We will consider financial risks as unforeseen financial losses (diminution of profit, income, capital losses, etc.) in a situation of uncertainty in the financing activities of the organization. Financial risks occupy the largest part in the aggregate portfolio of business risks of the enterprise. One of the ways of financial risk sharing is the conclusion of a factoring agreement. Legal documents and analytical reports, statistical reference books of the Association of Factoring Companies (AFC) of the Russian Federation are used in writing the article. Maximum demand for experience of small and medium-sized enterprises, given the fact that this service in a certain way simplifies settlements of accounts between partners, which is an advantage for the provision of factoring services. In recent years, there has been a growth in the factoring market, which is explained by the continued migration of customers from traditional credit products to factoring, the expansion of the range of products of factors, an increase in the number of quasi-factoring transactions, the new edition of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which entered into force on June 1, 2018, and the general economic and political situation in the country

POR QUE O AGRO QUER SER POP? A REALIDADE POR TRÁS DA CONSTRUÇÃO IDEOLÓGICA DO AGRONEGÓCIO COMO “INDÚSTRIARIQUEZA” DO BRASIL

    Get PDF

A questionnaire with a validity of 93.8 and reliability of 94.6% was used to collect the data. Structural equation modeling through LISREL 8.8 version software was used to analyze the data. Based on the results, the power of the relationship between the dimensions and components of knowledge-based decision-making (performance factors, behavioral factors, attitudinal factors, and structural factors) in the Iranian National Tax Administration was at a desirable level. Get PDF
The paper focuses on the problems related to the development of the personality in the information society. The aim of the work is to show that the formation of a new type of collective personality occurs as a result of regular transformations in the socio-cultural sphere. The subject of the study is the evolution of the "collective personality" at the present stage, which is influenced by the information culture. The methodology of the research is based on the principle of an integrated approach to the study of the process of collective personality formation. The paper presents a socio-cultural analysis of the concept of the collective personality considered in the process of its transformation. The conceptual analysis of modern society makes it possible to put forward a hypothesis about the dead-end in the development of both an individual and a person dissolved in mass culture, whose needs are formed by the political and economic environment. The paper points to the urgency of the problem of interaction between the individual and society, which is presented at a new stage of development, under the influence of the latest information and communication technologies. The article analyzes the process of personality transformation in the information space and its opposition to mass society. It is noted that as a result of a regular process, a person in the information society does not dissolve in mass, but creates new forms of realization of individual creativity potential. It is assumed that the main factors that determine the positive socio-cultural dynamics of modern society include a conscious desire of the individual to get out of the total control of the mass consumption society. The novelty of the research is the assertion that a mass society and new communication technologies together contribute to the awakening of the collective personality. The work concludes that the modern personality is experiencing a state of crisis of "atomicity", followed by the realization of its collective essence. The field of application of the obtained research results is the theory of personality as part of social philosophy

    Get PDF
The authors study the features of the of legal language use in the conditions of socio-political transformations. The use of various legal terms in the revolutionary periods of the formation of the Russian state and law from the beginning to the end of the twentieth century is analyzed. It is noted that a whole layer of terms reflecting new realities appeared in the legal language after the October Revolution; this fact allowed legal drafters to use them as a political tool, to formulate legal norms in such a way that they fit into the overall political agenda. In turn, the collapse of the Soviet Union also led to a radical change in social and political relations, the total destruction of the established legal system. Significant changes occurred in the legal language. The authors make the conclusion that the legal language is a kind of a conductor of political will and in some case the tool for manipulating the content of legal norms. Legal language is an indicator of social and political transformations. Emerging new words reflect the emerging social relations, demonstrate a new political course, chosen in one or another period of state development
