Ba hợp chất tinh khiết (lupeol acetat, acovenosigenin A, periplocymarin) được phân lập nhưng hoạt tính ức chế NO thấp (< 50%). Kết quả cung cấp dữ liệu khoa học về thành phần hóa học và tiềm năng kháng viêm của dược liệu này

Advances in Molecular Biology Methods in Hepatology Research

    No full text
218 p.Recent advances in molecular biology methods have profound implications for deciphering the complexities of hepatology research, specifically in understanding liver function, disease development, and novel therapies. The integration of genomic and proteomic technologies such as Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), single-cell sequencing, CRISPR-Cas9, sensitive mass spectrometry, high-throughput proteomics, and epigenetic studies allow for a more comprehensive analysis of the liver's genomic landscape. These technologies enable scientists to understand the molecular pathways involved in liver injury, fibrosis, and regeneration. In addition to advances in genomic techniques, the development of advanced hepatic in vivo models and liver tissue engineering, utilizing technologies such as CRISPR-Cas9, places a clear emphasis on creating humanized organoid models. These molecular innovations, like hepatic organoids, are scalable for high-throughput screening and can replicate complex cellular interactions, providing further insights into the mechanisms underlying liver diseases such as metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), hepatitis, and liver fibrosis. By creating patient-derived organoids, researchers can personalize disease models and uncover individualized disease mechanisms and precision therapeutics. Overall, these advancements in molecular biology have propelled hepatology research to the next level, offering additional opportunities for efficient diagnosis, treatment, and prevention strategies for hepatic diseases

Metaheuristic Algorithms in Optimal Design of Engineering Problems

238 p.Metaheuristic algorithms are advanced optimization methods widely used to solve complex engineering design problems. They operate by iteratively searching the solution space, employing strategies inspired by natural or physical processes to balance exploration and exploitation. Common examples include genetic algorithms, particle swarm optimization, simulated annealing, and ant colony optimization. These algorithms are effective for large-scale, nonlinear, and non-convex problems, making them valuable in fields such as mechanical, civil, electrical, and aerospace engineering. Metaheuristics can efficiently find near-optimal solutions where traditional methods may fail or become computationally expensive. Their performance depends on factors like initial solution quality, algorithm selection, and parameter tuning. By integrating metaheuristics with domain-specific knowledge, engineers can optimize system designs to meet performance, cost, and operational constraints. As research progresses, metaheuristic algorithms continue to expand their applicability and effectiveness in solving real-world engineering challenges

Industrial Clusters, Agglomeration and Economic Development

    No full text
194 p.Countries currently face the challenge of exploring how companies can drive innovation during the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The COVID-19 pandemic has demonstrated that all countries across the globe require a "digital" economy as well as a "green" economy. Clusters, or agglomerations, are one of the most effective regional growth strategies for overcoming the current challenges. Its analysis can be performed from various angles, including organizational management, spatial economics, and sequencing economics. First, spatial economics can be used to drive location conditions in economic decision making. Second, sequencing economics provides an architectural theory of agglomeration. It analyzes the dynamic processes that construct segments of agglomerations efficiently and discusses how segments of agglomerations are sequenced for their efficient construction. Third, geographic management theory attempts to identify the factors that contribute to the competitive advantage of a region. Other approaches to clusters and economic development are welcome
