Intermediate Fluid Mechanics
Get PDF180 p.This book is meant to be a second course in fluid mechanics that stresses applications dealing with external potential flows and intermediate viscous flows. Students are expected to have some background in some of the fundamental concepts of the definition of a fluid, hydrostatics, use of control volume conservation principles, initial exposure to the Navier-Stokes equations, and some elements of flow kinematics, such as streamlines and vorticity. It is not meant to be an in-depth study of potential flow or viscous flow, but is meant to expose students to additional analysis techniques for both of these categories of flows. We will see applications to aerodynamics, with analysis methods able to determine forces on arbitrary bodies. We will also examine some of the exact solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations based on classical fluid mechanics. Finally we will explore the complexities of turbulent flows and how for boundary layer flows one can predict drag forces. This compilation is drafted from notes used in the course Intermediate Fluid Mechanics, offered to seniors and first year graduate students who have a background in mechanical engineering or a closely related area

CPN là một chất zwitterion (ion có các nhóm tích điện dương và âm riêng biệt) và mức độ ion hoá của CPN ảnh hưởng đến sự lưu giữ hợp chất trong cột sắc kí pha đảo được thể hiện qua khảo sát nồng độ dung dịch đệm tại pH = 3,0 và pH = 7,0. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã đạt được tối ưu thành phần pha động có pH = 3,0 tăng khả năng lưu giữ chất phân tích trong cột sắc kí, đồng thời tối ưu điều kiện sắc kí với tốc độ dòng 1,5 mL.phút-1 thu được trên sắc kí đồ (HPLC) có peak đối xứng với hệ số kéo đuôi 0,993 và phần trăm độ lệch chuẩn tương đối 0,12 %. Quá trình phân tích được thực hiện trên cột sắc kí pha đảo RP–18 (250 mm x 4,6 mm x 5 m), thành phần pha động có pH = 3,0 với kiểu rửa giải đẳng dòng (isocratic). Dung dịch mẫu sau khi ra khỏi cột sắc kí được phát hiện ở bước sóng 254 nm. Khoảng tuyến tính (0,102 - 0,812) mg. mL-1 với R2 = 1. Độ lặp lại về hàm lượng 100,7 và độ lệch chuẩn tương đối của mẫu là 0,16 %. Độ đúng phương pháp trong khoảng (99,11 - 100,49) % và %RSD = 0,66. Phương pháp đề xuất này có thể áp dụng để xác định hàm lượng CPN trong bột pha hỗn dịch
