SEGMENTATION OF CONSUMERS AND FACTORING AS INSTRUMENTS OF CREDIT POLICY OF THE COMPANY
Get PDFWorking capital management is one of the most important factors in ensuring the efficiency of the production process, solvency, growth of economic and financial results of the enterprise. At the present level of development of the conceptual and methodological foundations of planning, accounting and control over the use of each item of current assets of the company underlying the created management information systems, a significant aspect of management becomes the enterprise track of the fact of occurrence of problems and search of reserves of improvement of the management system elements of working capital and use of software products. The overview analysis of the balance sheet of Gazprom transgaz Kazan LLC reflects the situation typical for most domestic enterprises with a high share of accounts receivable and stocks of commodity-material values in the structure of working capital of the enterprise. The solution to these problems may consist in a system of measures to optimize stocks of inventory values and improve the credit policy of the enterprise in terms of segmentation of regular consumers of products by credit rating to differentiate the conditions for sales of products. In this regard, the article is aimed at analyzing the system and evaluating the effectiveness of working capital management of Gazprom transgaz Kazan LLC, the results of which will form the basis for developing recommendations for its improvement.

INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS OF THE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT THE ENTERPRISE
Get PDFThe article deals with the elaboration of the development prospects of the human resource management system at the enterprise. It is established that the personnel is one of the most important resources of the enterprise, whose management efficiency affects the profitability of the enterprise performance. The statement has been proved that there is a need to organize professional and sustainable development of personnel at the enterprise instead of their training, retraining, and advanced training. The practice has confirmed the existence of problems in human resource management at enterprises, in particular, the problems associated with staff turnover and opportunities for young specialists to be employed according to their specialty after receiving higher education. Further research on this issue should be aimed at increasing and improving the efficiency of intellectual capital, as well as organizing or strengthening recruitment activities in the context of digitalization
REHABILITATION OF VICTIMS OF POLITICAL REPRESSION IN KAZAKHSTAN: HISTORICAL EXPERIENCE
Get PDF: The rehabilitation of victims of political repression is certainly a complex problem in any state. The relevance of this topic in Kazakhstan is due to the task of further studying the essence of totalitarianism and repressions and preventing the social consequences of the destructive legacy of terrorism. In this context, the presented article is aimed at overcoming the stereotypes left over from the command-administrative system, the formation of respect for the individual, and the value of his honor, rights, and dignity. The leading approach to the study of this problem is a systematic approach, which provides for a comprehensive consideration of the mechanism of rehabilitation of political repression victims in Kazakhstan. The article considers the process of rehabilitation of victims of political repression in Kazakhstan as a consequence of the directives of the imperial Soviet Center (Moscow), as well as an attempt to analyze the consequences of the repressive campaigns of the Soviet regime. The authors offer conclusions that the rehabilitation process of victims of political repression in Kazakhstan appears incomplete since it lacks the access to secret procedural documents of law enforcement and other state bodies. Also, the mechanism of the state-backed terrorism has not been fully studied and fully understood; there is no accurate data on millions of repressed, both on cleared of all charges and on those who were never rehabilitated. The materials of the article are of practical value for studying the history of political repressions and rehabilitation in Kazakhstan; these materials may also be used in the writing of fundamental and specialized works on the history of political repressions, as well as in further decision-making process at the state level
PHILOSOPHY, BRAIN AND THE PICTURE OF THE WORLD
Get PDFThe article aims at showing the significance and role of philosophy in the system of private sciences. The argumentation for defining philosophy as a “science of sciences” is presented. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of philosophy as a science from the point of view of functional characteristics and functional asymmetry of the work of the cerebral hemispheres in the process of thinking and cognition of the world by man. The principle is that in the implementation of any mental function, to one degree or another, both hemispheres of the brain are involved. We are talking about the predominance of one or another hemisphere in the process of cognition, analysis and information processing. A brief overview of the current state of brain science is given, concerning the problem under consideration. Methods for studying the functional asymmetry of the cerebral hemispheres, in particular, electrical, chemical and magnetic resonance are specially considered. The characteristics of these methods are given. The functional features of both hemispheres of the brain are analyzed in the process of information processing, in the logic of problem solving, in the perception of written and oral speech, in the perception of pictures and visual images. The role of the right and left hemispheres in private scientific disciplines, in philosophy and art is shown. Particular attention is paid to exactly how a holistic picture of the world is formed and the thesis is substantiated that of all sciences, it is in philosophy that the most effective organization of the work of both hemispheres of the brain is represented

The world events of 2019-2020 have clearly demonstrated new threats to human life and health. As a result, the pandemic has become widespread in almost all countries of the world. New modern threats have predetermined the problem for the consolidation of the international community to counter threats to life and health of mankind. There is a steady increase in the threat to the life and health of human beings and humanity despite the activation of the World Health Organization and the United Nations and the interstate activities carried out. In this regard, the task to unite the efforts in civilized countries under the auspices of the united nations to effectively counter the global threat of infection, which also entails the threat of extinction for small nations and peoples, is being actualized. The current negative situation at the global level in the field of public security shows the need to take decisive and radical measures aimed at eliminating unilateral sanctions and pooling resources within the UN to counter the spread of this threat, to implement a set of measures for the preventive and prevention of this negative social process. The need to develop a universal international normative legal act to ensure the implementation of effective measures and activities to combat new threats and risks in the world is being actualized. It is necessary to consolidate both material resources and the scientific potential of the international community to counter the growing threat to human security
A UTILIZAÇÃO DE FOOD DELIVERY APPS POR TURISTAS: AMEAÇA OU COMPLEMENTARIDADE À OFERTA DE ALIMENTAÇÃO EM DESTINOS TURÍSTICOS? : FOR THE USE OF FOOD DELIVERY APPLICATIONS BY TOURISTS: DOES IT COMPLEMENT OR COMPLEMENT THE OFFER OF FOOD IN TOURIST DESTINATIONS?
Get PDFRESUMO: Com o avanço da tecnologia e o crescente uso de Food Delivery Apps, inclusive em destinos turísticos, a experiência do turista com a oferta de alimentação em viagens vem sendo moldada com o passar dos anos. Os Food Delivery Apps crescem relevantemente devido suas estratégias, agilidade e custo-benefício, onde proporcionam uma maior facilidade de conhecer restaurantes ou realizar um pedido sem sair do meio de hospedagem, hipoteticamente substituindo a ida ao restaurante. Esse estudo teve o objetivo de analisar de que forma os Food Delivery Apps afetam a oferta de alimentação em destinos turísticos, se afetam positivamente ou negativamente em paralelo aos estabelecimentos locais que não fazem delivery, e se o crescimento de Food Delivery Apps tem relação com a pandemia da COVID-19. Para isso, criou-se um instrumento de pesquisa estabelecido por perguntas objetivas, tendo sua aplicação para turistas e como perspectiva a condição e motivação do uso de Food Delivery Apps e a ida até o restaurante no destino turístico. A pesquisa é quantitativa com amostra de 258 pessoas, utilizando-se uma análise descritiva com cruzamento de informações. Usou-se o sistema SPSS para tabular as respostas e cruzar os principais tópicos, que resultaram em sua maioria em variáveis subjetivas que afirmam a complementaridade dos Food Delivery Apps sobre a oferta de alimentação em destinos turísticos, e também que o IFood é o Food Delivery App mais utilizado em destinos turísticos. ABSTRACT: With the advancement of technology and the growing use of Food Delivery Apps everywhere, including in tourist destinations, the tourist experience has been shaped over the years. Food Delivery Apps grow significantly due to their strategies, agility and cost-benefit, where they provide greater ease of knowing restaurants or placing an order without leaving the lodging, hypothetically replacing the trip to the restaurant. This study aimed to analyze how Food Delivery Apps affect the food supply in tourist destinations, whether they affect positively or negatively in parallel to local establishments, and whether the growth of Food Delivery Apps is related to the pandemic of COVID- 19. To this end, a research instrument was established, established by objective questions, having its application for tourists and as a perspective the condition and motivation of the use of Food Delivery Apps and the trip to the restaurant in the tourist destination. The research is quantitative with a sample of 258 volunteers, using a simple descriptive analysis with crossing of information. Among the results, the SPSS system was used to tabulate the answers and cross the main topics, which resulted mostly in subjective variables that affirm the complementarity of the Food Delivery Apps on the offer of food in tourist destinations, and also that the IFood is the most used Food Delivery App in tourist destinations.
