Preserving planet Earth’s biodiversity is crucial in order to keep its ecosystems in equilibrium. For this purpose, it is necessary to produce goods and tools using bio- and eco-compatible methodologies whilst also increasing knowledge on the concept of industrial sustainability. In fact, sustainability has to be based on the 3P pillars, Planet, People, and Profit, i.e., (a) the preservation of the planet’s environment; (b) the respect of people’s safety and well-being, to meet social expectations; (c) the maintenance of the industrial profit to manufacture and compete at a global level. Without entering into any kind of neoliberal education policy, this book aims to present new ideas to encourage those in the manufacturing industry to use both industrial and agricultural biomass in order to produce goods in a greener way. It may also encourage scientists and marketing professionals to educate the consumer on the necessity of maintaining biodiversity without impoverishing our planet of crucial raw materials

Kết quả cho thấy tổng số băng thu được là 296 băng, số băng đa hình là 215 băng, tỉ lệ băng đa hình từ 50 – 100%, hệ số tương đồng di truyền của các mẫu khá cao, dao động từ 53,4% đến 93,6%. Các kết quả nghiên cứu này sẽ cung cấp cơ sở khoa học cho việc chọn giống, lai tạo giống và bảo tồn nguồn quĩ gen cây tỏi tại Việt Nam
Determination of Auramine O in animal feedstuffs using ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry
Get PDF6 pages.A method based on ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem massspectrometry (UPLC/MS/MS) was developed for simple and rapid determination of the residues of Auramine O in animal feedstuffs. The samples were extracted by MeOH: H2O + HCOOH0.1% and then analyzed in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. The mobile phase was ultrapure water with 0.1% formic acid. Under the optimized detection conditions, the linear range for Auramine O was 20 - 100µg/L and the linear correlation coefficients found more than 0.99 The limit of quantification of Auramine O was 0.34 mg/kg. The recoveries of Auramine O ranged from 64.71 - 94.12% with relative standard deviations (RSD) of 4.93 - 8.31% with the concentration range of 20 - 100 µg/L. This method is simple, effective, sensitive and is suitable for the determination and confirmation of Auramine O in animal feedstuffs

Nghiên cứu khảo sát các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hàm lượng GABA trong quá trình nảy mầm yếm khí như: pH nước ngâm, nhiệt độ và thời gian nảy mầm; đồng thời tối ưu hóa điều kiện nảy mầm để thu được hàm lượng GABA cao nhất. Hàm lượng GABA được đo theo phương pháp đo quang. Số liệu được xử lí bằng phần mềm Design- Expert 8.0.6. Kết quả cho thấy pH nước ngâm, nhiệt độ và thời gian nảy mầm có ảnh hưởng quan trọng đến sự tích lũy hàm lượng GABA. Hàm lượng GABA cao nhất là 23,467ppm gấp 9,46 lần so với đậu nguyên liệu với điều kiện tương ứng là pH 6,5; nhiệt độ 35oC và thời gian nảy mầm 3 ngày

Có khoản 398 loài cây thuốc được sử dụng chủ yếu trong phòng và chữa bệnh trong đó có 54 loài được sử dụng với tần suất cao. Tập trung ở các nhóm bệnh như viêm nhiễm (20%), cảm – ho (18%) và bệnh xương khớp (11%). Kết luận: Khối lượng cây thuốc trồng được sử dụng lớn, nhưng cây thuốc tự nhiên được sử dụng đa d ng về chủng loại. Có khoảng 54 loài cây thuốc được sử dụng phổ biến trong phòng và chữa trị bệnh
