Rede temática de padrões de excelência para a acreditação da educação no México
Get PDFBackground: The reference frameworks of the agencies in charge of accrediting medical education have differences in their methodological approaches for their construction; For this reason, the study was carried out with the objective of identifying the latent thematic networks in the standards of excellence of the 2018 self-assessment instrument used by the Mexican Council for the Accreditation of Medical Education in the evaluation process of the educational programs of the medical schools. Methods: A qualitative, interpretive, inductive and documentary study was carried out in four stages. For the analysis of 40 standards, text mining, content analysis and construction of thematic networks were used. Results: 6 categories were identified that concentrate 159 key terms that were represented in 9 thematic networks with the following central key terms: ethical principles, research in medical education, curriculum, learning process, professional examination, feedback, students, ICT, and institutional effectiveness, constituting the drivers of standards of excellence. Conclusions: the agglomeration pattern of the thematic networks structures the standards in a pattern represented by the ethical principles-professional examination bisector.Antecedentes: Los marcos de referencia de las agencias encargadas de acreditar la educación médica tienen diferencias en sus enfoques metodológicos para su construcción; motivo por el cual se realizó el estudio con el objetivo de identificar las redes temáticas latentes en los estándares de excelencia del instrumento de autoevaluación 2018 que utiliza el Consejo Mexicano para la Acreditación de la Educación Médica en el proceso de evaluación de los programas educativos de las escuelas de medicina. Métodos: Se realizó un estudio cualitativo, interpretativo, inductivo y documental, en cuatro etapas. Para el análisis de 40 estándares, se utilizó minería de textos, análisis de contenido y construcción de redes temáticas. Resultados: Se identificaron 6 categorías que concentran 159 términos clave que fueron representadas en 9 redes temáticas con los siguientes términos calve centrales: principios éticos, investigación en educación médica, plan de estudios, proceso de aprendizaje, examen profesional, realimentación, alumnos, TIC, y efectividad institucional, constituyendo los motores de los estándares de excelencia. Conclusiones: el patrón de aglomeración de las redes temáticas estructura los estándares en un patrón representado por la bisectriz principios éticos-examen profesional.Agências responsáveis pela acreditação da educação médica apresentam diferenças nas abordagens metodológicas para a sua construção; é por isso que o estudo foi realizado com o objetivo de identificar as redes temáticas latentes nos padrões de excelência do instrumento de autoavaliação de 2018 utilizado pelo Conselho mexicano para a Acreditação da Educação Médica no processo de avaliação dos programas educacionais das escolas médicas. Métodos: Foi realizado um estudo qualitativo, interpretativo, indutivo e documental em quatro etapas. A mineração de texto, a análise de conteúdo e a construção de redes temáticas foram utilizadas para a análise de 40 padrões. Resultados: Foram identificadas 6 categorias que concentram 159 termos-chave e que estão representadas em 9 redes temáticas com os seguintes termos-chave centrais: princípios éticos, investigação em educação médica, currículo, processo de aprendizagem, exame profissional, feedback, alunos, TIC e eficácia institucional, que constituem os motores dos padrões de excelência. Conclusões: O padrão de aglomeração das redes temáticas estrutura os padrões num padrão representado pela bissetriz princípios éticos-exame profissional
Análise da educação matemática crítica como possível guia para a conceção de estratégias metodológicas
Get PDFThis article is one of the products of a thesis that seeks to evaluate the effect of a methodological strategy on Critical Meaningful Learning and academic performance in mathematics in seventh grade students. Due to the fact that in the research, there is a goal, and it is the search for a perspective on which to base the strategy, Critical Mathematics Education was found as an option. The objective of the article is to analyze the principles, tensions and challenges of Critical Mathematics Education that can serve as a guide to propose a methodological strategy for the teaching and learning of school mathematics. To fulfill that, the principles of Critical Mathematics Education are described, and its positive aspects and limitations are analyzed, and it allows to examine tensions and challenges. All these in relation to the generation of work proposals in the classroom that encourage decision-making, and also encourage students as political subjects as part of society.Este artículo es uno de los productos de una tesis que busca evaluar el efecto de una estrategia metodológica sobre el Aprendizaje Significativo Crítico y el desempeño académico en matemáticas, en estudiantes de séptimo grado. Debido a que en la búsqueda de una perspectiva en la cual fundamentar la estrategia, se encontró la Educación Matemática Crítica como una opción, el objetivo del artículo es analizar los principios, tensiones y desafíos de la Educación Matemática Crítica que pueden servir de guía a la hora de plantear una estrategia metodológica para la enseñanza y aprendizaje de las matemáticas escolares. Para ello, se describen los principios de la Educación Matemática Crítica, y se analizan sus aspectos positivos y limitaciones, permitiendo identificar tensiones y desafíos, en relación con la generación de propuestas de trabajo en el aula que fomenten una toma de decisiones, estudiantes como sujetos políticos, parte activa de la sociedad.Este artigo é um dos produtos de uma tese que procura avaliar o efeito de uma estratégia metodológica na Aprendizagem Significativa Crítica e no desempenho académico em matemática de alunos do sétimo ano de escolaridade. Uma vez que na procura de uma perspetiva para fundamentar a estratégia se encontrou a Educação Matemática Crítica como opção, o objetivo do artigo é analisar os princípios, tensões e desafios da Educação Matemática Crítica que possam servir de guia na proposta de uma estratégia metodológica para o ensino e aprendizagem da matemática escolar. CORRELATOS DISFUNCIONALES EN ATENCIÓN, MEMORIA FUNCIÓN EJECUTIVA, LENGUAJE Y APRENDIZAJE POR TCE INFANTIL: REVISIÓN DE ALCANCE
Get PDFIntroduction: Childhood traumatic brain injury is one of the primary causes of dysfunctions in the child’s development and neurocognitive processes; it generates lesions at the brain level and in synaptic networks that interfere with functional processes; its deficiencies are heterogeneous; depending on the severity, history and location of the lesion, they may occur temporarily or permanently, even with significant sequelae. Objective: Establish the dysfunctional correlates associated with attention, memory, executive function, language and learning in childhood TBI. Method: Scoping review; 44 selected articles extracted from information search conducted in databases SCOPUS, WEB OF SCIENCE, PSICODOC, EBSCO; PUBMED; SCIELO and REDALYC. Results: According to the findings, we determine the post-traumatic functional processes that are affected in memory systems, attentional system, language, executive function and learning. Conclusions: reaffirms that there is no functional damage standard for the category Cranioencephalic Trauma, because the deficiencies generated by the TBI are differentiated and systemic, reason why the scope of dysfunctional processes in the neurocognitive and learning domains is wide, with greater involvement in moderate and severe SCD.
Keywords: Attention, Memory, Executive Function, Language, Learning, Traumatic brain injury.Introducción: El Trauma Craneoencefálico infantil es una de las causas primarias de alteraciones en los procesos neurocognitivos y aprendizaje infantil; genera lesiones a nivel cerebral y en las redes sinápticas que interfieren en el desarrollo funcional. Sus deficiencias son heterogéneas dependen de la gravedad, antecedentes y ubicación de la lesión; pueden presentarse de manera temporal o permanente e incluso pueden dejar secuelas significativas. Objetivo: Establecer los correlatos disfuncionales asociadas a la atención, memoria, función ejecutiva, lenguaje y el aprendizaje asociados al Trauma Craneoencefálico infantil. Método: Revisión de alcance de literatura, siguiendo las secciones de reporte del modelo PRISMA-ScR. En total 44 artículos finales seleccionados y extraídos de búsqueda de información realizada en bases de datos: SCOPUS, WEB OF SCIENCE, PSICODOC, EBSCO; PUBMED; SCIELO Y REDALYC. Resultados: De acuerdo a los hallazgos, se determinan los procesos disfuncionales postrauma que se ven afectados para los sistemas de memoria, sistema atencional, lenguaje, función ejecutiva y el aprendizaje. Conclusiones: Se reafirma que no hay un estándar de daño funcional para la categoría Trauma Craneoencefálico debido a que las deficiencias generadas son diferenciadas y sistémicas; razón por la cual el margen de posibilidades de procesos disfuncionales en los dominios neurocognitivos y de aprendizaje es amplio, con mayor afectación en el TCE moderado y grave. 
Harboring alien lifeworlds: the second-person in thought insertion
Get PDFIn phenomenology, the delusion of thought insertion is described and explained in different ways. There is a common idea that the delusion depends either on a lack of sense of agency or on a confusion between self and others. I propose that the delusion is an alienation in regard to what is expressed in some thoughts, that make them unfamiliar. In this perspective, the delusion has to do with the fact that the lifeworld expressed in inserted thought is given in a second-person perspective, is rooted in a different lived-body experience than one’s own. This contrasts with ordinary thoughts which are given in the first-person perspective, with which we have a sense of intimacy. This discussion is an opportunity for putting forth the idea of the second-person perspective: that is, certain experiences of the world are given to me through others, as distinct from those that are given to me directly as a lived body. In inserted thoughts, there is a sense in which some perspectives of reality, different to my own, are disclosed through an alien voice or through inside me. The distinction between the first person and second person perspectives leads to a better understanding of the primal constitution of the self and of others, based on the relation between the body and the world as it is given to us. Territorializing pragmatism

Dewey y Honneth: una idea sobre el progreso crítico de la moralidad
Get PDFThe aim of this article is to analyze the Dewey-Honneth relationship with the purpose of deepening the understanding of the idea of <<moral progress of society>> and to evidence some points of encounter that, in the field of social philosophy, occur between the pragmatist tradition and the critical theory of society represented by John Dewey and Axel Honneth. It is considered the existence of a certain air of family in Honneth\u27s understanding of the idea <<moral progress of society>> in relation to the considerations of pragmatism, especially those elaborated by C. S. Peirce and Dewey, with regard to the analysis of the relationship between theory and praxis. The thesis that is defended affirms that for Dewey and Honneth, there is a methodological priority of experience for the understanding of morality in the context of the normative reconstruction of morality; this priority understands that the source of normativity is constituted in the analysis of individual and collective social practices, of how individuals and groups relate to the institutions in force, and of the reciprocal incidence of these in their interaction with the social, economic, political and cultural environment.El objetivo del presente artículo consiste en analizar la relación Dewey-Honneth con el propósito de profundizar en la comprensión de la idea de <<progreso moral de la sociedad>> y evidenciar algunos puntos de encuentro que, en el ámbito de la filosofía social, se dan entre la tradición pragmatista y la teoría crítica de la sociedad representadas por John Dewey y Axel Honneth. Se considera la existencia de cierto aire de familia en el entendimiento de Honneth sobre la idea <<progreso moral de la sociedad>> con relación a las consideraciones del pragmatismo, especialmente las elaboradas por C. S. Peirce y Dewey, en lo que respecta al análisis de la relación entre teoría y praxis. La tesis que se defiende afirma que para Dewey y Honneth, existe una prioridad metodológica de la experiencia para la comprensión de la moralidad en el contexto de la reconstrucción normativa de la misma; dicha prioridad entiende que la fuente de normatividad se constituye en el análisis de las prácticas sociales individuales y colectivas, de cómo se relacionan los individuos y los grupos con las instituciones vigentes, y de la incidencia recíproca de las mismas en su interacción con el ambiente social, económico, político y cultural
Critique, History and Politics: Notes for a Foucauldian Reading of the So-called Conquest of the Desert in Argentina
Get PDFEn este artículo, propongo una lectura en clave foucaultiana de la denominada “Conquista del Desierto”, que tuvo lugar en Argentina durante el siglo XIX, como acontecimiento fundacional de la formación de su Estado-nación y de su sociedad, y cuyos efectos siguen aún vigentes en el actual escenario político, económico, social y cultural del país. Luego de una breve presentación de la “Conquista del Desierto”, examino los conceptos y las orientaciones que el pensamiento foucaultiano ofrece para analizar dicho acontecimiento y sus implicancias y derivas. A continuación, esbozo algunas ideas, herramientas y líneas de estudio y comprensión del acontecimiento “Conquista del Desierto” a partir de investigaciones que se derivan del pensamiento foucaultiano o discuten con él y que atienden a las particularidades y especificidades de dicho acontecimiento. Finalmente, presento una serie de conclusiones tentativas acerca de las ideas, las herramientas y las orientaciones analizadas, sopesando sus alcances y potencialidades, a modo de epílogo de las cuestiones planteadas.In this article, I propose a Foucauldian reading of the so-called Conquest of the Desert, which took place in Argentina during the 19th century. This event played a foundational role in the formation of the Argentinian nation-state and its society, and its effects are still present in the current political, economic, social, and cultural scenario of the country. After a brief presentation of the “Conquest of the Desert”, I examine the concepts that the Foucauldian thought offers to analyze this event and its implications and derivations. Then, I outline ideas, tools and lines of study that can help understand the event, extracted from research developed following the Foucauldian thought, or which discuss with it and attend to the particularities and specificities of the event. Finally, I present the conclusions that resulted from analyzing the ideas, tools, and orientations, and weigh their scope and potential, as an epilogue to the issues raised
Un uso materialista de Foucault para pensar desde Latinoamérica
Get PDFThe text presents three possible dimensions of using Foucauldian thought in relation to the Latin American perspective of the writer to situate the present: political rationality, materialist ethics, and critical ontology. This perspective is part of a research program in which the author has already published several advances. It then focuses on the pragmatic concept of truth as a knotting factor of these three dimensions, and concludes with a possible diagnosis about why it is so challenging - yet indispensable - to currently make use of Foucauldian thought in the indicated sense.El texto presenta tres dimensiones de uso posibles del pensamiento foucaultiano, en relación a la perspectiva latinoamericana de quien escribe, para situar el presente: la racionalidad política, la ética materialista y la ontología crítica. Esta perspectiva se inscribe en un programa de investigación en el que ya ha publicado varios avances al respecto. Luego se detiene a considerar el concepto pragmático de verdad como factor de anudamiento de estas tres dimensiones, y concluye con un posible diagnóstico acerca de porqué resulta tan difícil -pero indispensable- en la actualidad hacer uso del pensamiento foucaultiano en el sentido señalado
The tolerance and the Recognition of the Other in the Peace Agreement between the Colombian Government and Farc-Ep
Get PDFThis document presents an analysis of tolerance and recognition of the other in the text of the peace agreement signed between the Colombian government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia People’s Army (FARC-EP), and its implication in the success of the Agreement and the construction of a stable and lasting peace. A documentary review was conducted and the hermeneutic method was followed toanalyze philosophical texts that address the concept of tolerance and recognition of the other. Then, a dialogue was established with the text of the Final Agreement. It is concluded that the final Agreement expressly emphasizes tolerance, but not recognition of the other. However, there are relevant aspects in the text of the Agreement, such as forgiveness and reconciliation, that require going beyond tolerantacts, especially when a Peace Agreement is going to be implemented to end an armed conflict that involves negative feelings that make it difficult to advance in national reconciliation.
