No full text8 tr.Bài báo trình bày quá trình xây dựng và thẩm định một phần quy trình phân tích irbesartan (IRB) và hydroclorothiazid (HCTZ) trong huyết tương người bằng kĩ thuật LC-MS/MS. Phương pháp phân tích đã sử dụng telmisartan làm chuẩn nội để xác định irbesartan và hydroclorothiazid. Các chất phân tích và chất chuẩn nội được chiết bằng kĩ thuật chiết lỏng- lỏng với tert-butyl methyl ether, cột Gemini C18 (150 mm x 2 mm; 3 µm), pha động methanol – dung dịch đệm amoniformat 5 mM, pH = 5 (80:20), tốc độ dòng 0,4 mL/min, thể tích tiêm mẫu 2 µL. Irbesartan, telmisartan được phân tích ở chế độ ion hóa dương và hydroclorothiazid ở chế độ ion hóa âm. Theo hướng dẫn của US-FDA và EMA về thẩm định phương pháp phân tích thuốc trong dịch sinh học, kết quả thẩm định một phần quy trình phân tích cho thấy quy trình đạt được tính đặc hiệu, hiệu suất chiết trên 95 %, tính tuyến tính trong các khoảng nồng độ dự định, đạt độ đúng và độ chính xác trong ngày và giữa các ngày, giới hạn định lượng dưới của IRB và HCTZ lần lượt là 0,005 µg/mL và 0,901 ng/mL

Get PDF10 tr.Nghiên cứu đánh giá nhận thức về môi trường học tập (MTHT) của sinh viên Dược Trường Đại học Nguyễn Tất Thành để xác định các khía cạnh MTHT cần cải thiện hoặc phát triển mạnh hơn. Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang từ 11/10/2021 đến 20/10/2021, có 416 sinh viên hoàn thành khảo sát trực tuyến. Đánh giá nhận thức MTHT ở 2 khía cạnh chính: nhà trường và sinh viên bằng công cụ MSLES phiên bản rút gọn (Medical School Learning Environment Scale Short Version). Điểm MSLES tối đa là 5. Sinh viên nhận thức tích cực về MTHT với điểm trung bình chung là 2,95 ± 0,73. Sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê điểm nhận thức MTHT ở 4 yếu tố: giới tính (p < 0,01), năm học của sinh viên (p < 0,01), điểm trung bình tích lũy (p < 0,001) và áp lực tài chính (p < 0,05). Sinh viên nữ có điểm nhận thức MTHT cao hơn sinh viên nam, sinh viên năm 3 có điểm nhận thức MTHT thấp nhất ở tất cả khía cạnh, điểm trung bình tích lũy càng cao thì điểm nhận thức MTHT càng tăng. Sự hỗ trợ, trải nghiệm học tập, chương trình học và giúp sinh viên tương tác tốt hơn là các yếu tố nhà trường cần cải thiện để tạo ra môi trường học tập tích cực và hiệu quả hơn. Hoạt động ngoại khóa, tổ chức học tập thi cử, liên kết giữa các khóa có điểm MSLES cao nên cần phát triển mạnh hơn nữa

No full text7 tr.Diltiazem hydroclorid, là một dẫn xuất benzothiazepin, được coi là thuốc điều trị tăng huyết áp an toàn và hiệu quả, không có tác dụng không mong muốn ở thận và không gây rối loạn chuyển hóa. Tuy nhiên, nhược điểm lớn nhất của diltiazem là thời gian bán thải chỉ khoảng 6 giờ do vậy người bệnh phải sử dụng thuốc 3 đến 4 lần một ngày. Để khắc phục các nhược điểm của viên quy ước, nghiên cứu đã tiến hành xây dựng công thức bào chế viên nén diltiazem tác dụng kéo dài với hệ cốt thân nước bằng phương pháp xát hạt ướt sử dụng các tá dược kiểm soát giải phóng chính là gôm xanthan và hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC). Công thức bào chế tốt nhất thu được với hàm lượng diltiazem 120 mg và các tá dược gôm xanthan (50 mg), HPMC (20 mg), lactose (100 mg), amidon (40 mg), comprecel (70 mg), talc và magnesi stearat 2 % (tỉ lệ 1:1). Nghiên cứu cũng đã tiến hành bào chế và đánh giá được một số tiêu chuẩn chất lượng cơ bản của viên nén diltiazem 120 mg tác dụng kéo dài để từ đó đề xuất các chỉ tiêu chất lượng cơ bản cũng như khả năng kiểm soát giải phóng dược chất lên đến 8 giờ (không dưới 65 %)
