Tuy nhiên, việc sử dụng các loại tinh dầu như một chất tạo mùi hương trong mĩ phẩm gặp nhiều khó khăn, đặc biệt là tinh dầu sả, vì trong tinh dầu sả chứa hàm lượng cao citral. Trong nghiên cứu này, các phương pháp nâng cao độ bền của tinh dầu sả tại các giá trị pH khác nhau từ pH = 4 đến pH = 7 trên các nền giả lập (sử dụng chất bảo quản sodium benzoate), trên nền sữa tắm có phối trộn sodium benzoate, trên nền dầu gội có phối trộn sodium benzoate được sử dụng. Cả ba nền được khảo sát trong điều kiện 1 ngày tại nhiệt độ phòng, 7 ngày ở nhiệt độ phòng và 7 ngày sau khi được bảo quản 45ºC. Kết quả cho thấy, tại pH trong vùng axit giúp hạn chế thấp nhất biến tính về ngoại quan của tinh dầu sả có hàm lượng Citral cao trên nền sản phẩm chăm sóc cá nhân

Get PDF6 tr.Nghiên cứu này đã sử dụng chất chuẩn imperatorin được phân lập chiết xuất từ dược liệu Bạch chỉ được cung cấp bởi Công ty Dược Hà Giang [1,2] để thực nghiệm khảo sát. Kết quả thực nghiệm là đã xây dựng được qui trình thẩm định định tính, định lượng imperatorin bằng phương pháp kết hợp sắc kí lớp mỏng và sắc kí lỏng hiệu năng cao (HPLC) với đầu dò PDA thích hợp để phân tích cho sản phẩm Đông dược có chứa Bạch chỉ trên thị trường. Kết quả thực nghiệm thu được cho thấy 3 sản phẩm khảo sát trong 3 mẫu thuốc Đông dược Cảm xuyên hương (CXH), Thống xoang tán (TXT) và Fitorhi-F (F-F), kí hiệu là SP1; SP2 và SP3 đều chứa imperatorin với tỉ lệ hàm lượng lần lượt là 0,087%, 0,047% và 0,013%. Từ đó cho thấy hàm lượng imperatorin trong thuốc Đông dược SP1 có chất lượng ổn định và đạt tiêu chuẩn hàm lượng theo dược điển Trung Quốc (hàm lượng imperatorin không thấp hơn 0,08%) [3]

Phân đoạn này được tách thành 7 phân đoạn phụ bằng sắc kí cột nhanh, trong đó có 3 phân đoạn xuất hiện kết tủa. Bằng kĩ thuật kết tinh phân đoạn thu được 3 chất C1 (144,2mg), C2 (40,0mg), C3 (129,3mg). Dựa vào các dữ liệu phổ (Mass spectrum - MS, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance- 1D-NMR và 2D-NMR), cấu trúc của các chất này được xác định lần lượt là C1 (Quercetin 7,4’ – dimethylether hay Ombuin), C3 (5, 7 – dihydroxy 3’, 4’ – dimethoxyflavon). Get PDF8 tr.Nghiên cứu này được tiến hành nhằm mục đích xây dựng qui trình chiết xuất và đánh giá độ bền của anthocyanin từ hoa Đậu biếc Clitoria ternatea L. Để tối đa hóa năng suất khai thác, điều kiện chiết thích hợp như sau: Dung môi, EtOH 50 %; vật liệu/dung môi tỉ lệ, 1: 9; nhiệt độ chiết 50 0C; Thời gian chiết, 30 phút; số lượng các bước chiết xuất 2 bước; Thời gian thu hoa Đậu biếc là 7 giờ sáng. Trong những điều kiện này, lượng anthocyanin là 76,41 mg/L tương ứng với 2,189 mg anthocyanin/g vật liệu khô. Độ bền anthocyanin của dịch chiết và dư lượng được đánh giá trong 2 điều kiện: nhiệt độ phòng và 45 0C. Nhiệt độ có một ảnh hưởng đáng kể đến anthocyanin và anthocyanin cao phân tử, mẫu với acid citric (1 – 3) g/L ổn định hơn so với những loại không có acid citric. Trong thử nghiệm DPPH, IC50 của hoa Đậu biếc là 400 μg/mL (với y = 0,1565x – 12,965, R2 = 0,9939) so với IC50 của acid ascorbic (7 μg/mL) và thấp hơn IC50 của vitamin C khoảng 57 lần. Những kết quả này cho thấy hoa Đậu biếc có tiềm năng chống oxi hóa tạo cơ sở cho việc sử dụng và khai thác tiềm năng về hoa Đậu biế
