Get PDF11 tr.Nghiên cứu hướng đến mục tiêu xây dựng và thẩm định quy trình phân tích định lượng hoạt chất chloramphenicol trong thuốc mỡ bôi da bằng phương pháp sắc kí lỏng hiệu năng cao (HPLC). Kết quả nghiên cứu đã đạt được gồm tối ưu điều kiện sắc kí thành phần pha động methanol : dung dịch dikali hydrogenphosphat theo tỉ lệ (70:30; v/v), giảm thời gian chạy mẫu, sắc kí đồ của peak đáp ứng hệ số đối xứng và dùng kĩ thuật chiết siêu âm kết hợp làm lạnh cho quy trình xử lí mẫu chứa hàm lượng béo cao thông qua hiệu suất thu hồi đạt 100,74 %. Quá trình sắc kí thực hiện trên cột RP-18 (250 mm x 4,6 mm x 5 m), phát hiện bằng đầu dò UV-VIS ở bước sóng 280 nm. Quá trình rửa giải đẳng dòng với tốc độ dòng 1 mL/min. Kết quả thẩm định theo hướng dẫn của International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) cho thấy quy trình đạt độ đặc hiệu cao, độ tuyến tính, độ lặp lại với %RSD = 0,67, độ đúng với hiệu suất thu hồi trong khoảng (98,49-101,23) %. Vì thế, có thể ứng dụng quy trình phân tích này trong việc kiểm soát chất lượng thường quy của chloramphenicol trong dược phẩm thuốc mỡ bôi da

Get PDF8 tr.Cao Trầu không chứa hoạt chất hydroxychavicol có khả năng ức chế sự phát triển của Candida albicans thông qua quá trình ức chế quá trình nhân đôi DNA. Tinh dầu Bách lí hương đã được báo cáo kháng Candida spp. Cơ chế tác động của nó là ức chế quá trình sinh tổng hợp ergosterol trên màng tế bào. Dựa trên nguyên tắc phối hợp 2 chất có cơ chế tác động khác nhau trong điều trị bệnh nhiễm trùng, nhóm tác giả tiến hành khảo sát hiệu quả kháng C. albicans ATCC 10231 của phối hợp cao Trầu không và tinh dầu Bách lí hương. Kết quả cho thấy phối hợp cao Trầu không – tinh dầu Bách lí hương (1 mg : 4 μL) có hiệu quả cộng lực kháng C. abicans trên mô hình in vitro và mô hình tính thấm qua móng ex vivo. Đồng thời, bằng mô hình gây nhiễm móng ex vivo, nghiên cứu cũng đã xác định được phối hợp cao Trầu không 0,156 % (w/v) và tinh dầu Bách lí hương 0,625 % (v/v) có khả năng diệt nấm C. albicans ATCC 10231. Các kết quả này tạo tiền đề để phát triển công thức các dạng bào chế (kem, gel,…) hỗ trợ điều trị bệnh nấm móng Candida chứa cao Trầu không và tinh dầu Bách lí hương
The Relationship between Online Learning and Student Satisfaction with Training Quality in Private Universities during the COVID-19 Pandemic
Get PDF9 tr.This study aims to explore the relationship between the influential factors of online learning and the satisfaction of economics and business majors with the quality of their training in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. A total of 900 students in private universities completed a questionnaire. The principal findings of this research are that the students are satisfied with their online learning and that learning conferencing software is the most important driving factor leading to the students’ satisfaction when compared with learning conditions and learning devices. Another interesting finding is that the experience of using learning conferencing software results in a slight difference in the students’ perceived level of satisfaction, adding that users with more than two years’ experience are more satisfied with their training quality than users with less than one year’s experience. However, the results also show that students want to switch to offline learning when the pandemic is over. This study should, therefore, be of value to higher education authorities wishing to understand their students’ perceptions of online learning. In Buy Now, Emily West examines Amazon's consumer-facing services to investigate how Amazon as a brand grew so quickly and inserted itself into so many aspects of our lives even as it faded into the background, becoming a sort of infrastructure that can be taken for granted. Amazon promotes the comfort and care of its customers (but not its workers) to become the ultimate service brand in the digital economy. West shows how Amazon has cultivated personalized, intimate relationships with consumers that normalize its outsized influence on our selves and our communities. She describes the brand's focus on speedy and seamless ecommerce delivery, represented in the materiality of the branded brown box; the positioning of its book retailing, media streaming, and smart speakers as services rather than sales; and the brand's image control strategies. West considers why pushback against Amazon's ubiquity and market power has come mainly from among Amazon's workers rather than its customers or competitors, arguing that Amazon's brand logic fragments consumers as a political bloc. No full text6 tr.Từ nghiên cứu trước đó, tác giả đã phân lập được ba saponin, neochlorogenin 6-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-quinovopyranosid (S-1), (25S)-6α-hydroxy-5α-spirostan-3-on-6-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-quinovopyranosid (S-2) và solanolactosid A (S-3) từ phân đoạn cao ethyl acetat (EtOAc) của quả cà dại hoa trắng Solanum torvum Sw. Dựa trên một số nghiên cứu về tiềm năng của các glycosid steroid trong quả Solanum torvum Sw. có 3 saponin được thử hoạt tính độc tế bào. Kết quả cho thấy S-1 và S-2 có hoạt tính độc tế bào đáng được quan tâm. S-1 có khả năng ức chế mạnh 3 dòng tế bào ung thư HepG2, K562 và MCF-7 với giá trị IC50 tương ứng là (41,38 2,53) M, (23,04 2,52) M và (12,04 2,28) M. S-2 có khả năng gây độc mạnh trên 2 dòng tế bào ung thư K562 và MCF-7 với IC50 lần lượt là (12,04 2,69) M và (12,04 2,99) M. S-3 không có hoạt tính gây độc tế bào. Kết quả thử nghiệm phù hợp với các nghiên cứu trước đó và cung cấp thêm thông tin làm tăng khả năng ứng dụng của quả cà dại hoa trắng trong hỗ trợ điều trị bệnh ung thư
