No full textNuestra Música Colombiana y en especial los aires andinos parten de diversas raíces que están directamente relacionados con su contexto socio cultural e histórico.
Esto hace que nuestros ritmos andinos posean una variedad de elementos rítmicos, melódicos y armónicos que en primera instancia los diferencian y caracterizan uno del otro. La gama y muestra de sonoridades son tan amplias, que no podemos hablar del “Bambuco” si no de los bambucos, del “Pasillo” si no de los pasillos, inclusive en ritmos más raizales y campesinos como el sanjuanito, la guabina, el torbellino, la rumba criolla, entre otros, de acuerdo con la región donde sean interpretados tienen un acento y una forma diferente; esto sumado a la transformación natural generacional de ellos, sumado a las influencias de otros aires inclusive foráneos.
Norte de Santander, marca una pauta musical particular y singular, digna de analizar tanto territorial como generacionalmente, en donde se traza una línea divisoria entre nuestra música andina colombiana y el extenso quehacer musical de Venezuela y todas las influencias por su cercanía. Los compositores referenciados en este interesante y valioso documento musical, no fueron ni han sido ajenos a información musical tanto en partituras, grabaciones de la época como intercambios culturales con nuestro vecino país

Venezuela and Colombia share a common border with historical, cultural and migratory ties. Hence, through a descriptive-quantitative quantitative research, with a content analysis, we characterize the journalistic coverage of the content analysis, we characterize the journalistic coverage of the Colombian-Venezuelan border by examining with a purposive sample, the tweets of the social network X of La Opinión (Norte de Santander, Colombia) and La Nación (Táchira, Venezuela) in 2023.El Periodismo de frontera informa, interpreta e investiga acontecimientos entre dos o más países con espacios físicos en común sobre temas económicos, culturales, sociales, deportivos y políticos, así como migración, comercio, seguridad, entre otros. Por su parte, los cibermedios migrantes o nativos difunden información digital en un soporte en línea, permitiendo la constante actualización, porque reúnen las características de multimedialidad, hipertextualidad e interactividad.
Venezuela y Colombia comparten una frontera en común con lazos históricos, culturales y migratorios. De allí que, mediante una investigación descriptiva-cuantitativa, con un análisis de contenido, se caracteriza la cobertura periodística de la frontera colombo-venezolana examinando con una muestra intencional, los tuits de la red social X de La Opinión (Norte de Santander, Colombia) y La Nación (Táchira, Venezuela) en 2023

Entre normas y sociedad: fundamentos para una teoría de la justicia transicional
Get PDFThis study offers a comprehensive reflection on transitional justice, ranging from a historical genealogy to theoretical and constitutional contributions. Transitional justice is defined as a set of judicial and extrajudicial mechanisms aimed at reconciliation and peace following mass human rights violations. The first chapter traces its roots from Antiquity through the nineteenth century, demonstrating how it has evolved according to each context. The second chapter details its four pillars: access to justice, truth, reparation, and guarantees of non-recurrence. The third chapter applies field theory to the study of transitional justice, treating it as a legal field and broadening its focus to include social, economic, and cultural rights. The fourth chapter revisits its immediate objectives (recognition and citizenship) and ultimate goals (reconciliation and democratization) in the effort to build a theory of transitional justice. The fifth chapter incorporates constitutional guarantism—as both a positive and negative limit on power—and the rigidity of the Constitution as a safeguard of fundamental rights, contributing to the strengthening of a theory of transitional justice. Finally, the work underscores the need to interpret these instruments socially, in light of their potential to build democratic societies at peace.Este trabajo ofrece una reflexión exhaustiva sobre la justicia transicional que va desde una genealogía histórica hasta aportes teórico-constitucionales. Se define la justicia transicional como un conjunto de mecanismos judiciales y extrajudiciales orientados a la reconciliación y la paz tras violaciones masivas de derechos humanos.
En el primer capítulo se recorren sus raíces en la Antigüedad hasta el siglo XIX, mostrando cómo ha variado según cada contexto. El segundo capítulo detalla sus cuatro pilares: acceso a la justicia, verdad, reparación y garantías de no repetición. El tercer capítulo aplica la teoría de campos de al estudio de la justicia transicional, para considerarla como un campo jurídico, ampliando su foco hacia los derechos sociales, económicos y culturales.
El cuarto capítulo recupera sus objetivos inmediatos (reconocimiento y ciudadanía) y finales (reconciliación y democratización) en la apuesta por la construcción de una teoría de la justicia transicional. El quinto capítulo incorpora el garantismo constitucional como límite positivo y negativo al poder, y la rigidez de la Constitución como salvaguarda de los derechos fundamentales, para contribuir al fortalecimiento de una teoría de la justicia transicional. Finalmente, se subraya la necesidad de interpretar socialmente estos instrumentos desde su potencial para construir sociedades democráticas en paz
Experiencias investigativas de aula en educación formal
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to introduce a teaching strategy using cuadernia to improve spatial location skills in students aged 9 to 12 years. This is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design, where a pretest was conducted before the intervention and a posttest after the application of the ICT resource was used, along with two technological surveys. The intervention was carried out with fifth-grade students from the Nuestra Señora de la Merced Educational Institution, in Mutiscua, Norte de Santander.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in-person classes were suspended, which forced us to adapt the strategy for those students who had Access to a PC or Tablet at home. The data was obtained from real situations and was analyzed objectively. The results showed that, after the implementation of cuadernia, the students significantly improved their spatial location skills, confirming the effectiveness of this technological tool for strengthening said competence.El propósito de este estudio es introducir una estrategia didáctica utilizando cuadernia para mejorar las competencias de ubicación espacial en estudiantes de 9 a 12 años. Se trata de una investigación cuantitativa con un diseño cuasi experimental, donde se emplearon un pretest antes de la intervención y un postest tras la aplicación del recurso de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC), junto con dos encuestas tecnológicas. La intervención se llevó a cabo con estudiantes de quinto grado de la Institución Educativa Nuestra Señora de la Merced, en Mutiscua, Norte de Santander.
Debido a la pandemia de COVID-19, las clases presenciales fueron suspendidas, lo que obligó a adaptar la estrategia para aquellos estudiantes que tenían acceso a una PC o Tablet en casa. Los datos se obtuvieron de situaciones reales, y se analizaron de forma objetiva. Los resultados mostraron que, tras la implementación de cuadernia, los estudiantes mejoraron significativamente sus habilidades de ubicación espacial, confirmando la efectividad de esta herramienta tecnológica para el fortalecimiento de dicha competencia
Perspectiva de género: Ámbito procesal del sistema judicial y de salud colombiano
Get PDFThe incorporation of a gender perspective into the Colombian judicial and healthcare systems constitutes one of the most significant advances in the pursuit of a more equitable and inclusive society. This approach recognizes that gender-based power relations generate inequalities that affect people\u27s lives, especially those who have historically been discriminated against, such as women, non-binary individuals, and other vulnerable groups. However, although significant regulatory progress has been made, there is still a long way to go, especially in the cultural transformation necessary for this perspective to be effective in the legal context and in the healthcare system.
Throughout this book, the study of women as central subjects is prioritized, both in the judicial procedural sphere—evaluation of evidence, loss of employment capacity, legal capacity, and protection against domestic violence—and in the healthcare system—right to health and obstetric violence. Our purpose is to make their experiences visible, quantify and qualify the barriers they face, and propose protocols and regulatory recommendations that guarantee their effective access to justice and dignified healthcare.
At the regulatory level, Colombia has taken significant steps toward integrating a gender perspective.La incorporación de la perspectiva de género en el sistema judicial y de salud colombiano constituye uno de los avances más significativos en la búsqueda de una sociedad más equitativa e inclusiva.
Este enfoque reconoce que las relaciones de poder basadas en el género generan desigualdades que afectan la vida de las personas, sobre todo de aquellas que históricamente han sido discriminadas, como las mujeres, las personas no binarias, y otros grupos vulnerables. Sin embargo, aunque se han alcanzado progresos normativos importantes, aún queda un largo camino por recorrer, especialmente en la transformación cultural necesaria para que esta perspectiva sea efectiva en la realidad procesal y en el sistema de salud.
A lo largo de este libro se privilegia el estudio de las mujeres como sujetas centrales, tanto en el ámbito procesal judicial — valoración de prueba, pérdida de capacidad laboral, capacidad legal y protección ante violencia intrafamiliar — como en el ámbito del sistema de salud — derecho a la salud y violencia obstétrica —. Nuestro propósito es visibilizar sus experiencias, cuantificar y cualificar las barreras que enfrentan, y proponer protocolos y recomendaciones normativas que garanticen su acceso efectivo a la justicia y a la atención digna en salud.

This book seeks to bring together the origin, transformation, and current state of the publishing processes that not only shaped the memory of Pamplona, but also, alongside writing, contributed to the economic activity of several families, fostering typography, lithographs, and the introduction of new printing methods based on technological advances. The research focused on consulting documentary sources, historical archives, and searching for key figures who, through oral accounts, allowed the team to establish a timeline, also integrating the preponderant role of the University of Pamplona from its beginnings to the present, with the Publishing, Publications, and Educational Media Unit and, now, the Publishing House. It is also a tribute to the city that, as mentioned in its review, is the epicenter of publishing production in Norte de Santander.La historia editorial de Pamplona, Norte de Santander, se ha forjado desde la religión, los documentos judiciales, las obras literarias y el registro periodístico que, a su vez, construían la memoria de un pueblo de gran importancia histórica, geográfica y educativa.
Este libro busca reunir el origen, la transformación y la actualidad de los procesos editoriales que edificaron no solamente la memoria de Pamplona, sino que paralelo a la escritura, aportaron a la actividad económica de varias familias propiciando las tipografías, litografías y la inserción de nuevos métodos de impresión a partir de los avances tecnológicos de la época, así mismo, la transmisión de conocimientos y el crecimiento de un oficio de tradición.
La investigación se orientó en la consulta de fuentes documentales, archivos históricos y búsqueda de protagonistas que, a través de relatos orales, permitieron al equipo de trabajo establecer una línea de tiempo integrando, además, el papel preponderante de la Universidad de Pamplona desde sus inicios hasta el presente con la Unidad de Ediciones, Publicaciones y Medios Didácticos y ahora, el Sello Editorial. Es también un homenaje a la ciudad que, como bien se menciona en su reseña, es el epicentro de la producción editorial de Norte de Santander
