No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of accountability and transparency on the management of village
funds. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study were
employees from villages in Parakansalak sub-district, namely Sukakersa village, Sukatani village, and
Parakansalak village, totaling 63 people. the sample in this study were village government administrators
and administrators of village institutions and organizational units related to the management of village funds
totaling 62 people. In this study sampling with saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique
used is primary data. The analysis technique used validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests,
multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. the results showed that the research data were
normally distributed, based on the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, no
deviations were found. this indicates that the available data have met the requirements for using multiple
linear regression models. the results showed that the accountability variable had a significant effect on the
management of village funds and the transparency variable had a significant effect on the management of
village funds. meanwhile, simultaneously accountability and transparency had a significant effect on the
management of village fund

No full textDigitalization becomes one of the courses to be applied in elemantary schools and to be a part of learning,
this program will use technology in learning activities. The aim of this research is to develop a digital media
based learning video with interactive animation, this media will be used in methodology, by applying the
DDD-E (Decide, Design, Development, Evaluate) model that focuses on interactive multimedia development.
The digital learning media created by the researchers is an animus media, this animus media has been
valitated by esperts with a presentation result of 85% and this product category is very wothy. More that the
summary assesment results carried out to the students of class 4 and the average value obtainer 91 with the
students evidence an continue learning to next chapter. This animus media has already proven to be useful to
the use the development of this media only using one application that is canva wich has complete features so
that it can facilitate teachers in creating media, in addition to the use of media animus students to establish a
good learning outcom

No full textThis research was motivated by the low condition of students' reading ability. In this study using learning media,
namely big book media. The following research aims to determine the use of big book media in improving the reading
ability of grade II elementary school students, The findings of observation problems during learning activities in
grade II SD Negeri Padaasih there are students who have difficulty reading. Classroom Action Research (PTK) using
cycle II. Each cycle consists of planning, execution, observation and reflection. The subjects of the study were 49
grade II students of SD Negeri Padaasih, out of 27 male students and 22 female students. From the results of research,
the use of big book media can improve the sonorous reading skills of grade 2 elementary school students. This
increase is based on the results of a fairly satisfactory study, from the results of student reading observations in cycle
I, which was 61%, increasing to 80.3% in cycle II. As a result, the use of big book media can help students improve
students' reading skills and make it easier for students to understand the content of readin

No full textThis study aims to determine whether there is an effect of shuttle run and ladder drill training on
agility in table tennis athletes at PTM Garuda. This study used an experimental method with a "two
group pretest-posttest design" design. The population in this study is Garuda PTM athletes. The
sample used amounted to 10 people with sampling using total sampling techniques. Agility
instruments use side step test instruments. The result of this study is that there is a significant effect,
with the paired sample t test of shuttle run exercise obtaining a signification value of < 0.05 which is
0.000, and ladder drill exercise obtaining a signification value of < 0.05 which is 0.000. It can be
concluded that there is an influence of shuttle run and ladder drill training on agility in table tennis
athletes at PTM Garuda. The percentage increase in shuttle run training by 34.78% and ladder drill
training by 36.46%, the ladder drill exercise has a better effect because it gets a greater concentration
of improvement than shuttle run trainin

with the title "Procedures for Registration and Collection of Land and Building
Tax Objects in the Plantation Sector at Pratama Tax Office of Sukabumi". This
report was prepared based on the results of research conducted by the author at
Pratama Tax Office of Sukabumi. Indonesia is an agrarian country because it has
abundant natural resources from various sectors, one of which is in the plantation
sector. Many companies in Indonesia are engaged in plantations. To carry out the
tax administration function in order to transparently support state revenue,
especially in the plantation sector, a person or company that obtains income from
the use of land or buildings is obliged to submit part of the income obtained by
paying Land and Building Tax. With the enactment of the regulation of the minister
of finance number 48 / PMK.03 / 2021 as the basis for collecting PBB tax on
plantations, taxpayers must register and report their tax objects to the KPP
Pratama whose working area is in accordance with the location of the tax object.
So to provide knowledge to taxpayers, the purpose of this research is as a means to
provide knowledge about the process of registering and collecting PBB tax objects
in the plantation sector that has been implemented at the Sukabumi Primary Tax
Service Office. This research uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative
approach. The results of this study are the procedures for registering and collecting
Land and Building Tax in the Plantation sector which are in accordance with the
Directorate General of Taxes Regulation number PER-31 / PJ / 2014 and Minister

No full textThis study focuses on evaluating the city program policy without slums (kotaku) in Sukabumi City. In
evaluation theory there are indicators to regulate the course of the program or program implementation
in a good and comprehensive manner by producing programs for reducing slums in cities without slums
in the city of Sukabumi.
The results of the study show six indicators, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, responsiveness,
and accuracy in solving the problems of the city program without slums in Sukabumi City. In implementing
the city program without slums in Sukabumi City, this program policy has not been fully realized 100%
considering that the overall progress of implementing activities in Sukabumi City still has slum areas
remaining. Economic, social and political environmental conditions have a significant effect on the
performance of the KOTAKU program. High participation can increase the effectiveness of program
implementation and support strong public policy sustainability related to the KOTAKU program which is

the growth of interest in reading in the community by implementing programs and
improving services to meet the needs of users. This research uses one variable (1),
namely the service management variable, with A.S. Moenir's service management
theory (2006: 88–119), which consists of indicators of awareness, rules,
organization, income, skills and abilities, and service facilities. This study uses a
qualitative method with a narrative approach. The results showed that the
Sukabumi District Archives and Libraries Service had made significant efforts to
manage quality services. The results of this study indicate that the service
management carried out by the Sukabumi Regency Archives and Libraries
Service is still not optimal, based on the 6-dimensional criteria of AS Moenir
(2006: 89–119

attention in an effort to improve children’s BTQ learning achievement at RA an-nur al-masturiah. Problems
related to the fact that children have not memorized hijaiyah letters at all, therefore researching to find the
cause whether there is an influence of parental attention on their children’S BTQ learning achievement. This
study aims to determine the effect of parental attention in efforts to improve BTQ learning achievement of
children in RA an-nur al-masturiah. This research method is a field research method with a quantitative
approach, the researchers use is quai-eksperimental which can be interpreted as research to find out the effect
of the treatment given to a thing that is being studied. The population in this study amounted to 46 children
and the sample in this study were 30 children. Data collection techniques in this study are by using obsevation,
documentation, quistionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression.
From the results of research and data analysis it can be concluded that there is a significant regression in
parental attention in an effort to improve children’s BTQ learning achievement. > f table or 0,539 > 0,433 then
Ho rejected (significant regression) while Ha is accepted (insignificant regression)
