    Sikeres üzleti kapcsolatok kialakítása és fenntartása a Debreceni Egyetemnél: az intézmények közötti kommunikáció jelentősége

    In the B2B sector, communication between individual organizations has undoubtedly always played a significant role. However, the changes of recent years have also significantly changed the structure and operation of certain higher education institutions, which has brought with it an increase in openness to the business world. Communication is one of the pillars of establishing successful business relationships, but traditional communication models are not always able to meet the dynamic needs of the modern business environment. Not only universities can benefit from improving communication processes and tools adapted to these expectations, but it can also be beneficial for students participating in higher education. In this research, we set the objective to explore what communication processes are currently taking place between institutions. In order to achieve our goal, we conducted qualitative research, as this allowed us to gain deeper insight into the position represented by companies on the topic. We conducted semi-structured in-depth interviews with the partner institutions of the University of Debrecen in the second half of 2024 and in January 2025. During the discussions, the effectiveness of communication platforms in terms of maintaining contact with the university and other business actors was explored. The interviews highlighted that partners primarily consider the website and email to be the most reliable sources of information, while social media platforms (such as Facebook and LinkedIn) also play a significant role in day-to-day communication. In addition, personal meetings and networking events remain indispensable for building trust, and the importance of connections based on trade fairs and recommendations was also confirmed when it comes to reaching new partners. The findings clearly reveal both a need for and an openness towards developing new, multi-channel and targeted communication models that align with the specific characteristics of the domestic and international B2B sector. Alongside traditional tools (e.g., phone, email), the more conscious and strategic use of modern digital platforms may contribute to managing future relationships more effectively and strengthening the institution’s image.A B2B szektorban az egyes szervezetek közötti kommunikációnak kétséget kizáróan mindig is jelentős szerepe volt. Az elmúlt évek változásai azonban egyes felsőoktatási intézmények szerkezetét és működését is jelentősen megváltoztatták, ami magával hozta az üzleti világ felé nyitás felerősödését. A sikeres üzleti kapcsolatok kialakításának pedig egyik alappillére a kommunikáció, azonban hagyományos kommunikációs modellek nem mindig képesek megfelelni a modern üzleti környezet dinamikus igényeinek. Ezen elvárásokhoz adaptált kommunikációs folyamatok és eszközök tökéletesítéséből nem csak az egyetemek profitálhatnak, hanem a felsőoktatásban részt vevő hallgatók számára is előnyös lehet. Jelen kutatás során célkitűzésként fogalmaztuk meg, hogy feltárjuk, milyen kommunikációs folyamatok zajlanak jelenleg az intézmények között. Annak érdekében, hogy célunkat megvalósítsuk, kvalitatív kutatást folytattunk le, hiszen ebből kifolyólag mélyebb betekintést nyerhettünk a vállalatok által képviselt álláspontba a témával kapcsolatban. A félig strukturált mélyinterjúkat a Debreceni Egyetem partnerintézményeivel folytattuk le, 2024 második felében, illetve 2025 januárjában. A beszélgetések során feltárásra kerültek a kommunikációs felületek hatékonysága az egyetemmel, illetve más üzleti szereplőkkel való kapcsolattartás szempontjából. A beszélgetések rávilágítottak arra, hogy a partnerek elsődlegesen a weboldalt és az emailt tartják a legmegbízhatóbb információforrásnak, miközben a közösségi média felületek (például a Facebook és a LinkedIn) is jelentős szerepet kapnak a napi szintű kapcsolattartásban. Emellett a személyes találkozók és networking események továbbra is nélkülözhetetlenek a bizalomépítés szempontjából, míg az új partnerek elérése során a szakkiállításokon és ajánlásokon alapuló kapcsolatok fontossága is megerősítést nyert. Az eredmények alapján egyértelműen kirajzolódik az igény és a nyitottság olyan új, többcsatornás és célzott kommunikációs modellek kidolgozására, amelyek a hazai és nemzetközi B2B szektor sajátosságaihoz igazodnak. A hagyományos eszközök (pl. telefon, email) mellett a modern digitális platformok tudatosabb, stratégiai használata járulhat hozzá a jövőbeni kapcsolatok hatékonyabb menedzseléséhez és az intézményi imázs erősítéséhez

    Hot-melt extrusion – filament manufacturing coupled with fused deposition modeling for 3D printed pharmaceuticals -a brief review

    3D printing or additive manufacturing are conquering many industrial fields, just as the pharmaceutical industry. There are several types of additive manufacturing processes, however one technology, the fused deposition modeling is outstanding in the pharmaceutical field. Fused deposition modelling uses filaments for printing. These filaments are made out of polymers that has diverse properties, suitable for containing active pharmaceutical ingredients for various usages. These filaments can be produced by hot-melt extrusion process, that the pharmaceutical field already uses for several formulations. In order to get a useable filament, we need more machines than just the extruder. Through the process, the feeder, the conveyor and the winder machines are necessary to get the desired homogeneity, filament diameter, and a ready to use filament roll to easily couple hot melt extrusion with fused deposition modeling. Polymers for pharmaceutical usage are already exists, including polyethylene glycols, polylactic acids, hydroxypropyl cellulose and many more. Finding polymers that has the appropriate rheological properties, heat- and chemical stability to apply in hot-melt extrusion-, and fused deposition modeling process, turned out to be challenging, but not impossible task. In conclusion, hot melt extrusion is a reliable method to produce polymer filaments for fused deposition modeling, that is suitable to print pharmaceuticals, however, the knowledge of this field is continuously expanding, thanks to the researchers around the world

    Formulation and investigation of Lactobacillus rhamnosus cek-R1 filled alginate microspheres with different excipients

    Microspheres are spherical particles containing the active substance, in our case bacterial probiotic strain Lactobacillus rhamnosus (L. rhamnosus), in an individually coated form. L. rhamnosus is a natural constituent of the human intestinal flora and is known to improve immune function, enhance healing of the intestinal mucosa, reduce inflammation, bloating and diarrhoea.   The aim of our experimental work was to formulate sodium alginate microspheres containing L. rhamnosus bacterial strain as active ingredient and prebiotic (galactooligosaccharide, pectin, inulin). The microspheres were formulated using Büchi Encapsulator equipment, after which the entrapment efficiency was measured. The lyophilized product was filled into hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) capsules and was subjected to a dissolution assay using Erweka equipment. The number of viable L. rhamnosus was determined from samples of the dissolution fluid.  The microspheres are lyophilised to improve shelf-life and facilitate filling into traditional capsules. The number of viable bacteria in the lyophilizate was determined by inoculation on medium and standard microdilution test. Microspheres containing different compositions of pro- and prebiotics were formulated, and their antioxidant capacity was detected by 2,2-diphenyl-l-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH). We tested the anti-inflammatory effect of the microspheres using human IL-4 ELISA Kit on colon adenocarcinoma (CaCo-2) cell line

    CHANGE LEADERSHIP IN PROFESSIONAL SPORT– BASED ON INTERNATIONAL AND NATIONAL EXAMPLES

    Accelerated and turbulent changes – partly driven by external operating environment – are determining day-to-day operations and operational decisions of organizations. They need to be able to respond appropriately, in line with their strategy, yet proactively, in order to maintain competitiveness and future prospects. This is also the case in the world of sport. Our focus is on professional sport – on a domestic sport federation and on one of the most successful clubs in Hungary. The study attempts to adapt the change management theory to professional sport to make it strategic and proactive by creating adapted basis for change management rather than change. Primary and secondary sources were processed using qualitative methods. We investigated three areas of change management / leadership: financial strategy, organization of international sport events and facility management. We conclude that change leadership can be identified in practices of the sports organizations studied, and the theoretical framework can be adapted and applied

    Optimizing disinfection protocols for yam explant regeneration in plant tissue culture

    Yam (Dioscorea species), does not produce commercially viable seeds, and asexual propagation is faced with challenges resulting from carried-over infections from previous generations. Contamination is a prevalent problem in Plant Tissue Culture (PTC), making the development of cost-effective and efficient disinfection protocols crucial for successful PTC. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of yam explant disinfection protocols using various immersion timings, disinfectant concentrations (including ethanol (C2H5OH), sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl), and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)), and in single or combined disinfectants application. Twenty treatment combinations and one control were assessed on yam vines for Disinfection Efficiency (DE%), Negative Disinfection Effect (NDE%), and the regeneration of shoots and roots (SN & RN) from the culture after 21 days. The study showed that varying immersion times did not significantly impact the evaluated parameters. However, different concentrations of disinfectants resulted in diverse NDE responses. Surprisingly, higher concentrations of NaOCl led to reduced NDE, whereas lower concentrations increased NDE. On the contrary, higher concentrations of H2O2 increased NDE, while lower concentrations decreased it. Shoot and root regeneration rates were also significantly impacted by the choice of disinfection protocol. The research concluded that dual disinfection protocol, specifically 70% ethanol for 7 minutes followed by NaOCl, was most effective for eliminating surface-borne contaminants and achieving successful in vitro propagation of yam plantlets. This method offers a cost-effective solution for establishing microbe-free tissue culture yam plantlets and provides a basis for future research on other Dioscorea plants

    A HITTUDOMÁNYI KAR HELYZETE A PESTI EGYETEMEN A 18-20. SZÁZADBAN ÉS LEVÁLASZTÁSA 1950-BEN

    In this study the authors aim is to present the discussions and changes in the history of the Catholic Theological Faculty between 1635 and 1950.    A cikkben bemutatjuk a Budapesti Tudományegyetem keretében 1635 és 1950 között létezett római katolikus Hittudományi Kar működével kapcsolatos vitákat és változásokat a felvilágosodástól 1950-ig. A 18. század végén II. József király a papképzést kívánta központosítani és generális szemináriumokat hozott létre. Ekkoriban 15 évig szünetelt a Kar működése. 1848-ban kezdődött meg a polgári átalakulás Magyarországon, majd a szabadságharc leverése után 1867-ben alakult meg a független magyar kormány. Ekkoriban az egyetem állami vagy katolikus jellegéről folyt vita, illetve arról, ha marad teológiai fakultás az egyetemen, akkor hány felekezet számára kell ilyet létesíteni. Az első világháborúig végül nem változott az egyetem szervezete. A 20 század elején a szocialista és liberális erők részéről komoly támadások érték az egyházat és a rövid ideig hatalomra jutott kommunisták 1919-ben feloszlatták a Hittudományi Fakultást, de a Tanácsköztársaság bukása miatt ez nem valósult meg. 1945 után az egyház előbb egy önálló Katolikus Egyetemet akart alapítani, de ez a terve is meghiúsult, mert az újra hatalomra került kommunisták miden téren vissza kívánták szorítani az egyházak befolyását. 1950 nyarán végleg elcsatolták az Egyetemtől a Teológiai kart, amely a továbbiakban, önálló Hittudományi Akadémiaként működött tovább.
