She quickly became Chairman of Liberal Arts in 1973 and helped celebrate the Bicensation 75 on the costume committee. When Dr. Pisaneschi was promoted by President Brother Bernard LoCoco in 1976, she became the first woman to be dean of student affairs at CBC
