    L’exemple du Canada dans la série “Débloquer des financements adossés à des titres de propriété intellectuelle” donne une vue d’ensemble du paysage du financement par la propriété intellectuelle au Canada, soulignant l’importance de ce type de financement pour les PME. Cette publication examine l’utilisation et la titularité de la propriété intellectuelle par les entreprises canadiennes, ainsi que les défis réglementaires et non réglementaires qui influent sur le financement adossé à la propriété intellectuelle. Elle met en avant l’expérience du Canada dans la mise en œuvre de programmes de prêts garantis par la propriété intellectuelle, qui financent dans une large mesure les entreprises riches en titres de propriété intellectuelle depuis 2020. Elle décrit également le soutien apporté par les pouvoirs publics au développement de la propriété intellectuelle et les projets futurs visant à élargir l’accès des PME au financement adossé à la propriété intellectuelle, en vue de favoriser l’innovation et la croissance
