    Model of Assistance in Writing Scientific Papers with E-Clinic Research to Produce Scientific Papers in Reputable Journals

    Students of the master's program must have the will and ability to complete their studies by compiling a thesis and writing quality scientific papers. Students often have obstacles in completing the task of compiling their scientific work. The purpose of the research is to create a mentoring model in the preparation and production of scientific papers and optimize the existence of the E-Clinic Research System for the efficiency and effectiveness of student and supervisor interaction in producing scientific work. The research uses a quantitative approach, with the type of research using action research. Activities include: a). Planning stage b). Stage of implementation and c). Stages of evaluation. The results showed that: 1). Model assistance in the preparation and production of scientific work through several stages, namely: analyzing the condition of participants, making performance indicators, providing intensive assistance, conducting intensive assistance, and conducting monitoring, 2). The mentoring model is efficient and effective by producing scientific papers of participants in the form of publications of 4 participants (29%), 3 participants in the form of scientific works (21%), and 7 participants in the form of draft scientific papers (50%)

    The purpose of this article is to explain the importance of organizational adaptation in educational settings and the significance of continuing professional development (CPD) in enhancing teacher professionalism. This research utilizes a literature review method to gather, analyze, and evaluate relevant literature on the research topic. The findings highlight that organizational development also needs to manage growth by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges. Analysis of work processes is crucial in creating an adaptive educational organization. However, organizational development requires time, and financial resources, and carries the risk of failure. The process involves assessing needs, implementing intervention strategies, preparing organizational members, implementing changes, and integrating them into the organizational culture. Strategies such as training, feedback, team formation, and continuous professional development can be employed to achieve sustainable and effective change

The article explores new materials from Dilkushod and the burial ground of Munchaktepa. They are divided into three groups: ranged weapons, close range weapons, defensive weapons. According to the author's conclusion, the weaponry in the studied period of Ferghana developed at the same level as in other regions
