SISTEM PENGEMBANGAN KARIR PADA PERATURAN PEMERINTAH NOMOR 11 TAHUN 2017 TENTANG MANAJEMEN PEGAWAI (STUDI KUANTITATIF PADA BADAN KESATUAN BANGSA DAN POLITIK KOTA SUKABUMI)
This research discusses the Employee Career Development System at the Sukabumi City National and
Political Unity Agency. The research method used in this research is an associative method with a
quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were employees of the Sukabumi City
National and Political Unity Agency totaling 30. In this study, the authors conducted data collection
techniques through literature study and questionnaires. The data in this study were processed with
quantitative calculation method. The results showed that there was an influence of the Career
Development System on Work Motivation at the Sukabumi City National and Political Unity Agency,
indicated by a t-count value of 9.002 with Sig. (p-value) of 0.000, thus obtained Sig (p-value) <0.05
ANALISIS NILAI PELANGGAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN MELALUI KEPUASAN PELANGGAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI
This research aims to determine the mediating effect of customer satisfaction in the relationship between
customer value and customer loyalty. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method
with a descriptive approach. The sample technique used isprobability sampling with typecluster random
sampling by distributing questionnaires to 150 MS Glow users in Sukabumi City. The data analysis technique
used isStructural Equation Modeling (SEM).
The research of this study indicate that MS Glow has succeeded in building good customer value, customer
satisfaction, and customer loyalty for consumers. Customer value has a positive and significant effect on
customer satisfaction of 8,324, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of
9,742 and customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between customer value and customer satisfaction by
5,298. So it can be concluded that customer satisfaction acts as a mediator of the relationship between customer
value and customer loyalty
PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN FLEKSIBILITAS KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA DRIVER MAXIM
This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work flexibility on
organizational commitment (an empirical study on 5 Maxim-bike Driver Communities in
Sukabumi City). The research approach used is a quantitative approach. Multistage Cluster
Sampling sampling method. The samples taken were 63 respondents in 5 communities. The
results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant
influence on organizational commitment and work flexibility also has a positive and
significant influence on organizational commitment in the 5 Maxim-bike Diver Communities
in Sukabumi City
ANALYSIS OF PERCEIVED EASE OF USE AND TRUST TO PURCHASE INTENTION MEDIATED BY ATTITUDE TO SHOP ONLINE
The development of online based marketing is currently increasing, causing the emergence of
marketplace. This has had a negative impact on the Blibli marketplace, namely a decrease in the number
of purchases caused by a lack of people recommending the Blibli marketplace to other, a decrease in the
lavel of trust in security in shopping, service features that are still felt to be not effective and efficient and
this has also caused the lack of comfort felt by consumers towards the marketplace so that consumers
give an unsatisfactory attitude. This study aims to examine the impact of ease of use and trust on
purchasing decisions through online shopping attitudes. The population in this study 23,147 student in
Sukabumi City with o total of 200 students using the Blibli marketplace in Sukabumi City as respondents.
The sample collection method uses Cluster random sampling. The analysis technique uses analysis
techniques using AMOS software. The findings in this study ease of use on purchasing decisions mediated
by online shopping attitudes have a negative and significan effect. Meanwhile, trust in purchasing
decisions through online shopping attitudes has a positive and significant effect. Therefore, the factor
that influence a person in making a purchasing decision are trust, ease of use and attitude to online
shopping
PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI INOVASI DIGITAL DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN Studi: Karyawan PT. TIKI JNE Exspress Cabang Utama Kota Sukabumi
Effevtiveness within the scope of the organization or company is generally associated with the implantation of
activities aimed at promoting and developing the organization or campany. This study aims to determine the
effect of digital innovation implementation and the work environment having an influence that can increase the
work effectiveness of employee at PT. TIKI JNE. The research method used is quantitative research method and
the sample technique used is saturated sample technique. Data were obtained through questionnaires which
were distributed to 58 respondents who were employees of PT. TIKI JNE with Likert scale measurements. The
results of the hypothesis test stated that the influence of digital innovation implementation had a positive and
significant effect on employee work effectiveness. The results of hypothesis testing stated that work environment
has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness. Implementation of the application used is
also very helpful for employees in managing work, especially regarding personnel administraton and the work
environment that exist around employees greatly influence the work carried out on the effectiveness of employee
work
ANALYSIS OF THE ROLE ONLINE CUSTOMER REVIEW IN MEDIATING ONLINE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE RELATIONSHIPS TO INCREASE MARKETPLACE RATING
Marketplace is one of the impacts from development of e-commerce systems in the world.
Marketplace are in great demand by all types of groups because they are able to increase the
effectiveness and efficiency of users in shopping online. Starting from the choice of goods with
various prices, brands, quality, to easy and fast transaction and shipping processes. However,
along with its development, competition between marketplace companies has become
increasingly stringent, causing several companies to experience a decline due to newcomers
offering new experiences. This research was made with the aim of knowing the extent to which
the influence of online user experience (online customer experience) in increasing marketplace
ratings through online customer reviews as a mediating variable. Quantitative research
method with proportional random sampling technique is the research method used for this
research. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 250 respondents
consisting of students who have used the Bukalapak application from each tertiary institution
in the city of Sukabumi. The data analysis technique in this study used structural equation
modeling (SEM) using AMOS software version 22. The final results of the study showed that
there was a positive influence from online customer reviews in mediating the relationship
between online customer experience and marketplace rating. Ratings on companies can
increase if they succeed in creating the best experience for users after using online shopping
applications
Disaster Resilient Village Effectiveness Program (Study in Citepus Village, Sukabumi, Indonesia)
Among the 38 villages in Sukabumi Regency that have implemented the Disaster Resilient Village program, Citepus Village was chosen by BPBD Sukabumi Regency to implement this program because it has a high disaster risk. However, if we look at the level of capacity, Citepus Village is classified as a village with a low level of capacity, this shows that the community and village officials in disaster management are still relatively low or poor. The aim of this research is to find out how the Disaster Resilient Village program is implemented in Citepus Village, Palabuhan Ratu District, Sukabumi Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were Citepus residents, with a sample size of 100 respondents. In this research, researchers used data collection techniques, namely observation, questionnaires/surveys, and literature study. Data analysis and hypothesis testing used in this research are validity testing, reliability testing, hypothesis testing, t test. The findings in this research are the Disaster Resilient Village Program in Citepus Village, Effectiveness, Disaster Resilient Village Program. Effectiveness, defined as the degree of goal achievement, is crucial in gauging organizational progress. In conclusion, community knowledge and awareness are pivotal in mitigating disaster risks and losses. The findings emphasize the efficacy of community-driven disaster resilience initiatives and advocate for proactive, preventive measures in disaster management
KONFLIK TOKOH UTAMA DAN PERANNYA TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN KARAKTER DALAM FILM ANIMASI UP
This study aims to analyze the conflict of the main character and its role in the development of the character in the film "UP" using a qualitative descriptive method. Through this approach, this study aims to describe and understand the conflict faced by the main character, Carl Fredicksen. In the selection stage of the film "UP" as the object of research, because it has a main character who experiences a complex and interesting conflict, data is collected through watching the film as a whole by focusing on the conflict faced by the main character. The data is analyzed descriptively to describe and identify the conflicts that occur. The results of the study show that Carl Fredicksen faces internal and external conflicts throughout the plot of the film. Qualitative descriptive analysis reveals how the conflict affects the development of the main character, internal conflict helps Carl to overcome his past and external conflict encourages Carl to show courage, and wisdom and to protect the people he cares about
PERBANDINGAN TF-IDF DENGAN COUNT VECTORIZATION DALAM CONTENT-BASED FILTERING REKOMENDASI MOBIL LISTRIK
Mobil listrik mulai menjadi pilihan beberapa tahun terakhir ini, karakternya yang lebih ramah lingkungan serta biaya pemeliharaan yang lebih rendah daripada mobil konvensional menjadi alasan utama konsumen lebih memilihnya. Seiring meningkatnya minat konsumen, perusahaan besar banyak yang mulai memproduksi mobil listrik dengan berbagai spesifikasi seperti kapasitas baterainya juga jarak tempuhnya. Hal tersebut membuat konsumen diberikan banyak pilihan dalam memilih mobil listrik yang sesuai preferensinya. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mempermudah konsumen dalam memilih mobil listrik yang sesuai dengan preferensinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Content-Based Filtering dari sistem rekomendasi yang berfokus memberikan rekomendasi berdasarkan deskripsi barang serta hal yang disukai konsumen, dari sisi pembentukan modelnya, untuk melihat metode pemodelan yang menghasilkan akurasi lebih baik, peneliti membandingkan metode TF-IDF dengan Count Vectorization. Dimanfaatkan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor dalam menguji akurasi dari model sistem rekomendasi mobil listrik yang terbentuk. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem rekomendasi dapat digunakan untuk merekomendasikan mobil listrik terhadap konsumen. Dari sisi akurasi, model Content-Based Filtering yang dibentuk menggunakan TF-IDF menunjukkan akurasi yang lebih kecil yaitu sebesar 64% dibanding model yang memanfaatkan Count Vectorization yaitu sebesar 75%
PENERAPAN METODE PROTOTYPE PADA PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM ANTRIAN ONLINE DI KEMENTRIAN ATR/BPN KAB. SUKABUMI
Pengembangan sistem antrian merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan efektif dan efesien dalam proses layanan. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem antrian adalah metode prototype. Metode ini merupakan salah satu teknik pengembangan sistem yang menggunakan model sederhana dari sistem yang akan dibangun, sehingga memungkinkan pengembang untuk mengevaluasi dan mengoptimalkan sistem sebelum diimplementasikan secara utuh.
Dalam penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan sistem antrian menggunakan metode prototype dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keefektifan dan keefisienan layanan di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Sukabumi.
Peneliti mengimplementasikan sistem ini dengan melakukan evaluasi terhadap sistem yang telah dibangun. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem antrian menggunakan metode prototype mampu meningkatkan keefektifan dan keefisienan dalam proses pelayanan, dengan waktu tunggu pasien yang lebih singkat dan prosedur pendaftaran yang lebih mudah.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu dbahwa dalam pengembangan sistem antrian menggunakan metode prototype dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keefektifan dan keefisienan layanan di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Sukabumi
