This article delves into the creation of the historical masterpiece “History of Khumuli”, shedding light on the background of the author and tracing the decline of Abdul Fayzkhan, the final ruler of the Ashtarkhanid dynasty in Bukhara. It further examines pivotal moments like the assassination of Nadirshah and the subsequent intrusion of Iranian forces into Bukhara. Detailed accounts are provided on the events during the transition to the new Mangit dynasty’s reign in Bukhara, showcasing the reigns of the inaugural Mangit rulers, including Muhammad Rahimbiy, Daniyobiy, and Amiri Masum Shahmurad
History of Health Care in Karakalpakstan in 1960-1970
This study examines the development of the healthcare system in Karakalpakstan during the 1960s and 1970s, a period marked by significant social and economic transformations in the Soviet Union. Despite notable advancements in medical infrastructure, healthcare professional training, and public health education, challenges such as resource shortages and regional disparities persisted. Addressing the knowledge gap in historical healthcare evolution, this research aims to assess the impact of government policies on healthcare expansion and public health outcomes in Karakalpakstan. Using historical sources and statistical data, the findings reveal substantial improvements in healthcare accessibility and public health awareness, though uneven distribution of resources remained a limitation. These results underscore the importance of policy-driven initiatives in addressing regional healthcare inequalities, offering insights for current health policy reforms in similar contexts
Bronze Stand of The XII-Early XIII Centuries From Tashkent
The present article is devoted to the study of a group of bronze faceted coasters of the 11th-13th centuries stored in the State Museum of History of Uzbekistan. The analysis of the study has shown that in this period octahedral stands prevailed, but along with them stands with cylindrical bodies were also made. It was also possible to trace a certain regularity and sequence in the arrangement of ornamental belts, which medieval masters observed when decorating coasters. On the basis of comparative material, it was established that such coasters were widespread in Central Asia and can be dated to the 11th-13th centuries

This article is SECTION IV of the Civil Procedure Code. The chapter “REVIEW OF COURT DOCUMENTS” sets out theoretical rules, concepts and opinions about changes and innovations, the essence of reforms, the significance of these innovations in the theory and practice of civil procedural law, their place in civil judicial legislation. activity. At the same time, the mutual correlation of cases of consideration of civil court documents, a mutual comparative analysis of these procedures is given. There are also opinions about the reasons for the appearance of this news, the need for a review of court documents by the court, and the author’s proposals. The article, as a new institution of the Civil Procedure Code, “Chapter 46. Shows the emergence, grounds, necessity and characteristics of new current norms relating to the procedure for considering judicial documents.” This institution (revision stage) not only provides legislative experience, but also helps eliminate procedural problems in practice. In order to reveal the relevance and necessity of the topic, the author paid special attention to the opinions and views of procedural scientists in a number of educational and scientific literature on the science and field of civil procedural law, the need to re-reform court documents. and again in recent years, and an analysis of the powers and duties of judges in judicial practice in this regard

Challenges and Implications of International Humanitarian Law in Cyberspace Warfare
This study investigates the application of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) in the evolving landscape of cyberspace warfare, addressing the critical gap in existing legal frameworks regarding cyber operations. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, including quantitative analysis of international protocols and agreements, the research identifies significant challenges in applying traditional IHL principles to cyber conflicts. The findings reveal inconsistencies in the regulation of cyber attacks, particularly in distinguishing between military and civilian targets and ensuring proportionality. The study concludes that current IHL principles are insufficient for the complexities of cyberspace, necessitating the development of new international norms and cooperation strategies. These results have significant implications for policymakers, highlighting the urgent need for updated legal frameworks to govern cyber warfare effectively

Infiltration of Herdsmen Brand Terrorism in Bayelsa State, Nigeria: Security Implications for West Africa
The violent expansion of armed herdsmen into Bayelsa State, Nigeria, highlights the unchecked spread of herdsmen activities across the country, raising critical security concerns for West Africa. This study, framed by Le Bon's contagion theory, explores how emotional contagion and social amplification fuel the conflict. Using a qualitative approach, data were sourced from secondary materials such as books, journals, and government reports, and analyzed through content analysis. The results show that the ongoing crisis could lead to increased violence, displacement, and humanitarian issues, threatening regional stability. The study calls for enhanced regional security cooperation, addressing the root causes of the conflict, and promoting dialogue. It also identifies state complicity and weak governance as aggravating factors, recommending greater accountability from authorities to prevent further escalation
