Emotional pursuit in landscape sketching: interview with Wang Keju

Wang Keju insists on creating on-site in landscape sketching, emphasizing the close connection between sketching and creation. He believes that sketching is not only a form of practice but also a process of integrating emotion with nature. Through on-site sketching, he is able to capture the direct emotions brought by the natural scenery and incorporate them into his paintings. In his creation, Wang Keju focuses on the sense of order and rhythm in the paintings, as well as emotional expression. He draws on the order and completeness of Western classical painting to pursue a balance in the internal structure and rhythmic order of the paintings. Although he will not completely move towards abstraction, he will explore different artistic pursuits in different periods. His works reflect both his interest in the state of natural life and his careful construction of the structure and order of the paintings

Analysis of offensive tactical organization in volleyball against zonal blocking

This paper explores the characteristics of zonal blocking and its application in volleyball matches, aiming to identify the most effective offensive tactics when facing zonal blocking. The study provides references for further improving the volleyball training system and the development of volleyball. Conclusion: With the evolution of volleyball and its rules, a variety of offensive methods and tactical combinations have emerged, along with more detailed classifications of blocking forms, each with corresponding offensive strategies. Suggestions: In regular volleyball teaching, specialized analysis and training on offensive tactics against zonal blocking should be conducted. Additionally, multiple offensive tactical systems should be developed to cultivate players\u27 ability to switch and apply offensive tactics flexibly and quickly

Adolescent peer interaction: The interplay between online and offline

In the internet era, online interaction based on the internet is gradually integrating with face-to-face offline interaction, becoming another crucial context for adolescents’ peer interaction and social development. This article elaborates on the significance of typical characteristics of online interaction—such as anonymity, trans-spatiotemporality, asynchronicity, and archivability—for interpersonal communication. It points out that adolescents’ online interaction primarily occurs among acquaintances, describes the formation process of adolescents’ online friendships and their influencing factors, and discusses the relationship between offline and online peer interaction. The article suggests that future research should further explore the interactive influence between offline and online interaction, investigate the unique roles of different interaction contexts and network environments, examine individual differences in online interaction, and conduct more in-depth studies on the characteristics of interpersonal relationships within specific online social platforms

Interpreting "Adolescent Rebellion" based on labeling theory

Labeling theory originates from the study of deviant behavior. It emphasizes that “social norms lead to deviant behavior,” suggesting that the emergence of deviant behavior is a process of being labeled. “Adolescent rebellion,” as a socially defined deviant behavior, arises from the negative interactions between adolescents and adults and is a phenomenon where adolescents are labeled after violating the social norms of the adult world. There are two consequences of the labeling of “adolescent rebellion.” One is the stereotype of adolescents by society, and the other is the self-identification of adolescents with “adolescent rebellion.” Thus, the labeling of “adolescent rebellion” is also legitimized

The song of ink and the realm of life: The ink and wash figure paintings of Du Zilin

This paper delves into the artistic achievements and stylistic characteristics of the renowned Chinese figure painter Du Zilin. Du Zilin, who was self-taught from a young age, successively studied under famous masters such as Ye Qian Yu and Li Zhen Jian. His artistic career spans from the 1950s and 1960s to the new era. His works are primarily ink and wash figure paintings, covering subjects such as real-life scenes, ethnic minority customs, and ancient poetic paintings. He is particularly skilled at depicting the lives of ethnic minorities in Tibet and Xinjiang. Du Zilin\u27s figure paintings are distinctive in capturing the essence of his subjects and creating artistic realms. He integrates the strengths of both northern and southern Chinese painting styles, drawing on Huang Bin Hong\u27 s ink accumulation techniques to form a unique brush and ink style. His works not only focus on realistic modeling but also incorporate expressive spirit, emphasizing the portrayal of light and air, and showcasing the harmony between humans and nature. Additionally, his habit of sketching and comprehensive cultivation are important factors in his artistic success. The article concludes that Du Zilin\u27s artistic experience holds significant inspirational value for future generations

Standardizing Clinical NGS Applications—Based on ACMG Standards

Next-generation sequencing (NGS)technology has been applied in clinical laboratories. The development of this technology, along with the expansion of testing scale and scope, has significantly reduced the cost of genetic testing. The clinical applications of NGS are continuously expanding, including targeted gene panel testing, individual exome, or whole-genome analysis. Moreover, NGS technology has further improved treatment decision-making and prediction for high-risk populations of certain diseases. However, the development of NGS also poses challenges, including the confusion of choices brought by sequencing platforms and technological updates, and the inconsistency of clinical validation of sequencing results. To help clinical laboratories better understand NGS technology, resolve issues related to clinical validation, and correctly select NGS sequencing platforms and methods, as well as to continuously monitor NGS and ensure high-quality sequencing results and their clinical interpretation, this article summarizes and discusses the professional standards and guidelines of the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ACMG)regarding the clinical application of NGS technology. This is intended for reference by molecular diagnostic professionals in China when formulating domestic industry standards

The application of methylation-sensitive amplified polymorphism (MSAP)in ecology

DNA methylation is one of the most important epigenetic modifications in living organisms and its application in ecology is becoming increasingly widespread. Based on the collection and review of relevant literature in ecological epigenetics, this paper introduces the principles, advantages, and limitations of Methylation-Sensitive Amplified Polymorphism (MSAP) technology, as well as its applications and prospects in ecology. MSAP has become a powerful tool for studying DNA methylation levels due to its wide application and ease of operation. It is particularly useful in exploring how organisms rapidly adapt to habitat changes and how invasive species overcome genetic bottlenecks. MSAP technology can effectively reveal epigenetic differences within or between biological populations, serving as a valuable complement to the study of genetic diversity and genetic variation

Probabilistic analysis of data structures for locality-sensitive hashing functions

For the nearest neighbor search problem in high-dimensional spaces, Locality-Sensitive Hashing (LSH)has shown excellent performance in terms of query cost and disk space utilization. Under the traditional analysis model, LSH is considered a randomized algorithm, with the only uncertainty being the choice of the hash function. In this research, the collision probability obtained under this model is referred to as the hash-function-based collision probability. In this paper, a different analysis model is used to conduct a theoretical analysis of LSH. The motivation for this work is twofold:1) Under the existing analysis model, users must generate random data structures for each query point to achieve the theoretical effect, which is impractical in real applications.2) The performance metric that users are concerned with is the expected collision probability of a random query point in a single data structure. Based on this, this paper derives the collision probability of random point pairs under the Hamming distance for any single hash function. The collision probability derived under this model is referred to as the query-based collision probability. It is also proven that in the Hamming space, the two types of collision probabilities are identical
