No full textEn la incesante búsqueda de nuestros orígenes, urge contribuir al conocimiento de las raíces históricas del ideal socialista en los territorios para saber de qué herencia debemos ser dignos y defender los exponentes locales de ella; ese es el objetivo de este artículo. En apretada síntesis ofrece aspectos poco conocidos de su amplia trayectoria en cuanto a expresiones teóricas, accionar y figuras que simpatizaron o lo preconizaron. Por problemas de espacio, se hace imposible exponer las luchas del marxismo contra las diversas doctrinas que se cobijaron bajo el rótulo de socialistas; no obstante, estos fueron los preliminares hasta la aparición de las primeras células marxistas en la provincia de Matanzas.In the incessant search of our origins, it is urgent to contribute to the knowledge of the historical roots of the socialist ideal in the territories to know what inheritance we should be worthy and defend the local exponents of it; that is the objective of this article. In tight synthesis offers little-known aspects of his extensive career in terms of theoretical expressions, actions and figures that sympathized or advocated. Due to problems of space, it is impossible to expose the struggles of Marxism against the different doctrines that were sheltered under the label of Socialists; nevertheless, these were the preliminaries until the appearance of the first Marxist cells in the province of Matanzas

No full textLa historia universal en los siglos xix y xx fue testigo del desarrollo de grandes acontecimientos que de hecho estremecieron a la humanidad: La Comuna de París de 1871 y la Revolución Socialista de Octubre de 1917. El primero de los citados fue considerado por Carlos Marx como un asalto al cielo en alusión a algo que parecía imposible a tenor de las condiciones del desarrollo alcanzado por el capitalismo, así como de las condiciones propias en que se encontraba Francia. Precisamente uno de los más grandes méritos de Marx radica en haber ayudado al proletariado a orientarse en la verdadera significación de la Comuna de París de 1871 y extraer de esta experiencia valiosas conclusiones.Universal history in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries witnessed the development of great events that in fact shook humanity: The Paris Commune of 1871 and the Socialist Revolution of October 1917. The first of the aforementioned was considered by Karl Marx as an assault on the sky in reference to something that seemed impossible given the conditions of development reached by capitalism, as well as the conditions in which France found itself. One of the greatest merits of Marx lies in having helped the proletariat to orient itself in the true meaning of the Paris Commune of 1871 and to draw valuable conclusions from this experience
