hoá của dịch chiết đó. Nghiên cứu này sử dụng sự hỗ trợ của sóng siêu âm để khảo sát quy trình trích ly và cho kết quả tối ưu là sử dụng dung môi ethanol 75 %, siêu âm ở
nhiệt độ 50oC trong thời gian 45 phút, đồng thời sử dụng phương pháp Folin-Ciocalteu xác định hàm lượng polyphenol và phương pháp DPPH khảo sát hoạt tính kháng oxy hóa của dịch đã chiết. Kết quả thu được đối với hàm lượng polyphenol là (51,30 ± 0,01) gGAE/mL, đối với hoạt tính kháng oxy hóa là (0,383 ± 0,001) mg dịch chiết/mL. Ngoài ra, nghiên cứu cũng đã nhận danh được một số nhóm chất chính như phenolic, flavonoid, alkanoid trong dịch chiết bằng phương pháp hóa học. Với kết quả đạt được, ngoài việc cung cấp thêm một số thông tin khoa học về hoa Hẹ mà trước đây chưa được khám phá, kết quả nghiên cứu còn đóng góp vào việc nâng cao giá trị của một loại dược liệu quý vốn đã rất quen thuộc với người dân và góp phần làm phong phú thêm kho tàng những cây thuốc và vị thuốc cổ truyền Việt Nam

Trong đó màng bọc sinh học từ các nguồn nguyên liệu tái tạo từ sinh khối ngày càng được phổ biến trong đời sống. Nghiên cứu này đã chế tạo thành công màng bao gói chủ động từ chitosan và gelatin bổ sung dịch trích thịt bơ Hass nhằm ứng dụng trong bảo quản thịt bò tươi. Ảnh hưởng của các nồng độ dịch trích bơ Hass (0, 5 và 10) % bổ sung vào màng đã được khảo sát. Kết quả FTIR cho thấy việc bổ sung dịch trích bơ Hass không làm thay đổi cấu trúc của màng. Bên cạnh đó màng bao chủ động được bổ sung 10 % dịch trích bơ Hass duy trì chất lượng thịt bò ổn định hơn khi so sánh với mẫu bổ sung 0 % dịch trích bơ Hass (GCF). Mẫu thịt bò được bảo quản ở nhiệt độ (4-5) ℃ bằng màng bọc bổ sung 10 % dịch trích bơ Hass (HGCF10) có khả năng ức chế vi khuẩn Coliforms và cải thiện cảm quan của mẫu lên đến 6 ngày. Tuy nhiên, sau 14 ngày bảo quản mát mẫu thịt bò mất ổn định về cảm quan cũng như sự gia tăng mật độ Coliforms
