DRINK CALLING ORDER 
As a server you should be aware of the advantages resulting from prompt 
and efficient drink service. When properly practiced by the. server and tho-
roughly understood by the bartender, this system will maximize ~fficiency and 
minimize ordering time. Bartenders and service staff need to. know and use this' 
system .to avoid confusion. 
1. Bar - drinks using standard (well) brands of liquor 
2. Call - drinks using name brand liquor 
3. Premium - drinks using high quality name brand liquor 
4. Blended - all blended drinks or exotics 
5. Soda and Juice - fruit juices, mineral water and soda
