Формирование Эффективного Долгового Рынка: Институциональные Вызовы И Перспективы Развития Гособлигаций В Узбекистане
No full textВ данной статье проведен всесторонний анализ состояния и структуры рынка государственных ценных бумаг Республики Узбекистан по спросу и размещению за период 2018-2024 гг., который считается одним из ключевых элементов финансовой системы и способствует мобилизации внутренних и внешних инвестиционных ресурсов. Особое внимание уделяется выявлению институциональных и структурных ограничений, препятствующих полноценному развитию данного сегмента финансового рынка. К ним относятся ограниченный выбор доступных долговых инструментов, низкая ликвидность вторичного рынка, преобладание краткосрочных облигаций и отсутствие гибких инструментов, таких как облигации с плавающей ставкой. Обосновывается, что создание полноценной многоуровневой инфраструктуры обращения государственных облигаций требует внедрения инновационных инструментов, включая индексированные, „зеленые“ и социальные облигации, которые могут повысить устойчивость бюджетного финансирования и укрепить инвестиционный климат. Сделан вывод о стратегической важности развития рынка государственных облигаций как механизма бюджетной стабилизации и повышения прозрачности государственной долговой политики

Unveiling social realities: A Marxist analysis of Rene Eune Ponte’s balak
No full textThe research employs the Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) framework within the Marxist literary approach to examine selected balak (poetry) from Rene Eune Pueblos Ponte's collection Hagawhaw sa Salibagjaw. Ponte, a prominent cultural figure in the Bohol School of Living Traditions, Bohol, Philippines captures the socio-political realities of his community through poetry. The study focuses on five balak selected based on Marxist criteria, emphasizing their reflection on class struggle, ideology, and socio-economic disparities. Using CDA, the research dissects the linguistic and thematic elements of the balak, revealing how language conveys power dynamics and class ideologies. The analysis identifies recurring Marxist themes: alienation, corruption, poverty, inequality, and social injustice. These themes illustrate Ponte’s critique of systemic oppression while resonating with broader socio-political conditions in the Philippines. Findings demonstrate that Ponte’s balak are cultural artifacts encapsulating collective struggles and aspirations. His poetic imagery and stylistic devices articulate the lived experiences of marginalized communities, fostering critical consciousness among readers. The study bridges literary analysis with societal critique, emphasizing the relevance of Marxist literary criticism in understanding regional literature. Ponte's verses become a vehicle for collective introspection, offering insights into the poet's and his community's societal challenges. This research contributes to appreciating Boholano literature by providing insights into societal issues embedded in local poetic traditions. It advocates for including regional literary works in the curriculum, enriching cultural understanding and critical thinking while shedding light on enduring societal issues in the Philippines that resonate with the Marxist themes found in Ponte's poetry

Influence OF Nursing Work Environment on Patient Safety: A Systematic Review
No full textPatient safety is considered an indicator of the quality of health care services so it has a higher priority for the healthcare system worldwide. The work environment, and specifically the environment of nurses, is indeed an important variable related to patient safety. Therefore, this review aims to identify the influence of nursing work environment on patient safety. An in-depth review of quantitative studies that includes data on the relevance to the relationship between nursing work environments and patient safety, and had been published between 2018 and 2024, and focus on hospital or clinical settings was conducted. TheWeb of Science, and Science Direct were searched. Articles published from 2018 to 2024 were retrieved. After the quality appraisal, the required data were extracted and analyzed. A narrative synthesis of the findings is conducted and presented in a table. A total of 591 articles were retrieved from the initial search and managed using Endnote software. Out of 591 articles screened, 19 articles were reviewed for eligibility yielding to 11 articles included in this study. More studies are needed in all regions using more robust designs

The main objectives of the study include Study of stock and financial market volatility and investment ratio during Covid Pandemic. Based on the objectives hypothesis has been derived. The research design of the study includes the type of research that is mainly descriptive and the data collection is purely secondary base. Various national and international journals and Government websites like has been used to collect the data. Correlation and regression statistical techniques will be used for doing the analysis of the data. The findings and the recommendation give an insight to financial advisors and policy makers for making better financial system that are robust to Global crisis
