With the development and popularization of Internet technology, the network has opened up new avenues for citizens to realize the freedom of expression. This paper explores the basic theory of network expression freedom from a constitutional perspective, focuses on the reasonable boundaries of network expression freedom, and emphasizes the necessity of constitutional protection for network expression rights. By analyzing the legislative status quo of network expression rights protection in China, this paper identifies the existing shortcomings in the current protection of network expression rights in China and explores how to establish and improve the legal protection system for citizens\u27 network expression rights within the framework of the Constitution to maintain and promote the exercise and realization of citizens\u27 network expression freedom

School education must meet the self-esteem needs of adolescents

    Get PDF
Adolescence is a peak period for physical and mental development and a critical period for the development of self-esteem. Whether the self-esteem needs of adolescents are met affects their growth and development. To address the self-esteem needs of adolescents, schools should implement respect education; teachers should maintain the self-esteem of adolescents; schools and teachers should guide parents to value their children\u27s self-esteem needs, enabling adolescents to form and maintain high self-esteem, thereby promoting the mental health development of adolescents

Empirical study on the influencing factors of adolescent recidivism

    Get PDF
Individual, family, and society are the three main factors influencing adolescent recidivism. By employing in-depth interviews to develop a questionnaire on "real-world social treatment" affecting adolescent recidivism, and combining it with the commonly used "low self-control" and "family functioning" scales in adolescent crime measurement, a survey was conducted among 49 incarcerated adolescents who had reoffended. After statistical analysis of the survey data, it was found that the factors of "low self-control" and "real-world social treatment" significantly influenced adolescent recidivism, while the factor of "family functioning" had no significant impact. There is a certain correlation between family socioeconomic status and the factor of "real-world social treatment." Changing the situation of "real-world social treatment" can influence the psychology of adolescent recidivism

Investigation and analysis of ankle injuries among students in basketball sports

    Get PDF
This study employs literature review, questionnaire surveys, and statistical analysis to investigate and analyze ankle injuries among students who take basketball as an elective course, exploring the locations, types, causes, and preventive measures of these injuries. The main reasons for ankle injuries in basketball are identified as improper warm-up activities, lack of awareness, poor physical fitness, poor quality of the venue, low technical level, high sports load, and emotional venting under pressure, among others. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance students\u27 awareness of sports, master self-protection methods, reasonably arrange warm-up activities, standardize technical movements, adjust students\u27 psychological emotions, and standardize the use of venue equipment to reduce the occurrence of sports injuries

Race and athletic performance: 2015 sports data analysis

    Get PDF
Using methods such as literature review, statistical analysis, and logical reasoning, this study analyzes the influence of race on athletic performance based on data from three major competitions. It concludes that there are disparities among different races in terms of biological genetics and social backgrounds, as well as variations in the technical characteristics of different sports. The findings indicate that Black athletes have a significant advantage in track and field events, White athletes excel in swimming and strength-based sports, while Asian athletes perform well in skill-based events

Research on the development bottlenecks and countermeasures of leisure football sports

    Get PDF
To better promote the development of leisure football in China, this study employs research methods such as literature review and logical analysis, combined with the analysis of the national environment, to summarize the social and cultural value conflicts, insufficient exploration of humanistic connotations, low per capita resource possession, and high barriers to sports participation as the main constraints on the development of leisure football. It also identifies the prominent problems resulting from these constraints, such as the low ability to meet the needs of participants. The study proposes two major strategies to break through the bottlenecks in the development of leisure football and to address the prominent issues it faces: promoting school and social education and training to guide changes in social culture and demand; and improving educational training concepts and methods to adapt to the actual national conditions and social needs. It is suggested that the most effective way to guide changes in social culture and demand is through education and training, which includes school education and training led by government administrative operations and social education and training led by corporate market operations. The study points out that the key to improving educational training concepts lies in grasping two main points: improving the teaching methods of tactics and techniques, and strengthening the exploration of cultural connotations. The core of improving educational training methods is to introduce and promote modern educational technologies represented by audio-visual teaching

Analysis and social work intervention of adolescent premature dating from a social-ecological perspective

    Get PDF
By applying social ecological theory and social work concepts and methods to analyze the phenomenon of adolescent early dating, it is found that the causes of adolescent early dating involve changes in physiological and psychological structures, the influence of family atmosphere, school education, peer group effects, and the impact of social environment and traditional culture on three levels. Social work can intervene in the social ecological system of adolescents through professional methods such as case counseling, group work, and community work, carrying out practical work in their individual, family, school, and community aspects, and contributing to the resolution of adolescent early dating issues

Electrochemical immunosensors for 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid based on 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane modified electrodes

    Get PDF
oai:www.cambridgepublish.com:article/1A novel electrochemical immunosensor prepared by direct coating of small molecular hapten on glassy carbon electrode (GCE) is reported for the detection of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D). The glassy carbon electrodes were activated by electrochemical method and then were further treated with 3-aminoprpyltriethoxysilane (APS) to functionalize the GCE surface with amino groups for covalent linkage to small molecular hapten of 2,4-D with carboxyl groups. The electrodes were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The principle of this immunoassay is based on an indirect competitive immunoassay. Analytes of 2,4-D and hapten of 2,4-D immobilized on glassy carbon electrode (GCE) compete for 2,4-D antibodies labeled by horseradish peroxidase (HRP-anti-2,4-D). After complete immunoreaction, the GCE attached HRP-anti-2,4-D tracers was transferred to a substrate solution containing hydroquinone (QH2) and hydrogen peroxide for square wave voltammetry (SWV) detection. Determination conditions were optimized. The SWV anodic peak current decreased linearly with the increase of 2,4-D concentration over the range from 0.10 to 15.0 mg/L 2,4-D with a detection limit of 0.01mg/L. The performance of this electrochemical immunoassay was successfully evaluated with river water spiked with 2,4-D, indicating that this convenient, rapid, and sensitive technique offers great prospect for the monitoring of trace 2,4-D in environment
