Objective To explore the necessity and feasibility of RBC blood typing by molecular technique for unidentified blood group. Methods The blood group was identified by serological test and molecular detection. Results One case of blood donor showed weakly positive reaction to anti -A, strongly positive reaction to anti-B and anti -H, weakly positive reaction to A 1 RBCs but no reaction to either B or O blood type. The sample was subjected to the detection of ABO genes and the results showed 9 mutants in Exons 6 and 7. The type B(A)02 was identified when comp a red with A101 allele. Conclusion Genetic detection is helpful for finding B(A) subgroup blood that cannot be identified by serological test

James Rosenquist’s White Bread: A Hybrid Image of Consumption and Art

    Get PDF
James Rosenquist (1933-2017) was one of the leading figures of the 60s American Pop Art, famous for his handmade paintings composed of bright, colorful and plastic commercial images. However, considering the hundreds of artworks he created, certain works receive less attention than others. Among them is White Bread (1964), an oil painting preserved by the National Gallery of Art, Washington DC. The essay argues that the concrete subject matter and latent abstract formal qualities of White Bread resonate with the equivocal relationships between fine arts, business and the public. It demonstrates, if not explicitly expatiates, the infiltrating commercial power’s indelible and ongoing effects on both common people’s daily lives and the operation of the American art world of the 60s

Literary Criticism History: The Emergence in China

    Get PDF
The emergence of the discipline of Chinese literary criticism history is closely linked to the establishment and development of Chinese literary history, as well as the compilation of textbooks. This point has not yet received sufficient attention in academia. The common academic path of early literary critics such as Hu Xiao Shi, Chen Zhong fan, Guo Shao Yu, and Luo Genze was to start with teaching, researching, and writing about Chinese literary history, paying attention to literary criticism issues, and then extending to teaching, researching, and writing about the history of literary criticism. The reason lies in the fact that "literature and history" or "poetry and prose criticism" in traditional bibliography are the main materials they can learn from when writing about the "imported product" of literary history. At the same time, because literary criticism is a category of literature, the concept that "the history of literary criticism is a branch of literary history" is accepted by most scholars, and literary history works also discuss the content of literary criticism. The cohesive relationship between literary history and the history of literary criticism, which helps and uses each other, is reflected in the fact that literary history not only makes the history of literary criticism pay attention to anthologies and selections but also provides knowledge reserves for teaching and learning. In turn, the purpose of the history of literary criticism is to substantiate literary history. Clarifying these issues is beneficial to the study of the emergence of Chinese literary criticism history and the teaching of the discipline of literary criticism history today

The return of the collective narrative benchmark in contemporary literature

    Get PDF
A review of various types of classical Chinese literature reveals a common characteristic of collective narrative. The significance of collective narrative stems from the relationship between people, culture, and literature. Literature is the way people play with memory, while culture is the guideline for human life activities. People need culture to guide practice and need literature to interpret metaphysical questions that culture cannot demonstrate. The root of the current literary crisis lies in the rebellion of literature against the collective nature of culture, causing literature to detach from real culture and become a game of pure personal imagination. Only by focusing on human reality, repositioning with culture as the coordinate, and returning to collective narrative can literature escape the crisis encountered in the new era

Effects of lanthanum and ethylenediamine tetraacetic a cid

    Get PDF
Using nickel-tungsten as active metals and TiO₂-Al₂O₃ as the support, Ni-W/TiO₂-Al₂O₃ catalysts for the hydrodesulfurization of heavy oil were prepared by wetness impregnation. The effects of the modification of lanthanum, ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA)and La in cooperation with EDTA on the structure and hydrodesulfurization performance of the catalysts were investigated. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, BET, H₂-TPR and SEM. The results indicated that La and EDTA could weaken the interaction between support and active component, facilitate the reduction of active component, and benefit the formation of Ni-W-S phase. Addition of La or EDTA could increase the surface area and suppress the agglomeration of active metals on surface, forming smaller and highly dispersed active phase particles. The La, EDTA and combined La and EDTA modified catalysts possessed higher HDS activity than Ni-W sample, Ni-W-La-E catalyst had the highest HDS activity, and its thiophene conversion reached 99.7%

Study on the electrostatic shedding and crushing characteristics of ethanol and diesel droplets

    Get PDF
The study of electrostatic shedding and crushing characteristics of droplets is the basis of understanding electrostatic atomization, and the study of its shedding and crushing behavior in electrostatic field is conducted. Micropump drive is used to control the flow rate, electrostatic generation device to form a stable electric field, light lighting and high-speed camera to obtain the dynamic behavior of shedding and crushing process, and use digital image processing technology to extract the process parameters. The results show that: when the capillary tube diameter and flow are unchanged, when the electric field voltage is low, the droplet deviates and falls off, the diesel droplet is smaller than the ethanol; when the electric field voltage is moderate, the droplet is closed or deformed into wave strip; only when the flow rate increases and the electric field voltage is large, the average particle size of ethanol is smaller than diesel, indicating that the electrostatic atomization effect of ethanol with small surface tension is significantly better than that of diesel oil

Entropy Theory in the Context of Physics Education

    Get PDF
Entropy, initially a concept in thermodynamics describing the degree of disorder in a system, has been extended to information theory and non-equilibrium thermodynamics. The article proposes that the physical classroom teaching system can be viewed as a dissipative structure, promoting the orderly development of students\u27 cognition through openness, non-equilibrium states, and fluctuation mechanisms. Specific strategies include opening up teaching content and methods, creating non-equilibrium state experiments, introducing cognitive fluctuations, and utilizing non-linear effects. These approaches help to stimulate students\u27 desire for knowledge, optimize the teaching process, and achieve efficient physical classroom teaching
