    Общеправовой принцип «Non bis in idem» («Никто не может дважды нести ответственность за одно и то же преступление»), нашел свое отражение в Уголовном кодексе Республики Узбекистан, однако он в достаточной степени профессионально не используется, поскольку интерпретация данного принципа в нормах уголовного закона является различной. Регламентация в законе таких признаков совершения преступления как «неоднократные преступления», «совершение преступления повторно», «опасным рецидивистом», «особо опасным рецидивистом» на наш взгляд несколько сужает содержание названного принципа, что, безусловно, отражается на гарантиях обеспечения прав и свобод граждан. Задачами исследования в настоящей статье определены анализ уголовно-правовой нормы, касающейся повторности при совершении преступления, сопоставление требований статьи 32 Уголовного кодекса Республики Узбекистан с общепризнанным принципом «Non bis in idem», правовая оценка множественности преступлений с позиции уголовно-правовой доктрины, разработка некоторых предложений, касающихся внесения изменений в действующее уголовное законодательство

    The quagmire of industrialization in Nigeria can be traced to structural disarticulation. This in other words refers to lack of compatibility among various sectors of the economy. The problem of compatibility is weak industrialization. This paper argues based on socio-economic development approach, that agriculture should play the decisive role for industrialization to take effect. Nigeria’s problem is low agricultural productivity and to resolve the problem of low agricultural productivity, the remedies are the potentialities of socio-economic development. These include: re-designing of agriculture, overhauling of agriculture, mechanization of agriculture, food production, moving from subsistence to commercial farming, meaningful development in rural areas, structural adjustment programme (SAP); industrial technology, corporate co-operative activities, sourcing of funds for business, diplomatic relations and economic integration, globalization, adult education programmes and curriculum and instructional technology research etc.&nbsp

    Roadside constructions are an essential part of the communication system of the region which natural conditions, socio-economic relations have played an important role in their construction. The demand to ensure security in the roads, the need of protection from wild animals and poisonous insects and the natural environmental impact (cold, hot, winds, etc.) was an important reason for the emergence of first roadside contructions and others that have been improved during the passage of periods. From the eneolithic and bronze period which carts and first means of transportations began to be used (such as carts, etc) and beacause of the appearance of regional and interregional relations way-side constructions became an essential component of the communication system. The crucial factors of building new constructions of the roadas were the achievements of the field of public development, construction of architectural structures and fortified castles, especially the development of trade. Such facilities first began to be built near to the water wells, on the banks of the mountain passes, in the direction of significant riverside military-strategic places.The development of domestic and external relations required to improve security and maintenance systems on caravan routes. With the formation of centralized countries, the establishment of landscaping structures became an integral part of the state economic policy. It is known that during the Achaemenid period, stations with rabats and caravanserais were built along the roads connecting different regions of the great empire, especially along the famous “King’s Road
