SPATIAL ASPECTS OF MODERNIZATION OF REGIONAL TOURIST SYSTEMS
The relevance of the research is due to the need to form a methodological basis for research on the spatial dimension of modernization processes in the tourism sector of the region, which due to the current global threats are of particular importance. The purpose of the article is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations for the study of spatial patterns of modernization of the tourism sector of the region from the standpoint of a systematic approach. The key in the research are the system approach, as well as the modernization paradigm of regional development, which allow to form a comprehensive concept of spatial development of tourism in the region. The article formulates the main provisions of the spatial dimension of modernization processes in the region; the stages of recreational development of the territory are singled out; the interrelations between the development of tourism and the processes of urbanization are analyzed; the essence of tourist clustering is substantiated and the principles of cluster formation in this sphere are singled out; the effect of “expansion” of tourist space in destinations is characterized. The results of the study can be useful for scientists researching the spatial aspects of tourism development as a type of economic activity and as a social phenomenon at the regional level, as well as for practitioners of state and regional government, representatives of the tourism business
The Impacts of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the Consumer Behavior of Turkish Tourists
Tourism sector has already affected severely by the existing coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic as of Feb 11, 2020 started in China and spread all over the world. World Health Organization (WHO), therefore, has been recommended travelers to avoid travelling. Since then, the number of tourists has essentially plummeted to a level that world has not ever experienced before. In the view of the lacking studies in tourism literature that scrutinize by the subject. This study inspects the effect of the coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic on the tourism industry by examining the effects of COVID-19 outbreak on the tourist behavior of Turkish travelers. Furthermore, this empirical study analyses into the sensitivity of tourists concerning crises in making decisions regarding travel. The analysis shows that COVID-19 outbreak has significantly affected people’s life, work and travelling during the COVID-19 outbreak period while the impacts on individuals’ inclination to travel, the preference of leisure trips and concern of public hygiene vary. In general, the influences of COVID-19 outbreak are of a nature of paroxysm and period, and the lessening of travel and tourism was triggered by a combination of internal motivation as well as external compulsory measures and travel bans. Additionally, the formation of an effective communication system and crisis action will add to the rescue of the tourist market
ETHNOCULTURAL ANALYSİS OF TURKİSH EPİC TEXTS
Every ethnic-national culture is considered to be the product of the nation, people and ethnos to which it belongs. Because the relations and connections of the individual and society, the culture of speech, the way of thinking are created and improved under the influence of the culture and language to which they belong. In ancient Turkish texts, feelings such as love, praise, oath, admonition are expressed by different means, elliptical constructions in the language. Depending on the situation and the reasons, these expressions in weddings, engagements, ceremonies, pre-war gatherings and gatherings, in short, in the happy and sad moments of the ethnos and tribe, express the value that the Turks attach to the world and life. The expression of such feelings is found in all ancient Turkic texts, including the book "Kitabi-Dada Gorgud" in the form of applause, praise, swearing rituals

Presenting a Philosophy Education Model for Children in a Cooperative Method with Emphasis on Social Intelligence
: The purpose of this study was to present a model of teaching philosophy to children in a cooperative method with emphasis on social intelligence on elementary students of education in district five. The statistical population in this section of the study was academic community experts and education professionals with executive backgrounds in decision-making levels known as knowledgeable experts. This group was selected to conduct the qualitative part of the research and participate in the interview process using the Delphi method; the qualitative part of the present study purposely describes the open coding of Budastras and Corbin (1990). From the analysis that is specifically related to naming and categorizing the phenomenon through careful examination of the data. In other words, in this type of coding, the concepts within the interviews and documents are classified according to their relevance to similar topics. The result of this step is to massively distill and summarize information obtained from interviews and documents into concepts and categories that are like these questions. The results showed that human cognition, relation of concepts to each other, social intelligence, concept definitions, reasoning about concepts and critical thinking respectively have the highest factor loadings and factor weight on the second-order factor six-factor model of philosophy education for children through cooperative method
NEW PARADIGM OF GEOINFORMATION SPACE IN TERRITORIAL ASPECT
The topicality of the study is conditioned by the need to develop a new paradigm for constructing the geoinformational space in terms of geoinformational activities on the territory in connection with the change of technology tenors. The objectives of the work are to identify the essence and principles of the new geospatial paradigm, to substantiate the basic prerequisites for development of fundamentally new ideas about geographical space and spatial data infrastructure and for modernization of the means and technologies for processing geoinformation. The methods of formal-logical analysis, linear programming, and the theory of matrix games with nature were used. The results of the study. The authors proposed a new interpretation of the concept of “geospace” as a kind of socio-cultural reality “laid over” the territory. Conclusions are made regarding the features and correlation of the “space” and “territory” concepts. The essential characteristics of geoinformation supply of vital activity in different epochs, as well as features and differences of corresponding geoinformation paradigms were considered from the standpoint of the structural-functional approach. The authors carried out a formal logical analysis of conceptualization of vital activity in the surrounding geospace, associated with optimizing of the use of the resources based on all-encompassing geoinformation support. The concept of “geofragment” is introduced as an elementary unit of geospace, in which technological and/or natural processes occur and interactions of objects from different spaces take place. Theoretical and practical value. The authors proposed new approaches to solving the problems of correlation of physical and geoinformation space. Application of these approaches in technological discourse allows one to define and improve ways and means of geospatial support for optimization of territorial management. The conclusions. Through combination of new ideas, potential opportunities, and structural transformations, the new paradigm of geoinformation space sets the vector for the formation of the modern geospatial industry providing systemic support for the needs of society and focused on services and activities optimizing the use of territorial resource
