Exploring the rich cultural heritage of the ethnos, it examines various rituals performed by women within the framework of the Karakalpak culture. Highlighting the importance and role of women in traditional rituals, the author analyzes their impact on social dynamics and family values in Karakalpak society. Based on this research, the article calls for preserving and respecting the traditions associated with the participation of women in rituals in order to increase the cultural heritage of Karakalpakstan

Get PDFThis research focuses on forming self-image by students of SMK Negeri 1 Gempol Pasuruan through second accounts on Instagram social media. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative using Erving Goffman's Dramaturgical theory approach. In this research there were 10 informants as sources of data obtained from interviews and observations. The results of this research show that students at SMK Negeri 1 Gempol use a second account on Instagram as a place to brand themselves by sharing positive content. The data found that the formation of self-image through social media Instagram is based on aspects that are highlighted such as physical, psychological and social aspects in forming one's self- image. The informant will highlight parts that are understood to be strengths and will cover up (keep) things that are understood to be weaknesses

Дается характеристика процесса внедрения информационных технологий в систему взаимодействия государства и граждан, аргументируется позиция, согласно которой IT-технологии определяют сущность развития современной демократии. Электронная демократия рассматривается в контексте процесса расширения участия граждан в демократическом управлении делами государства, обеспечения прозрачности деятельности государственных органов, а также их взаимодействия с населением.
В статье комплексно раскрывается правовая сущность электронной демократии, предлагается авторский подход к понятию электронной демократии. На основе анализа понятийного аппарата раскрываются особенности правового регулирования отношений в сфере электронной демократии, указаны некоторые проблемы в развитии указанного феномена. С учетом оценки состояния развития электронной демократии в стране автор предпринял попытку рассмотреть перспективы дальнейшего ее развития в Узбекистане
