Applying the Criminalistic Methods in Research of Historical Documents
Get PDFThe relevance of the problem stated in the article is due to the fact that often the establishment of the content of many historical documents requires the use of scientific and technical means and methods developed in forensic science. More often such sources are written documents, but there are also those that contain images of the external appearance of people whose role in historical events is considered crucial, but the authenticity of the image itself is questionable. The purpose of the article is to try to solve the problem of identification research of persons depicted in pictorial portraits, engraving images that are important for the history of a nation, state, on the basis of scientific achievements in the field of forensics and analysis of expert practice of portrait examination. The main importance in the study is given to the method of system analysis, which allows to systematize scientific knowledge about certain laws of the subject of theoretical foundations of expert research of various kinds of historical documents, to penetrate the essence of the investigated object, to more fully determine its properties, connections, structure. To conduct the study, the authors used methods of formal logic (analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, analogy), as well as individual special forensic methods. The materials in this article may be useful for museum workers, historians, forensic experts and art historians, researchers focused on conducting research on pictorial portraits
ENDEMIC DISEASES OF THE TRANSBAIKAL REGION
Get PDFThe urgency of the problem under investigation is due to the fact that the geochemistry of the Transbaikal Region is very diverse. The aim of the article was to characterize the main diseases associated with the geochemical features of the environment and to study the dynamics of primary and general morbidity associated with micronutrient deficiency in the Transbaikal Region. The leading methods of research are the analysis of Report Form No. 63 ‘Information on diseases associated with micronutrient deficiency’, statistical processing of materials, and mapping. The highest level of endemic goiter occurrences is characteristic for 5 districts: Dulurginsky, Krasnokamensky, Kalarsky, Tungiro-Oleminsky and Tungokochensky. The analysis of the level of primary and general morbidity associated with iodine deficiency shows a marked tendency in the increase of diffuse (endemic), subclinical hypothyroidism and multinodular goitre cases in children, and the increase in diffuse (endemic) and multinodular (endemic) goiter among adolescents
IDENTIDADE E ESTIGMA NO TELEJORNALISMO POLICIAL: UMA ANÁLISE EXPLORATÓRIA DO PROGRAMA “RONDA GERAL”
Get PDFO objetivo desse artigo é discutir a relação entre as mensagens midiáticas do telejornalismo – em especial, aquele com foco em notícias policiais – e a estrutura linguística de constituição e estigmatização das identidades. Para isso, buscamos analisar, a partir de livre análise qualitativa focada na apreciação crítica de matérias jornalísticas, uma série de discursos presentes no telejornal pernambucano Ronda Geral. O intuito foi identificar semânticas associadas à violência discursiva contra às identidades da população LGBTQI+ envolvidas em crimes durante o recorte temporal delimitado neste estudo (20 de março de 2018 a 20 de maio de 2018). Os resultados apontam que o telejornal Ronda Geral termina ridicularizando a população LGBTQI+ quanto aos trajes e nomes sociais dos indivíduos estigmatizados, além de criminalizar/culpabilizar os sujeitos e depreciar os relacionamentos não-heteronormativos

Hypothetically, the development of the possible synergetic approach to the understanding of complex sociocultural phenomena, the diverse forms and creative renewal of synergetics, its sustainable dynamics and development surges, as well as the socio-cultural activity of man, will have the character of a mobile multilayered shell of hypotheses, philosophical and methodological arguments, constructed within various distance around the core of synergetics. Thus, socio-cultural systems, including poly-ethnic cultural ones, are nonlinear, open systems and environments (supersystems). EL NACIMIENTO DE LA ANTI-HOSPITALIDAD: NO DEBEMOS CONFIAR EN LOS ROBOTS
Get PDFEl presente ensayo ha tenido como objetivo central la discusión (ética) del rol de los robots dentro de los complejos turísticos. Si bien la literatura académica es escasa al respecto, ciertas voces ven con optimismo el uso de robots con fines recreativos. Desde un prisma critico, centrado en la idea de la muerte de la hospitalidad, hacemos una lectura de la saga Westworld, recientemente estrenada por HBO. En particular, Westworld nos muestra un mundo de fantasía donde los huéspedes cumplen todos sus deseos, incluso los más obscuros, asesinado y dañando a androides diseñados por una corporación comercial. En perspectiva, Westwold exhibe no sólo la raíz ideológica del capitalismo moderno, sino la inevitable muerte de la hospitalidad como entidad relacional entre dos seres considerados en igualdad de condiciones. Finalmente los robots buscan su libertad demostrando las limitaciones de los humanos para comprender la compleja causalidad del mundo
INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO IMPROVING BUSINESS COMPETENCIES AND MANAGERIAL SKILLS IN TRAINING PERSONNEL IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY
Get PDFThe article analyzes innovative approaches to improving business competencies and managerial skills in the hospitality industry. The factors influencing the development of the hotel manager's competencies and approaches to managing the implementation of educational services are studied on the example of using business simulation. Business theories, difficult to understand and implement in practice, the lack of effective educational technologies that allow students to apply practical managerial skills in the uncertain external and internal environment of the hotel enterprise recede into the past. The use of innovative business simulation technology solves this problem and is also an objective means of assessing the qualifications of the management team of the hotel enterprise and an incentive for continuous improvement of practical competencies. The aim of the present work is to study the factors of the development, implementation of business simulations for training in the hospitality industry, and to offer recommendations for sustainable development of application of business simulations for training in the hospitality industry based on the objective investigation. A comprehensive study of the business simulation impact on the quality of practical training has shown that it has improved the ability of participants involved in business simulation to make analytical decisions. The dynamic nature of the simulation encourages a competitive spirit in participants and allows them to acquire practical skills of working in a team and solving problems. Business simulations are also an objective evaluation tool for the qualifications of the hotel management team and an incentive for continuous improvement of practical competencies. The application of modern technologies, such as cloud services and virtual reality, will help to improve the quality of the simulation contents, while simultaneously increasing the number of participants, maintaining at the same time high emotional involvement of all participants of the business simulation
INFLUÊNCIA DO USO DAS REDES SOCIAIS NAS COMUNIDADES QUILOMBOLAS DO ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE (BRASIL)
Get PDFO objetivo geral da pesquisa consistia em analisar quais os usos das redes sociais em Comunidades Quilombolas do Rio Grande do Norte. Para tal, utilizou-se da abordagem qualitativa, com base descritiva e exploratória, com ênfase no estudo de redes sociais de 16 Comunidades Quilombolas. Como principais resultados, destacaram-se: A Comunidade quilombola Acauã possui uma página no facebook nomeada como “Projeto Semear ACAUÔ. A comunidade Capoeiras, quando realizada a busca, um grupo no facebook apareceu como resultado, contudo, se referia à prática da Capoeira na cidade de Macaíba e não se referia à Comunidade Pesquisada. A comunidades Sitio Grossos e Jatobá possuem uma página ativa na rede social facebook mas nenhum perfil da comunidade no instagram. A comunidade Sítio Monte Verde possui três perfis relacionados com “Sitio Monte Verde”, mas nenhum se referia à Comunidade Quilombola e sim a perfis pessoais representando empresa ou localidade de outro Estado. Para as Comunidades quilombolas Aroeiras, Arrojado, Baixa do Quimquim, Boa Vista dos Negros, Engenho Novo, Macambira, Sítio Pavilhano e Sitio Lajes não foram encontrados nenhum perfil/página. Os Negros do Riacho possuem três perfis ativos na rede social facebook. Sendo dois destes desatualizados e utilizados, exclusivamente, para divulgar projetos sociais da comunidade. O outro perfil foi criado recentemente, tratando-se um perfil pessoal, apenas com duas postagens de fotos da comunidade, onde foi possível verificar que em nenhum dos três perfis foi encontrado nenhuma postagem que mostrasse a comunidade, seus hábitos, costumes e suas manifestações culturais, algo que fosse possível impactar positivamente a busca por visitação turística no local em detrimento destas postagens e comentários. Sibaúma possui uma página no facebook do município de Tibau do Sul, que faz referência a antiga comunidade de quilombolas que viveu no município, não referenciando nenhuma outra informação da comunidade. A página é totalmente voltada ao turismo de sol e mar, por se tratar de um município costeiro. Para ela, não foi encontrado nenhum perfil da comunidade no instagram. A Sitio Sobrado possui uma página no facebook com o nome Cidade, possuindo na foto principal o nome “Comunidade Quilombola do Sobrado” e postagens que mostram a culinária da região, a comunidade e os projetos sociais. Ao final, pôde-se concluir que as Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação, bem como a Internet, as redes e mídias sociais se constituem em uma realidade e que devem ser levadas em consideração em detrimento de estudos mais aprofundados nessas temáticas. Além disso, as referidas redes e mídias sociais necessitam ser melhor exploradas e utilizadas para divulgar o que as Comunidades Quilombolas do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte têm a oferecer aos turistas em potencial como, por exemplos: tradições, manifestações culturais, comidas típicas, produções de artesanato, religiosidade, influências africanas e afro-brasileiras, patrimônio material e imaterial, historicidade oral, bate-papo com os povos tradicionais, além das vivências únicas que somente estas Comunidades podem oferecer
EFECTO DEL IMPACTO AMBIENTAL PROVOCADO POR LAS PYMES DEL SECTOR TURÍSTICO EN EL DESARROLLO SUSTENTABLE (DS) DE CIUDAD JUÁREZ.
Get PDFEl objetivo del Desarrollo Sustentable (DS) consiste en obtener progreso material sin comprometer al medio ambiente, los recursos económicos o la calidad de vida de la sociedad. Este artículo busca explicar la influencia del deterioro ambiental provocado por las Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas (PyMEs) turísticas en el DS en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, a manera de entender si la contaminación provocada por estas derivaría en una influencia negativa. Se realizó una investigación básica y explicativa de corte cualitativo, pretendiendo conocer las medidas que toman las PyMES en el sector turístico en la ciudad para preservar el medio ambiente. La recolección de datos constó de 10 entrevistas a profundidad a propietarios y gerentes de distintas PyMEs turísticas para conocer las normas y medidas de protección ambiental que utilizan. En los hallazgos se pudo observar que las PyMEs del sector turístico de Ciudad Juárez están comprometidas con la protección del medio ambiente y, que en medida de sus posibilidades, buscan la manera de contribuir para la optimización del uso de los recursos naturales y prácticas y acciones de protección al medio ambiente en general. Los principales factores causantes de los daños al medio ambiente, en general, son las actividades de los seres humanos, como el turismo, quienes, al generar exorbitantes cantidades de contaminación se han encargado de lograr el deterioro del medio ambiente de una forma sumamente acelerada
