Analysis of Dividend Policy, Investment Opportunity Set and Sustainability Report on Company Value in the Energy Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023
This study examines the influence of Dividend Policy, Investment Opportunity Set (IOS), and Sustainability Report on Firm Value. Inconsistent findings from previous studies prompted a re-examination of these three variables in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. The research employed a quantitative approach using panel data regression analysis. Out of 84 companies in the population, 12 were purposively selected, resulting in 60 observations. Datawere processed using EViews with classical assumption tests and the selection of the best-fit model. Strategi Peningkatan Kompetensi Digital Karyawan Melalui Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Strategik
This study aims to identify and formulate strategies for enhancing employees’ digital competence through a Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) approach in response to technological disruption and the demands of Industry 4.0. The research employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach, analyzing 20 academic articles, institutional reports, and policy documents. Content analysis was conducted to identify key themes, including digital competence mapping, integration of traininginto HRM strategies, utilization of learning technologies, and continuous evaluation. The findings reveal that organizations implementing integrated digital training—such as blended learning, microlearning, and project-based learning—achieved an 18% increase in productivity and a 12% reduction in turnover within 12 months. The use of HRIS and LMS systems plays a crucial role in monitoring learning progress, enhancing personalization, and accelerating technology adoption. The study concludes that digital competence development based on SHRM not only improves individual performance but also strengthens talent retention and sustains organizational competitive advantage
