Meta-Analysis: Effects of Acute Exercise on General Mood
The purpose of the present data (meta-analysis) was to quantify the effect size of the affective response to acute exercise and to identify factors that are associated with an enhanced or attenuated affective response to acute exercise. The uploaded are the extracted data from the original studies and the R code files and RMarkdown files that were used to run the analyses
Road density, road features, and in-vehicle PM2.5 during daily trips taken by Washington, DC metro area commuters
This dataset was used to conduct all analyses in the working paper, "Short-term associations of road density and road features with in-vehicle PM2.5 during daily trips" by Jenna R. Krall, Jonathan Thornburg, Ting Zhang, Anna Z. Pollack, Yi-Ching Lee, Michelle McCombs, and Lucas R. F. Henneman (2023+). This dataset is restricted to N=25 commuters with at least 15 minutes of consecutive GPS and air pollution data. Each row corresponds to a one-minute observation for a trip within day within commuter. The data contains 2311 rows and 29 variables. These data are provided as a .csv file, generated using R (v 4.2)
Replication Data for: A Quantum Ruler for Orbital Magnetism in Moiré Quantum Matter
All experimental and theoretical data and code used to generate theoretical results contained in the main text and supplemental material file is contained in this archive.
The archive consists of four main directories:
1. Figures_main and Figures_supplemental: These two folders contain all the files to generate all figures.
The data is contained in one of three formats:
A. A MATLAB .mat data file with a .m script to reproduce the figures
B. An ORIGIN .opju project file which contains both the data and plots
C. A .png file to generate the figure
2. Source_code: This folder contains scripts used to generate calculated results and also to analyze data.
3. Original Data: This folder contains all original data associated with the manuscript. It includes an Excel spreadsheet which lists the filenames and associated variables for the particular data set. The original data is in the Nanonis .sxm format.

Forest structure predicts species richness and functional diversity in Amazonian mixed-species bird flocks
These data were used for the study "Forest structure predicts species richness and functional diversity in Amazonian mixed-species bird flocks". All necessary .csv files used to reproduce our statistical analyses and figures are included, as well as the R-script we used to generate them
Replication Data for "The Mason-Alberta Phonetic Segmenter: A forced alignment system based on deep neural networks and interpolation"
These are the TextGrid outputs of the alignments run during the evaluation process for the MAPS paper. They are separated into train, validation, and test sets. The results from training and running the Montreal Forced Aligner (MFA) are also provided. The tar file for MFA contains subfolders for each of the train, validation, and test sets. The code that evaluated these files can be found on GitHub at https://github.com/MasonPhonLab/MAPS_Paper_Code.
If your operating system does not have an untarring utility pre-installed to open the tar files, 7-zip may prove a good option: https://www.7-zip.org

The Bible and Natural Language Processing: Building a Corpus for Digital Scholars
This corpus contains a cleaned and organized set of Bible texts in machine-readable format, with tags separating Bible books, chapters and verses. For each Bible, the canonical 66 books are included (from both Old and New Testaments), to allow for cross-referencing and comparison
Multi-Modal Social Human Navigation Dataset
The Multi-Modal Social Human Navigation dataset (MuSoHu) includes ~50 km, 10 hours, 150 trials, 7 humans of egocentric social human navigation data collected using a suite of robotic sensors in the wild and allows future robots to learn socially compliant navigation from humans.
