHADAP ONLINE REPURCHASE INTENTION MELALUI E-TRUST SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI
E-commerce service performance is very flexible, where users cannot ensure that the online store provides the best service (e-service quality), so this must be considered by every e commerce because excellent service quality will increase user e-trust thereby creating online repurchase intention. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of e-trust in mediating the relationship between e-service quality and online repurchase intention. The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive and verificative approach. The population in this study were residents of Sukabumi City with an age range of 15-49 years. The sample of this study amounted to 200 respondents who were then analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) techniques with the help of IBM SPSS AMOS version 24. The results of data processing show that e-service quality has a significant effect on e-trust with a Critical Ratio (CR) value of 9.552> 1.65 (the value on the t-table for a significance level of 5% is 1.65). E-trust has a significant effect on online repurchase intention with a CR value of 4.021> 1.65 (the value on the t-table for a significance level of 5% is 1.65). And e-trust successfully mediates the relationship between e-service quality and online repurchase intention with a value of 2,954

Literature is a work of artistic expression whose medium is language and the object is humans and imagination is the place for thinking. Oral literature is a form of folklore that has its own uniqueness when compared to other folklore. This type of oral literature is included in folk prose stories which discuss a myth in Cianaga village entitled the structure and function of the myth of the karut stone in Cianaga village. This research focuses on a story about karut stones, hanging rocks, ipukan and coffin stones found in a Cianaga village, sub-district. Kabandungan Sukabumi district. PENGARUH MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN TEKA-TEKI SILANGTERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MEMAHAMI KOSAKATASISWA KELAS VII PESANTREN AL-MA’TUQ
This research is descriptive quantitative research. This research aims to determine the effect of crossword learning media on the ability to understand the vocabulary of class VII students at the Al-Ma'tuq Islamic Boarding School. This research uses sample data from a population, of which the sample consists of 30 people, to draw conclusions from the data. The t-test results show that crossword puzzle learning media has an effect on the ability to understand vocabulary and the results are very significant
ANALYSIS OF SOCIAL MEDIA-BASED DIGITAL MARKETING AND BRAND IMAGE ON BUYING INTEREST IN ESQA LOCAL COSMETIC PRODUCTS
The phenomenon of rapid growth of the cosmetics industry in Indonesia can be seen from the increase in the number of cosmetics companies and product exports. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of social media-based digital marketing and brand image on buying interest in ESQA local cosmetic products. The method used is quantitative with descriptive and associative approaches. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies, with a population of generation Z in Sukabumi City and a sample of 180 respondents. Data analysis used multiple correlation, coefficient of determination, F test, multiple linear regression, and T test. The results showed that digital marketing and brand image have a significant influence on purchase intention. The multiple correlation coefficient of 0.907 shows a very strong relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The coefficient of determination of 82,3% shows the significant contribution of digital marketing and brand image to purchase intention. The F test shows the significant effect of the independent variables simultaneously on purchase intention. Multiple linear regression shows that each unit increase in digital marketing and brand image increases purchase intention by 0.398 and 0.679, respectively. The T test shows that digital marketing and brand image partially have a significant effect on buying interest in ESQA products. In conclusion, effective digital marketing strategy and strong brand image are very important in increasing purchase intention of local cosmetic products, especially ESQA, among generation Z in Sukabumi City
STRATEGI INOVASI PRODUK DAN EFESIENSI OPERASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM (SURVEI PADA UMKM MAKANAN DI KOTA SUKABUMI)
Food MSMEs are an industrial sector that can be relied on as an indicator of economic stability at both the local and regional levels. The function of MSMEs is not only to drive business, but also to empower society in general. This research aims to determine the influence of product innovation strategies and operational efficiency on the performance of food MSMEs in Sukabumi City. This research uses descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research used the Slovin technique, with a sample size of 100 food MSMEs as respondents. Semantic differential is used as a scale, and the data analysis techniques used in this research are the classical test, multiple correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing simultaneously (F test) and partially (T test). Furthermore, the data that has been obtained will be carried out various tests such as validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests will be carried out and then analyzed with various tests with the help of SPSS 25 software in an effort to answer the hypothesis in this research. The research results show that product innovation strategy has a significant influence on the performance of food MSMEs in the city of Sukabumi, as well as operational efficiency has a significant influence on the performance of food MSMEs in the city of Sukabumi
