DEVELOPMENT OF INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION IN TOURISM
The Russian Federation state policy of internal and external tourism is quite active. The concluding Federal Target Program "The development of domestic and inbound tourism in the Russian Federation (2011-2018)" and the ongoing work on the project of the new program document prove that tourism is a priority of the Russian economy. The operating tourism industry and infrastructure have formed the basis for the development of various touristic programs and routes. The competition between destinations and tourist products is significantly on the rise. The tourist's satisfaction is becoming the key competitive advantage. In the face of the growing market and increased competition within the tourism industry, strategic approaches and operational activities for the promotion of the Russian national tourist product in the global arena and on the domestic market require the transformation and implementation of systemic and targeted management. The ability to offer to the traveler a tourist product that is not only interesting but also comfortable, safe and correspondent to the traveler's spiritual needs is the main factor in the success of the development of tourist companies. The article deals with the challenges of the realization of intercultural communications as a tool for forming a comfortable tourist environment
NON-DIGITAL FACTORS OF DIGITAL ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT IN RUSSIA AND THE WORLD
The article examines the conceptual aspects of the essence of the digital economy, the prerequisites for its development and its basic elements. In spite of widespread international recognition of the digital economy as a scientific category and as a mainstream of global development, a generally accepted approach to its methodological foundations has not been formed in expert circles. The authors have found out some common positions in respect of digital technologies, which are considered in modern conditions as a driving force for accelerating economic growth and increasing labor productivity, as well as an infrastructure component of the national innovation system of the government. The article defines non-digital factors of digital economy development, including state policy, legislative framework, human capital and the system of fundamental and applied research. Based on the analysis of statistical data and development forecasts, the authors assess tendencies in the development of the digital economy, as well as possible negative consequences for the socio-economic development of Russia. It is shown that digitalization and particularly the formation of Industry 4.0 will significantly change the existing employment relations, lead to reviewing the system of education and personnel training and reshape the system of social protection of citizens
TYPOLOGY OF AUTOCEPHALOUS MOVEMENTS IN ORTHODOXY
The article analyzes autocephalist movements. Their study is undertaken to solve the general problem of Ecumenical Orthodoxy unity preservation and to prevent conflicts and schisms in it. For the study, the authors use scientific methods and approaches, among which one of the main ones is dialectical. Movements are viewed as socially conditioned and historically objective phenomena undergoing constant changes. They reveal the attitude of the following states to the autocephalist movements of the Russian Orthodox Church: Russia, Georgia, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Ukraine and the American continent. They presented the typology of autocephaly arising as a result of movements towards them. The typologization of movements was carried out for the first time in Russian religious studies. Recommendations for prevention and settlement of interchurch conflicts are given

FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MECHANISM FOR ENHANCING THE INSTITUTIONAL SYSTEM OF AUDIT SERVICES IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE AUDIT OF ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
The development of the auditing science is based on the study of the problems on institutional and theoretical and methodological substantiation of the quality of accounting and auditing. Theoretical visions and reasoning about the content and economic essence of audit are manifested in the nature of the activities of enterprises. At the same time, its applied purpose for cooperation of economic agents with an enterprise consists, firstly, in the obligatory availability of independent financial controlling, and secondly, in the necessity and consistency of the auditor's report regarding the quality of accounting and financial information on the resources and obligations of enterprises. The content of such conclusions to a greater extent forms the basis for decisions made by economic agents to optimize the distribution and use of available resources, the level of acceptable risk and trust in the audit institution on the part of economic structures. Despite the presence of many theoretical and methodological researches on problems of the development of audit activities, the improvement of the quality of audit services, etc., it must be admitted that today, in general, the result of modern audit theory is a limited list of theoretical provisions on the quality of audit. This requires, in our opinion, further development of a conceptual insight of the audit quality when analysing financial statements. It seems to us that further study of the audit content is required in the current conditions based on the use of tools for cognition of the new institutional economic theory. Directly, the very quality of audit, being as a fundamental precondition for the proper functioning of the audit institution, is considered as the basis for the construction of modern accounting and financial information. Hence, it can be assumed that the identification of areas for ensuring the quality of audit and accounting and financial information in the context of their organic relationship acts as an integral element of building a conceptual vision revealing the essence of the categories under consideration and their methodological relationship. The considered separate theoretical and methodological structure is characterized by a logical relationship between the concepts "audit institution - audit quality - quality of accounting and financial information" and programs of its scientific cognition, which, in general, allows us to identify the conditions for its institutional support
INDIVIDUAL’S CREDITWORTHINESS ASSESSING MODELS CONSTRUCTION AND STUDY BASED ON BOOTSTRAPING METHOD
This article solves the problem of constructing and studying models for individual’s creditworthiness assessing. The relevance of solving this problem on the intelligent modeling technologies basis: neural networks, decision trees, logistic regression is noted. The initial data for the models constructing was a set of 35 columns and 149,000 rows. The model’s construction and study were carried out in the Deductor Analytical Platform. Each model was tested on data set of 54827 records. For each model we constructed the corresponding classification matrices and calculated the 1st, 2nd kind errors, and the general error of the models. In terms of minimizing these errors, logistic regression showed the worst results, and the neural network showed the best. In addition, the constructed models’ effectiveness was evaluated according to the «Income from loans» criterion. According to this criterion, the neural network model was also the best. Thus, the study results showed that to maximize profits and minimize classification errors, it is advisable to use a neural network model. This indicates its effectiveness and practical use possibility in intelligent decision-making support systems for assessing the potential borrowers’ creditworthiness
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND THEIR USE IN FINANCIAL AND CREDIT MARKETS
Nowadays, important changes are observed in all spheres of human activity. These changes relate to the widespread adoption of technologies that fit into a completely new concept of digitalization. Most countries of the world and areas of activity, including economy, are involved in the digitalization processes. In the process of digitalization of the economy, banking organizations play significant role, and, in the face of increased competition in the market, they are forced to constantly improve their activities and introduce the most advanced technologies for implementing business processes and working with clients. One of the most modern technologies is Big Data, which is a combination of technologies aimed at processing huge amounts of data, the ability to process quickly incoming data in large volumes and structuring this data according to various aspects and attributes. Every day, large number of customers make thousands of transactions in banking organizations, which creates large amounts of data for analysis. Based on these data, banks can take management decisions that can fundamentally change the effectiveness of the bank in the market. That is why the study of key success factors in the development of technologies for working with big data in banking organizations is especially topical today
MODELING GROSS REGIONAL PRODUCT BASED ON CRISP AND FUZZY REGRESSIONS
Regression modeling is a recognized tool for the analysis and forecasting of socio-economic processes. In this case, a linear regression apparatus is often used, which shows a high efficiency in solving many applied problems. In some situations the use of classical linear regression is not sufficiently substantiated. These situations are quite typical and characteristic in constructing models of socio-economic processes, especially in the case of short samples. Fuzzy regression analysis is one of the most promising areas of scientific research in this field. The fuzzy regression model gives fuzzy functional relationships between dependent and independent variables, while they can be either crisp or fuzzy. The article presents the results of a study on modeling the gross regional product as an indicator of socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan by using the methods of linear crisp and fuzzy regressions. Linear GRP models constructed of four different factors (volume of shipped products, agricultural products, investment in fixed capital, and volume of performed work by type of activity “construction”). Models were built by using a sample of statistical data for 1999-2018. The forecast properties of the crisp and fuzzy regression models are compared with dividing the source sample into the training and test subsamples. The results obtained show the promise of using fuzzy regression to forecast regional economic growth

The Mediating of Organizational Commitment on Work Motivation and Lecturer Performance: The Four-Dimensional Model of Organizational Commitment
This study provides the exploration grounded of current conceptual related to organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Organizational Commitment (OC) as a mediating relationship between work motivation and lecturer performance. The four-dimensional model investigated Affective Commitment (AC), Continuance Commitment (CC), Normative Commitment (NC) and Internalization Commitment (IO) as dimensions of commitment to the organization. Using 367 lecturers at a private university as a sample, the study analysed by path analysis method. The finding reveals that organizational commitment as a mediating role has positively significant on the relationship between work motivation and lecturer performance. Meanwhile, directly relationship documented that work motivation linkages on affective commitment more strongly correlation within fourdimensions of OC. The fact also showed that low of lecturer motivation due to lack of socializing, making it difficult to work together and communicate effectively on the development of teaching materials and teaching method which affect their work
